Co-owner Theresa is great!I normally shy away from ice cream/from shops as unhealthy but they definitely did big upgrades and the action bowl was AMAZING!!

This used to be Bloop frozen yogurt. Not the same and went down hill. Four of the dispensers did not work. The two flavors I went with were gritty, not smooth like they should be. Flavor was ok. Disappointed.

Much improved over the past year. The new branding (ownership change?) is combined with a friendly staff, cleaner store, and more modern look.

Nice to see a place that actually offers healthy smoothies. I was impressed with the variety of choices between the juices, smoothies, and Acai bowls.

I only go for the acai bowls which are great, but recently my bowls have been like half filled and the girls always seem to mess up the orders

Doesnt have the selection of a Peach Wave or an Orange Leaf. They have a lot of toppings, and most of them were great, but some of them were of a pretty inferior quality. Insides and bathrooms were nice.

Things have really improved from what it was before! They have a wide variety of flavors, lots of toppings, and it’s very clean. I’ve had trouble with a couple of the machines not working properly, but overall, it’s a great place!

The music choice is horrible, loud and not appropriate for children. Rap music isn’t familyChoices . Young girls working behind the counter don’t get it. I’m not going back .

I came in a couple times with my family, super nice girl employee (had blue hair/brown hair). She made it very personal and made conversation. Other times i’ve come in and some other employees were nice (tall young man) but the others not very nice (didn’t talk to us until we got to the register) . Would walk by and an employee sitting at the front table, did get up when I walked in and said hi. Not very clean, a lot of the topping were low. Would expect if they were busy but they weren’t. I don’t usually write reviews but kind of disappointed lately. Would not recommend going here.

Ive been there once and it was very good.

I live like a mile from this location and have been in this area since way before it has opened. It was definitely deteriorating as a business but shout out to the NEW MANAGEMENT! The new paint and interior is AMAZING! So aesthetically pleasing 🤩 and the best toppings ever. So many flavors to choose from!! Not to mention they have açaí bowls!!!!! SO GOOD! 10/10.

Clean with 14 different flavors and a lot of topping options. Pay by weight or get a large one price cup.

Half of the machines didnt have any frozen yogurt, and the prices are crazy high in my opinion. The chalkboard in the kids area was fun to do with my daughter and her friend though. And o do like that you can try samples of the different frozen yogurt flavors.

Wouldnt honor pricing posted on their website. Very disappointed! Seemed very dishonest!

Too pricy!

Its one of the few serve yourself yogurt places left. The last couple times Ive been there they didnt have a very good selection. This used to be one of my favorite places, so I hope it was just a fluke. The toppongs are superb.

Expensive and machines broken

Great flavor options that tasted delicious. My 2 year old approved as well! A very affordable dessert stop for the family.They also have a creative space with a chalk wall to decorate.

Place was nice and clean on the inside and the topping are great. The issue I had was with the frozen yogurt. I got two flavors and both had a strange taste to them. I love frozen yogurt and have had it other places so I know what it should taste like.

Its very sad how much this place has diminished over the years. Only 3 of the 6or7 machines were available for use. The counter and tables were dirty. The staff seemed friendly enough but certainly not passionate about their job. The little one we had with us didnt have shoes on (our bad) and we only let her down for a minute but her feet were black. We didnt even finish our desserts because it just seemed unsanitary throughout so made us question the back room cleaning. It used to be a bright, cherry, welcoming place to go.

New ownership!! Flavors are all back, fresh fruit, and fully stocked sides. Amazing management.

Normally this place is great, but the last two times I came they had multiple machines not working. So with that said, only a handful of flavors of frozen yogurt were available.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Horrible! Everything on the inside is scratched up, tables were dirty, chairs were wobbly. When I came in the afternoon it was so dark, nobody there, chairs were still put up in the kid part and the employee was sitting at a table so I had to ask if they were even open. They only had 6 nasty flavors available. The bathroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned for a few months. I was embarrassed to even say I went there. This place was wonderful when it first opened! Im not sure what happened or what went wrong along the way, but I definitely wont be back.

First time Ive ever given a one star. Half the machines were empty and yogurt running on the floor. Grandkids suggested it which is why we went. Like most of these yogurt shops are great when they first open lots of flavors but half empty after a while.

