Incredible selections. Large variety. Very friendly. Love this place!

UBU has a fabulous selection and their service is unbeatable ! I purchase through them often for both my design clients and myself and have yet to be disappointed !

My wife and I needed to furnish an entire apartment. We looked at a few furniture stores, and liked the style we saw at UBU. Much more than that, Pat, the sales associate with whom we worked, has a design background from Kendall School of Design. She did a marvelous job at both designing the entire suite of rooms we had, and working with us to match our likes with a consistent look style across the entire apartment. We were very happy! Finally, when there were some delivery issues (due to the shortage of workers related to COVID) UBU worked hard to get deliveries as soon as possible, such that we had everything in place not long after we moved in. This involved the entire staff of UBU. We highly recommend the store based on our experiences.

UBU designed & furnished many sofas, chairs, and tables for our community areas throughout our facility. Ordering, updates, and delivery were timely and professional. Outstanding organization to work with.

Walked in there to buy a whole new living room set and told the woman at the desk that due to my asthma legally I dont have to wear a mask ...she told me ok .....after shopping for a bit we noticed we were being ignored by salespeople. but when a nice, well dressed, richer looking woman walked in they rushed to help her ....we after some time of sitting on a couch were addressed by a manager just sitting at her personal laptop to say i must place a mask on....when i explained to her the law means as a asthmatic, i dont have to wear a mask she laughed in my face and stated that she required it........im assuming they are commission based and in the words of pretty woman big mistake! Huge! We walked in expecting to spend about 10k furnishing our new home and walked out with a sour taste in our mouths and our wallets in our pockets......so sad that in a world where people want to scream equality those same people ignore those who may not dress or talk the same way as the hoity toity employees do.

Walked in and wasnt greeted or acknowledged by staff having personal convo for over 10 mins. I even hovered to get their attention and nothing. Once I broke their convo, the look on their faces seemed annoyed. I was given short responses to my questions and was informed that she didnt know but will have the Manager call me when she gets back from break in 30mins. I waited 2 hours for a call... nothing. I called back 3xs, phone rang..no answer. I got back in my car and drove there to get my answer. And surprise, the same ladies were chatting and I had to interrupt their convi again. I reminded the one I was speaking w earlier of the call never received. She said, unapologetically, that she knows I didnt get a call because her manager didnt know the answer either. She proceeded to turn her head and continue chatting. Thats when I asked to speak w manger myself and utimatly got my answer. Worst custer service EVER from what I thought was a hirer end store.

We have used Shannons expertise for both a cottage and condo, with great results! Shannon came to our place to do a design consultation, and helped us land on an overall design and color scheme for living room, sun room and kitchen. We just received the furniture and it works really well together. Shannon will also give you ideas for your walls, mantle, flooring, etc to pull it all together. If we ever need help in the future, there is no question we will work with Shannon. The offerings at UBU are wide enough with a range of price points and design options that make it our go-to store for furniture and accessories.

Recently purchased the cutest end table with a checker board game top. The quality is far superior compared to what you would find in most chain stores. We also purchased tables for our family room as well as a buffet table for our dining room about 8 years ago and they still look like brand new. Very solidly made. If you are looking for well made unique pieces, go here!! Sales professionals are not pushy and work hard to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Highly recommend!!

I LOVE UBU!!First I must comment on the Customer Service at UBU which is outstanding. In store you are greeted upon arrival and staff is willing to take as much time with you as needed to answer questions, offer options, consult with manufacturers and get orders placed. Design consultants are superb. They go above and beyond.Secondly the furniture quality is top notch. We have a wonderful entertainment unit, which was needed to accommodate larger sized TV and it is working out beautifully. Sleek new design fits our living space. A side table for our entryway fits perfectly and was just the right size and color to fit the space.Thanks UBU - we love that you support Made in America

What a wonderful find! I’ve fallen in love with this store! I wanted a plush, long lasting rug that would compliment my living room as well as accommodate 4 very busy kids, a dog and a cat. UBU delivered! The staff guided me through options of texture as well as color and durability. I couldn’t have chosen such a well suited rug with out them. I love this rug and the quality is a step above!

We ordered a leather recliner and was very happy with both our sales person and the recliner. Great quality products!

Ubu furniture came highly recommended to me As I entered the store not one sales associate acknowledge me the staff was very rude not one sales associate asked me if they could help me and believe me they where not busy both times I was in the store. I’m so disappointed by this. I was planning on purchasing a complete living and dining room furniture from them. I will never step foot in the store again.

Specials were ok but the place is a bit pricey.

I would NEVER shop here ever again. I bought a Christmas present & turns out her daughter bought the same thing for mom. I went to return it and was told they have a strict 7 day return policy. I guess Black Friday sales should not be shopped at here, since you would not be able to bring it back. I told them I would agree to a store credit and was very rudely reminded. WE HAVE A STRICT 7 DAY RETURN POLICY. My advise to all is to shop some place that remembers what customer service is.

Meanwhile the company may offer some unique pieces of furniture, the customer satisfaction is behind at at least 10 years.I have placed my order the first week of June 2019, payoff the same day over 10k, to expecting a delivery between 5 to 6 weeks.Well it’s August o2, 2019 and still waiting for the rest of the furniture to be delivered.Therefore, since NO ONE has followed up with me maybe calling or email, I call the store Greenville store today, after 11 weeks, to hear another sale person ( her name is Lori ) telling me... “actually that sale person who assist you did not give you the correct information, and this fall on her I’m sorry she was wrong”. GREAT!!! Thank you for letting me know she missed an opportunity but this doesn’t change the fact that NO ONE recognizes that there is a customer WAITING TOO BE UPDATED ????? SO ME, the customer should chaise the company when in this case, I PAY for the product ???Would you like to know what was the solution at the end of my call ?“ I will MAKE Sure that the person who assist you is aware in regards this”REALLY???? That’s great thank you for letting me know you will provide an opportunity and delivery my feedback, BUT when I will have the he rest of my furniture DELIVERY?????Still waiting

My wife and I have been in the store many times , but our biggest purchase was something we spend hours on. We bought a bed there and couldnt be more happier. UBU provided useful information about how mattresses are made and helped us make an informed decision. Not pushy; helpful.UBU has such a huge selection of furnishings, theres something in there for everyone. Love the Fjords Recliners. Sit in one and you will know what I mean. Next time you are in there, ask for the Krav Babe

Awesome experience, love the store, friendly, multiple material options, and not pushy on sales. if tthere is a problem they take care of it. V####or took care of an issue for me and stayed in constant communication as well. Solid all the way around.

While the products are a bit on the pricey side, the quality seems to be well above average. We usually stop in there whenever were in the mall to see whats new. They have a good selection of furniture including some eclectic items.

Mobican furniture is beautiful. UBU is great for those unique hard to find things.It was unfortunate that the $900 dresser bottom drawer isnt set correctly, do it doesnt close unless you slam it into place.****However!!!!**** Victor & friends at UBU apparently read this & contacted me directly to set up a time to try to fix it 😍. Unable to resolve the issue, they notified the manufacturer and an entirely NEW dresser was made and delivered for us (no extra cost) and it operates perfectly 💙!!Ive never experienced this sort of customer service; Im humbled because I do not expect this. Ever.Thanks, guys! Cheers!
