Cant say enough good things about our experience at Fox Nissan. Our sales representative Adis was very personable, honest, informative, and best of all, pressure-free. He made setting up our test drive, answering our questions, and guiding us through the sales process an absolute breeze. Once we decided to purchase our car, Matt from finance guided us through the paperwork. I bought a 2021 Nissan NV200 S Cargo Van. I worked with Paul Young. I paid cash Wednesday and picked up my van on Thursday. This Cargo van comes with a 5 year warranty. Everything went smoothly. So far, I am pleased with my purchase!BTW: the tank was on full when I picked it up. Ive drove many places since Thursday and I have only had to add $20.00 in the tank so far

OUT OF STATE BUYERS BEWARE. I drove four hours from Ohio to purchase a truck form Fox Nissan. My sales person was amazing. He told me everything I needed to know about the truck. He send me pictures and videos. Unfortunately, the only day that I could pick the truck up was on his day off. That is when everything when the wrong direction. They were not ready for me when I arrived. After some time, we were finally out the door with the truck. I bought the truck on 4/1/21. The date today is 6/30/21 (three months later) and I still have not received my paperwork for my tags. I have had no choice but to drive on expired tags. After doing some digging, I found out that Fox sat on my paperwork for a month before sending it out for the out of state inspection. I called to talk about my concerns with the general manager. Apparently, he was too busy to call a customer back so he had the used car manager call. The used car manager said that there was nothing that they could do. After talking with other dealerships I found out the Fox could have reissued a temp tag to keep me legal. However it was too much work since they already had my money. Im glad that I found a honest Nissan dealership in Ohio that will be servicing my truck. If you do not live in Michigan, do not buy from Fox NissanP.S. GO BUCKS!

Working with our Sales Representative Cory, was simply the best car sales experience we have ever had! His knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism, was unsurpassed! He went out of his way to assure we had all the answers to any question, no matter how big or small, and took care off all of the little details for us. He is a true asset to Nissan Motors, and Fox Nissan in particular! Matthew, the Business Manager was also a pleasure to work with. He showed us 2 different warranties that we may be interested in, and was in no way pressuring us. His explanation of the risk benefit of each, made them both an easy choice, and we signed up for the extended warranty for my Versa, and the Lease forgiveness for my wifes new Sentra! We purchased our last new vehicle from them 10 years ago, before buying these 2 new ones this week. We are now lifetime Nissan owners, as well as Fox Nissan Customers! MATT IS GREATI went to Fox to check a 2006 Nissan Frontier pickup, not to purchase but see if I would fit in a mid-sized pickup (I am 64 310+ lbs.) . I looked and sat in it realizing it would be a good fit. I was still not interested in that one until I looked closer and saw that it was low mileage (98K) well maintained, not abused vehicle. There was only minor, hard to find scratches on it. Matt pointed out the maintenance Fox had done and showed me the maintenance on Carfax. The truck was outstanding and the price very good.After researching the pricing on Edmunds Blue Book for the truck and the trade value of my Nissan Murano, I took it for a test drive. Excellent ride and handling. I asked Matt for a complete out the door price (tax, title, license) using my Murano as the trade. He quoted the price at what my research showed would be very good. We made the deal.They were waiting on one last part so they could finish the repairs. Several days later they called to say it was ready and arrange dropping it at my home, 50 miles away. The deliver team arrived on time. The delivery was quick, smooth and no problems.Great Job, Matt and Fox

Fox Nissan does not accept appointments for routine oil changes. (It would be more convenient if they did.) When I arrived, I was told that the wait would be about 1.75 hours, although they would try to get it in sooner. The visit took 1.75 hours, as predicted. They performed the oil change and safety inspection. This experience met my expectations.

Terrible service and communication at this location. Called many times, no answer, tried to leave a message to receive a call back and it said mailbox is full. Terrible way to conduct business. Really wish I wouldnt have bought a car from them. Cant even get a hold of service dept to have anything fixed (things that shouldnt be falling apart already, with only 80k miles, buy not dealers fault, but still). I have bought from Fox before, but now, never again. Also they probably wont respond to this because they cant even answer their phones. I see that they also dont reply to bad reviews or make a notable effort to change. They seem to only focus on the good reviews, so Im probably wasting my time, but if this helps someone else make a conscious decision, Im happy to assist.

