Easy cut and dry place to go. Call in an order or refill, they will have ready for you in a matter of a few hours. If its not in stock it will be on its way & they will give what they can. The covid & hospital restrictions are putting a damper on access as of now. That blame doesnt belong to the pharmacy.

Convenient location

This morning The pharmacy telephoned me to advise on a few things. 1. Payment of meds 2. How do I want them delivered/sent. I asked what meds are you talking about? As I was unaware of any meds being renewed. The female on the other end snapped back rudely well its against HIPPA for me to disclose any information to you. But YOU CAN guess what meds they are! 🤦‍♀️ At 8am Im not ready to play guessing games with medication or give my credit card information to someone who cannot even tell me my meds. Very unprofessional.

I feel like there is always a problem with my prescription. Im type 1 diabetic, I come in monthly for my insulin and always have to jump through hoops to get the right insulin at the right time run through the correct insurance for the correct price. Its always a battle. Communication between the staff members does not seem to be the greatest, I often have to explain the same thing to multiple people. They are typically helpful and friendly on the phone, but I dont feel like it excuses the point of sale problems that I experience every time I come in.Update 12/10/2019: If I could give this place negative stars, I would do it. Its wrong every single time.

It’s shocking how a pharmacy located inside of a hospital can be so disorganized. Maybe it’s the poor customer service and rude people that work there? At any rate, if you want to save time, and yes, you will save time, leave the hospital and go to a pharmacy where they actually care.

Very clean pharmacy with helpful staff. The staff are always busy helping others and the location is well kept.

I had a question for one of the staff members, and he acted as if me and my question was completely ruining his day. After he answered my question, I said to him Thank You, Im very sorry to have bothered you and he just totally ignored me and went on about his way. Needless to say i was not pleased with the customer service on this particular occasion.

I agree with the other reviewer about a man there not being helpful. I called to inquire the price difference on a new monthly medication and he obviously didnt want to take the time to check - he said theyre about the same and I cant check unless its called in I pushed back a little and asked him to please look. One was $198 - the other was $44. OKAY. That is a substantial price difference and could have serious consequences on my familys budget!

If I could I’d give this place 0 stars!! My fiancé was being diacharged on Sunday and there was a primary insurance on there still from when he was 25 and he is now 26 and can’t be covered by his father’s insurance. The lady there said there’s nothing we can do for you. You have to contact them and Medicaid and that can take up to 24hrs. So I drove to Plainfield where my sister is a pharmaceutical tech and they took care of absolutely EVERYTHING!!!! Needless to say screw this pharmacy I suggest Meijer on Plainfield!!!! Lucky I didn’t get the girls name who was rude and mean and made sure to dig for my fiancé s old insurance not in one nor two but three different computers it’s like she wanted us to suffer!! After the fact I was misinformed by the guy at the register saying it was going directly to Medicaid

Google maps shows this place in the grcc building, but its actually inside the hospital. You can find it about halfway between the childrens hospital and the heart center.
