Ferguson kitchen and bath supply is an intriguing place to look for your kitchen, bath, and lighting fixtures. I personally purchased all our fixtures a few years ago at Ferguson. They will never beat home Depot or Lowes on price, however, their quality is very good. While one can find top of the line materials there, one can also find reasonably priced items. If nothing else, head over there to get an idea of what you might want to do in your kitchen and bath. Then decide if you want fixtures that do not wear out or cheaper fixtures that could need replacement in a few years.

Extremely helpful, a fair amount of choices and ideas. The prices are a bit high, but theres more than just picking an item off the shelf and checking out going on. The sales people research questions and make sure you get what you need to make it work.

No one is there to help you. I have a kitchen and bathroom remodel coming up this spring and I need lighting and fixtures for both. I was told that I could look around if I wanted but no one there would be helping me. They didnt ask if I wanted to make an appointment or come back at another time, they just let me wander around for an hour.

Showroom was great, they just forgot to order one of my items.

Ferguson was recommended to us by our kitchen designer when it came time to select a sink, faucet and lighting for our remodel. Absolutely the best customer service I have experienced. We had an issue with a sink arriving with a defect and it was handled quickly and efficiently. Brianna has been extremely helpful, and always very quick to respond to any question or concern. I especially appreciated going into the showroom and not being sold the most expensive or most popular thing...she asked questions to determine what we would need and the best fit for our lifestyle. I would recommend Ferguson to anyone!

Ferguson went above and beyond to demonstrate their high quality customer service for us the customer and for the contractor we hired to do the tile work. Our bathtub was delivered in 24 hours and their team of professionals were always available to answer our questions. They put their customers 1st!

Stopped in for some specialty parts for a emergency fix. The staff was very helpful and got me everything I needed. In a pinch. They were patient with me too, which is great since it took me a while to figure out everything I needed.

I was excited to visit a store with such a great reputation, but was so disappointed with my experience. I had to sign in upon arrival and provide my personal information and the type of work being completed at my home. I assumed this was because someone would be assisting me shortly after. I was specifically looking for wall mounted bathroom faucets. The showroom has faucets throughout and is difficult to locate all of the options, along with necessary information such as pricing and finishes. I asked for help several times and was told to look in multiple areas of the showroom, though was never accompanied. When it came to very specific questions, I was told simply to look at their online catalog. There were multiple sales staff there, sitting at their desks. I dont understand why they were reluctant to help.

A very good experience in their showroom and purchased all new appliances for our kitchen remodel. We worked with Cody and found him knowledgeable and very helpful. We shopped throughout the GR area and Ferguson was VERY competitive.

Terrible service. Was trying to buy seals for faucet stem. Took 20 minutes for someone to help me after they helped three customers that came in after me. Counterperson tried to sell me a whole new faucet and I only wanted $2 worth of seals. Never going back.

A veritable toy store for grown-ups; large and handsome showroom with a wide selection of appliances, fixtures and the like. This was exceeded only by their determination to help us with a kitchen faucet purchase. We stumbled upon an absolute gem of a place!