Don’t waste your time getting your oil changed here. It will take several hours with not a single other car in the garage. They should go out of business for being that slow and lazy. There are competitors like Valvoline that will do it in minutes and you sit in your car! The saddest part is that the same parent company Fox Honda has way better service and you can sit in your car while they change it. It’s just something very specific to this location that is terrible and will drain your time. No thank you not draining my time ever again!

Fox Nissan was unable to diagnose the root cause of the safety issue. No code was generated. Immediate loss of power to wheels while driving 70 mph on freeway. Reached an exit ramp, where was able to restart car. Second time in 6 months this has occurred. First time there was a code & replaced forward collision warning module. Beginning to question whether I will keep the car. If it happens a 3rd time, the car will get sold and replaced with something that is reliable. 2018 Murano Platinum.

Unfortunately our Nissan Titan truck broke down in the Grand Rapids area on Saturday, 2/13 as we were moving our son, a Grand Valley student, into a new apartment and we chose to have our truck towed to Fox Nissan. We are from Bark River, MI. Nathan took care of us from the start with a rental car and reassurance our truck was in good hands as we headed north that Sunday and left our truck for repairs. He kept in touch with both my husband and I through out the week, got the parts ordered, and the truck was fixed and ready for pick up the following Friday. We were VERY PLEASED with the service received as first time Fox Nissan customers! Thank you for taking such good care of us in a difficult situation! Brought our Rogue in for a quote for a repair on the rear stays(pistons) which are failing. The stays are motorized and not manual. We knew what the problem was when we brought it in and we decided we were not going to have the repair work done due to cost to repair. The service department had the nerve to charge us for a diagnostic test that WE DID NOT ASK FOR. We brought in in for a repair quote. We did not ask for a diagnostic to be run and then they had the nerve to try and upsell us on another service. Never again will we bring our Rogue or Altima in to the dealer for service. Even the business we normally have our service done with was appalled that we were charged to have the quote.

So I you are a woman, do NOT use the service department, or at least always get a second opinion. Brought my newer used vehicle that was losing air in a tire. Told I needed a new tire for $150 and they would have it in 3 days. After a month I went to a garage that fixed it for $10. While waiting for service I heard the tell another woman her car with 20,000 miles needed brakes and tires. Crazy.

My first and only experience with them was almost 2 weeks ago. We went to order a key that unlocks the lock on your tires. They said it would be in that following Friday and they would call us to let us know its in. Never got a call and my husband called them and they said no its not in. Well my husband called them back yesterday and they said we dont have a record of any order for this. We will only deal with the Nissan dealership on Plainfield from now on. Horrible way to do business.

Upset doesn’t begin to explain how I feel...I had an appt this morning for a diagnostic testing. I have a breathalyzer installed in my car but have had it worked on by Nissan before so I didn’t think it would be an issue. Well when we took it for the appt and let the tech know about it he instantly told us they weren’t going to work on it because he didn’t want to have to call us every time to turn it on. My husband told him that I’ve done it before at other locations but the tech who’s name is Tim insisted that they couldn’t work on it. Well I have to get back to California in two weeks and I can’t drive my car that far the way it is right now. Anyways we went to another Nissan location and asked them if they can work on the car and they said yes that all I have to do is call the breathalyzer company to disable it while it is being worked on!!! It was that simple!! Unfortunately their next available day for an appt is until the 21st which is the day I have to leave!! This is not right when my car could’ve been looked at today!! I appreciate that the tech at this other location in Plainfield cared enough to help us out since he went to ask the manager if they would be able to work on it instead of just shutting us down right away!