Normally have had a great experience here. Yet tonight was horrible. 8 out of the 14 flavors they normally have and the one my daughter does choose ends up not working. Then as I was talking to the employee (Drew) about the one flavor not working he walked away mid sentence like he was fixing something. Then proceeded to “clean tables” as I told him it still was not working. And does nothing as I stared at him 🤷‍♀️. Tell me something at least !

Please update your hours. I drove with my infant daughter only to find out they you guys open two hours later than what it states on the web. Getting upbundled in winter weather with a little baby only to get to the door and find that it’s not open is frustrating. Thanks.

I love all of the different flavors and toppings! This is a monthly treat for my daughter and I. It is absolutely awesome. They are definitely overpriced for a bowl of frozen yogurt but it is what it is. I still go there and do recommend it to others as well.

This place used to be good with lots of flavors and toppings. But the last year it has rocketed downhill in quality in stunning fashion. Today, half of the yogurt dispensers werent even being used, let alone with desirable flavors. Of the eight flavors in operation, two were vanilla and two were orange/tropical sorbet. There were zero boba flavors (despite the tray labeling), at least half the toppings did not match their labels, and the only fresh fruit was strawberries (frozen blueberries and canned pineapple rounded out the fruit selection). The staff are virtually nonexistent and act as though if there was any other job they could be at that they wouldnt be here. And to round things out, for the second visit in a row there was also no eraser for the chalk boards.One or two slightly sub-par visits I could dismiss as outliers, but this has turned into far more than that, and this will be our last visit.

This place is amazing the frozen yogurt tastes like it fell from heaven and the wide selection of add ins is very impressive. the neat thing about bloop is that they price by weight which is very unheard of in the ice cream/ frozen food market. Neat

Pretty good frozen yogurt selection. Lots of random toppings to choose from. Its a bit pricey but not a bad treat every now and then. If theyre running their Groupon, make sure to snatch that to save some money

Excellent place to make own sundaes. Family favorite. Also a great supporter of community schools and events.

Dont get me wrong I love froyo. However Half the machines are always out of order, And I dont think Ive ever been greeted, or seen anyone be greeted. Unless theyre attractive then your staff Is all over them

Delicious frozen yogurt, lots of choices for toppings. Cute atmosphere and clean. We love it.

Used to like coming here until recently. We decided to get the small cups and filled them as any normal person would fill a cup that size. BOTH of our cups werent even filled to the rim. We went to checkout and she said both cups were overweight and we could dump them into a super blooper cup and get more toppings because thats what shes going to charge us for?? So I look everywhere for a sign and theres a tiny label saying a small cup is .60 ounces. So I guess you have to fill it carefully and weigh it in between adding your toppings or youre charged an extra 3$. Even though theres no sign or warning that you will be charged extra. Also they literally had 3 machines with 6 flavors out of however many machines are available. Peachwave or the mall is better. Employees here act like they hate their job and you are the inconvienence.

Never Bloop. Every time I come here, 6 of the 10 flavors are unavailable. But, dont worry, they always have Bloop Tart. Yeah. Bloop Tart. And it tastes as horrible as it sounds.

Took my son there for a birthday treat and 2 of the machines had frozen yogurt running down the front and on to the floor. There was only one person working and he didnt seem interested in cleaning it up.

I love this place. I am hated driving all the way to TCBY on the other side of town so I was super excited when I saw this place! I went there and tried it and let me say: This place is 100 times better than any other frozen yogurt place Ive ever been!!

It will be a miracle if they make it through this summer. More than half of dispensers were empty or broke. Floor is in disrepair. Its clear the owners are struggling or just dont care.

Awesome,, this was definitely the best frozen yogurt I have ev r had and its a perfect place to have a date,,, I love the out door seating and the indoor seating... I also love how u can taste all the he flavor a befor u pick the one u want and its also awesome that u get to pick everything u want on it... I love all the choices for the frozen yogurt and th toppings...BEST PLACE EVER!!!

Usually when I come here I have good experience but this time I came with my kids and niece the employee was rude she came to cleaned the little frozen yogurt as soon as we touch the nozzle she was very rude and for this to be a kid friendly place she kept looking at the kids as they wrote on the chalk she basically wanted us to leave so we did just that I will not be returning for a while
