I made several calls to many other Western authorized dealers to have my Western plow installed before choosing Hoekstra Equipment. I had too many hacks that wanted to cut up my truck and remove so many parts off my 2020 GMC AT4 Sierra to make it work. Mike and I talked about options and and after meeting with him I felt totally comfortable leaving my Black Pearl with Mike and his crew. OMG absolutely amazing, minimal trimming and they kept my front end pretty much stock. Thank you again Mike and crew. Totally a custom installation. For a parts dealer, they dont have many parts.Went in to grab a couple basic parts. (Oil filter, mower blades, and a gas cap.) They did not have any of the items.The employees have always been decent. Too bad they have supply issues.

I stopped in while they were extremely busy for some guidance with my plow. Jeff in service was more than willing to spend some time diagnosing my problem. Between him and a technician Gary, they had everything figured out in minutes. I really appreciate the prompt service and professionalism while stepping away from their busy day. I will definitely be back.

I just purchased my CM flatbed and had it installed. The install is phenomenal and everyone was great to deal with. I am very pleased with Hoekstra equipment.

The company I work for has an account with Hoekstra. We have had them work on our service trucks. The 3 Times ive brought a vehicle there, 2 of those 3 times the trucks have come back damaged. A wire harness was drilled into while a fuel transfer tank was installed and the break light wires were cut while a new tommy lift was installed. The service person acted inconvenienced when we called to report the issue and it took several days to have the issues repaired. We had an after market bumper installed and that job went well however, that was before the other 2 issues. I likely wont return unless I have to for whatever reason. I hope their service department has improved.

They are closings out on the Ariens models snow blowers. Great deals. Commercial type leaf blowers. Attachments to trucks.

Bought and had my plow installed here. They did a fantastic job.

We waited 7 months for a steel pick up cap. Then when it came in wrong due to Hoekstras mistake they tried to charge us for labor to install parts to make it work!If you are a big buyer this place might be for you but if not get everything in writing Be very careful Weve only purchased a few caps and had poor service on every one. We won’t be back

They have very poor workmanship and unexperienced employees pay is very low dont expect great quality work but do expect to pay a lot for what you get also you can expect to do frequent returns to the shop to have your equipment finished or repaired due to poor workmanship Im giving one star because there is not an option for zero Stars
