Unfortunately, the store is no longer in service! So sad to see a long time beauty supply store close its business!

I don’t live on that side of town any longer but today I needed a few items and decided to stop in. I hadn’t been in there in for quite some time and I WON’T be returning. The appropriate thing to do if you work in customer service at a beauty supply store is NOT do your own hair at the time your supposed to be helping a customer. It would’ve been nice to have been asked if I needed assistance but I guess that’s too much like right! Professionalism goes a long way!!!

Not in stock with what I went for. Not the greatest location. Parking can be tedious. Friendly staff. Second shopping experience better

Prices are very reasonable and customer service is acceptable; however due to staff watching monitors more than assisting customers is a downward frown 😒

I wont return, bad customer service. To the man who was there around 10:30 am on 11/03/2017, the next time a customer asks for your assistance because they cant properly see the items through your thick, scratched, glass shelf, with noticeable hand/finger prints, dont accuse them of complaining when they tell u so and then tell them that the fact they cant see is not your problem. Be a decent human instead and provide good customer service! Ask them how u can help them.

Ive been going to Hair Joy since I was younger. I like it, sometimes. But sometimes they dont have any of what I need and thats kinda frustrating. 🤦‍♀🤷‍♀

Always helpful and friendly. Yes, prices are up a bit but that is the difference between online shopping and shopping locally. Support your local community businesses.
