I have ordered 3 mirrors and now one was lost in the FedEx process....Better Bevel has not returned my emails and phone number is not set-up to receive calls? Very disappointing after a nice conversation a week ago. I hope this company is still in business. (Order #1852)
They billed my credit card more than two weeks ago after sending a shipping confirmation. FedEx has yet to receive the package. Emails go unanswered and phone calls lead to a mailbox that hasn’t been set up. Not sure what’s going on at their end. But this is no way to run a business.Update: Now more than three weeks. FedEx still hasn’t received the package. No word from Better Bevel. I contacted Amex and got my money back.

I purchased a mirror in 8/13, credit card charged. Received shipping tracking # but states not received at FedEx facility. No answer when calling as mail box not set up and no response to emails. I think it’s a scam.
I ordered a mirror they build me But I have no way of contacting them as they do not answer the phone or return emails and the shipment has not shipped so I dont know what the heck is going on
