The store was neat and clean and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. I came with a friend who was interested in a Sleep Number bed. The saleslady had her lay on a bed that can measure pressure points. She suggested I lay on the other side. I was amazed at how good the bed felt compared to my bed at home. We both bought beds that night and the sales lady was so helpful with details. Cant wait to get mine delivered.

We ordered by phone to sleep number but realized we still had questions so I went to the store for answers. Meghann was very helpful and answered all of my questions. She ordered headboard brackets for me to attach our headboard when the bed is delivered in a few weeks. No pressure to get us to purchase anything else.

The employees have always helped me whenever I needed help. All sleep needs that you have will be answered and taken care of by the staff here.

Our sales representative spent a lot of time showing us different mattresses and let us test each one. Unfamiliar with an air mattress , so she did a good job of explaining things. Now waiting for delivery and set up !

Purchased our bed today. The sales staff there was amazing and laid back. Nothing pushy about them. They were just very informative and you can tell they really like what they do! Camille and Meg were fantastic! Cant wait for the new bed to ship in! Will definitely be telling everyone we know to go and see them!

My wife and I had a pretty good experience shopping here. They were having a great sale on Sleep Number beds, so we stopped by were treated very well by the sales gal. Once we placed our order we were shocked when we were told it would be well over a month before our new bed would be delivered. After thinking about it for a couple of days my wife and I decided to cancel our order. I guess you would say it was a bit of buyers remorse, given the fact that we spent five grand for something that we wouldnt even get to experience for nearly 6 weeks. When I called the store to cancel the order, they found a way to get our bed to us within 2 weeks. Well it has been over 6 months now and my wife and I simply LOVE our new Sleep Number bed! We are certainly glad that we didnt cancel it. I was a little disappointed that we never received the customer service follow-up (to check on how we liked our bed and to see if we had any problems or questions) call that we were promised. I guess after they got the sale our name simply fell off their radar. Still, the bed is excellent, and the customer service we received when we were in the store was very good. I highly recommend the Sleep Number Bed to everyone I talk to. The price is a bit steep (even after saving over a thousand dollars due to the sale), but my wife and I are both enjoying the best and most comfortable sleeping experience we have ever had since we took delivery of this new bed. Trust me, a good nights sleep is a worthwhile investment.

Our questions regarding the different Sleep Number mattress options and controls was wonderfully handled and explained by Camille in our first two-hour visit. Our second two hour visit was just as proficient as the first one, and Camille helped us make a good decision for our individual needs. We were impressed by the personal and caring service we got.

Awesome beds (we have had one for 17+ years and love it), less awesome prices, but.... Its true that you spend almost a 1/3 of your life on one, so its an investment worth giving good thought to.

I purchased a queen size sleep number bed via phone. Spoke with an individual at the Rivertown Crossing store. He was knowledgeable and knew how to save me money. The night before I had put together a cart on the Sleep Number Website. The bed I chose had a sale on it. I believe it was 200 off. So I had an idea how much it was going to cost me before I called the store. The salesman put together a package for me, including the Bed, the adjustable base, mattress pad and pillow covers. By the time he was finished, he has saved me another 300. I am happy.

Have the best staff ever. They are knowledgeable and courteous. They follow up on your order. This is my seventh bed that I have purchased. Four were gifts on is in my RV and this one is to replace the one at home. My sister and a friend purchased one from my recommendation and my daughter has also purchased a new model for her home. We love sleep by number.

Bought a great new bed. The lady we talked too was so nice and knew a lot about the beds. She had the same last name we had ,but was not related. Had a good time.her name was Shannon Miller. She was great.

We had a wonderful experience. I can’t remember the lady’s name who works there but she was very informative and made it a fun experience! I can’t wait for our new bed!!!

Staff was kind and helpful. Our salesperson was Mike, and he was informative and happy to answer any of our questions.The only drawback is the cost of the beds. They are probably better than anything else out there, but the price reflects that in spades. Be prepared for possible sticker shock.

Ms. Miller was an excellent Sales Rep. for Sleep Number, she was very knowledgeable, helpful and had just the information we where looking for plus she took a great deal of time to explain and have us try out the different beds narrowing it down to the one we ended up purchasing from her, no high sales tactics she simply did her job and we greatly appreciated it.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Grandville Sleep Number Store! Shannon, who helped us out, was not your typical sales person. She was very informative, not pushy, relaxed and patient. She was a great teacher and I learned some valuable things from her that as a Physical Therapist, I will pass on to my patients. Highly recommend this store, especially Shannon! Can’t wait to get the bed!
