Harbor Freight be careful what you buy and what you use it for. Theres a reason it is cheaper. Some stuff is very good, some not so much.

Had what they advertised. But hard to find. Only a few employees but not the employees fault. Nice cashier but asked a great deal of personal questions (phone number, email, first and last name) just to pay with cash. Im sure employee was just following procedures, however I became annoyed when I had to continuously say I will pass on the questions please.

Good place for various tools. The quality varies by product. Some items will bend or break but many are just fine. I just used a large half inch breaker bar with a cheating pipe to take a front Axel but that did not want to come loose. The bar flexed but not break and returned to shape.

Exactly what youd expect from harbor freight. Affordable tools of all sorts. Nice people.

Not the highest quality tools in most cases but this place has everything! We were looking for a wheelchair to purchase & guess what...found one here! Needed a trailer to go behind the riding lawnmower...found one here & the $$ was hundreds less than other places & so far we have no complaints. It was sturdy & rugged enough to haul numerous loads of heavy rock & has a tilt feature so it can be dumped. This is my go yo when I need anything & they generally have what Im looking for & the prices are always great. And so far, everything has worked as promised or exceeded expectations.

Always a good place to go for cheap tools. Sometimes the tools last a day but sometime a couple years. Make sure you google their 20%one item coupon, it can save you a ton of money! I will definitely go back whenever I need a certain power tool of other random items.

**If you are looking for helpful and courteous employees you have come to the WRONG place**The really tall lady that calls herself a manager she looks like Brigitte Nielsens twin sister but not as good looking, is probably the furthest person that should even be up at the register let alone talking to customers. In the middle of us trying to do an exchange for a broken propane heater she would keep leaving and coming back and while she was arguing with us she was simultaneously arguing with another customer on the phone. Pretty talented I guess at being a terrible employee. She ended up taking away the propane heater that we came to exchange and said take our business elsewhere and walked away. This all happened while on the phone with another stores manager and they heard everything and told us we can come down to their store and they would help us out.

This place is a toolmans glory! Selves of.all kinda of electric tools, wrenches,screws, saws, drills and others too many to list. This is a really nice place and the service was very very nice.

Happily greeted upon entry. Store is very well organized and labeled with overhead signs. I was in a hurry so asked a cashier where the item I wanted was. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful...got me going in right direction. Before I got there another employee helped me right to the item needed. Was out in no time, 3 registers operating so little wait. Even helped me find discount coupon on my phone when asked.

Like a dollar store for tools, tarps, drills, flashlights, car jacks, etc. Try shopping here first. No hardware or paint. Good with returns should you need. And DEFINITELY get their coupons. They often have a free, useful item.

I had a great visit today, the staff was helpful and not overbearing, I found everything I needed and a few things that werent even on my list! Most definitely will be back in the near future.

Great place to find good deals on tools that have lifetime warranty and easy to replace if needed. If you work in a shop its a must stop for way cheaper prices than the tool trucks. Working on semi truck and trailers you need big wrenches and you can get a set for less than one from the tool trucks.

Called ahead to make sure they had an item said to be in the inventory. Although they did pull it to the front of the store, when I came in to pay and mentioned a coupon that was active, I had to prove it, as if they didn’t have access to the coupons that they honor. Seemed like a low standard of customer service and appreciation. Two stars because they pulled the unit off a shelf and confirmed what inventory they had.

Harbor Freight is a great resource for us handy people. If you know about tools, you can pick and choose and find some really great things! Not all of their tools are great, but a lot are, and if you have a one time or couple time use kind of scenario, its often times cheaper to buy from Harbor than it is to even rent!

While I was in the store, three gentleman came in wearing camo jackets and refusing to wear masks. The manager tried to encourage them to put them on but they refused. Sad. They walked through the store and quickly exited without purchasing anything and got I to their beat up old pickup truck decorated with huge confederate flags and tore off.I was impressed by the effort of staff to politely encourage those dirtbags to put masks on during a global pandemic that has killed more than 200 thousand Americans.I wont return to this store anytime soon if thats the type of clientele that it attracts.

I had a set of torx sockets from here, one of the sockets sheared off at work. I brought the whole set in just in case (packaging reasons) and they actually gave me a whole new set rather than just replacing the one socket.

The workers are very rude. You ask them a question about a tool your looking for they dont want to take the time to even check to see if they have anymore in the back. You wont find what your looking for of you ask them. Your better off looking for it yourself.

Harbor Freight is one of my favorite stores. My wife does not like me to go there because I spend too much money due to the fact that their tools and accessories are very reasonably priced and the tools themselves are quite less expensive then the big box stores and the tools quality is fairly good. I just wish they had a store closer to Hastings Michigan.

You get what you pay for, and while most of the items Ive purchased here over the years couldnt be accused of being high quality, sometimes you just need an inexpensive tool for that odd job. Instead of spending 2 to 3 times the amount for a tool youll only use once, or very rarely, harbor freight is a perfect alternative.

Can usually find what you need here. You wont find DeWalt or Craftsman here, everything is fresh from China Harbor. Quality varies depending on what you get, but the price is low. I love the sheepskin gloves and cold weather work gloves. It is a regular go-to spot for me when I just need a cheap tool to get a job done.If you have a question, you may or may not find someone to answer it except at the registers. The aisles are generally well labeled to find what you are looking for fast.

Good place with good prices on tools and a decent staff. Was told today that I couldnt take pictures inside. They caught that right away. Not nearly as quick to offer help but someone was right on me when they saw me taking pictures.So for those times when a picture of an item would be super helpful, just know that is not allowed here, and they seem to take that more seriously than customer service.

HF is like a toy store for big boys. If you want to save $$$ on tools, shop Harbor Freight. I now buy all my tools exclusively from this place. Some say that the quality is junk, I will prove them wrong every time. The Pittsburg ratchet set is up to par with Craftsman. Air tools have been running strong for over 4 years of abuse. And my electric tools (drills, sanders, heat guns, saws) are all in great condition.p.s. - make sure to sign up, to get your 20% coupons.
