Made a call today to inquire about ear plugs and made a gentle inquiry about tentative price for basic small earplugs. Well, obviously, any hint on tentative price is a big secret at this business and is not at all appreciated. The person I was speaking with quickly changed tone of their voice, obviously getting too irritated at such a basic question. The person whom I`ve been speaking with on the phone makes a huge disfavor to the business. Good luck with this attitude. Meanwhile, I`ve got a nice quote on some custom made earplugs from your competitor who was a joy to talk with and did not treat a tentative price as a top secret.

Staff is great and Pam is wonderful. She is up on all the latest technology, and if she cannot answer a question, she gets someone from the manufacturer on the phone. I didnt want to be an old man with hearing aids, and Pam has made me feel like the bionic man instead!

Not happy Kelly was great in getting me new aids, but no follow up, got your money and 60 day trial no service. Asked 3 times on web site for a follow up appointment with no response. Went in today to ask what size dome I have no no record. Office snob looked and they have no double domes told me the sequel was wax in my ears.