I had a negative experience a year or so ago when coming to this dealership to discuss and test-drive an Altima... different salesperson who was rude, aggressive and who we ended up reporting to his direct leader because of his email correspondence. I wanted to purchase from Fox Nissan, but this experience really damaged my desire and then the pandemic hit. When the time was right, we came to the lot to look at some vehicles after hours, just to ensure we were ready to deal with whomever we needed to to get the car we wanted. Cory was AWESOME: very personable, not at all pushy or aggressive nor condescending and a huge breath of fresh air compared with previous experiences. We were happy to buy from him and to continue the loyalty to Fox Nissan.

Go elsewhere!I was pressured into buying into the maintenance plan which I did not want and specifically told the business manager that. I told him I would not have enough use of it to make worth it for a new vehicle considering I would not be in Michigan for long. He stated that I could cancel at any time with no problems at all. I called 2 days later to cancel and he could not do it because it was too new. Called back a month later as I was told and after a lot of back and forth and voicemails not answered he finally told my it was being done. Well he conveniently forgot to mention when he offered the plan that even if I cancelled I would still be charged for the remainder of my payments and then towards the end of my payments years later I would have a credit on my account. He also did not mention that I actually would have the first oil change free for being a new car; which if I would have known that from the beginning I would have never gotten the plan.Definitely do not appreciate deceiving sales tactics.

We have a price for oil change that was negotiated with our salesman when we leased our cars. The employee that worked in service didnt believe us, so we told him to talk to the salesman, John. I was waiting also for John to ask about the issue. The service employee got there before we were able to talk to John, and I could tell that he wasnt happy about the fact that we had this deal worked out and stormed off in a huff. I got a text telling me that our car was being serviced by Jason. After waiting an hour and a half (when we were told it should take a hour) I texted the number. No response. So we kept waiting. Finally after almost 2 hours John told us it was ready and we waited some more (5-10 minutes) and then our paperwork was there. We paid and left. I understand that everything is backed up, and may take extra time. But I had my one year old with us. I know, probably dont bring a kid, but we could handle an hour. The kid loves cars. But to ignore us when we had a question and then to take twice as much time as told to change the oil is unacceptable. Probably will go to a quick change place next time. Worst experience in the 5 years we have been coming to this dealership.

Took the car in for warranty work on a Thursday, May 21, 2020 and was told it would be done on Friday, May 22, 2020. We live 90 minutes away from Grand Rapids so my wife and daughter took the afternoon off to pick up the car on Friday, as told, only to find the car would not be done until Tuesday, May 26, 2020. So I took Tuesday morning off to drive my daughter done to pick up the car only to find the car was just being working on and they would call us when its done. So I took my daughter to work with me in Big Rapids and waited for a call. around 3:00pm I called the dealership to see if the car was done and had to leave a message. I was called back around 3:45 and told my car was done. So my daughter and I left for Grand Rapids to be there before you closed for the day. Thankfully we made it just in time before you closed for the day. So three rounds trips later and a round trip from GR to Big Rapids we finally got are car back. Getting Warranty work done on a car purchased at your dealership should not be this difficult. Something has to change in your warranty/service department, because you just lost a potential repeat customer.

Made an appt a month in advance for recall work. Was told it was a 3 hour job when the car was dropped off and car would be done that day. Car was done 6 weekdays later. No communication from the service department on this at all. Called many times for just an updates only to get voicemail. Tried the main desk and got the run-around with no update. finished three days after I was told the part was to arrive.Apparently the lower suspension link never came in. Fox, this was an appointment made a month in advance for a known issue. At a minimum, inform the customer and reschedule the appointment.Paid for a tire rotation. Only rotated tires on one side, and they refunded this cost. Although they never refunded tax or shop fees.Alignment was performed, and the steering wheel is not centered any more.Im a licensed mechanic. I can understand delays in getting parts, but not in not ordering them in advance for recalls or the lack of communication.Alright Fox, now you may leave your generic Were Sorry with an email address below in order to save face.

Was able to get my wife’s vehicle in very quickly and my service writer Jacob was extremely nice and listened to the concerns of the vehicle.We bought the rogue new from another dealership but after having such great service with your department and Jacob we only plan on bringing the vehicle into your dealership.Very impressed with how well Jacob handled the whole process from start to finish! He deserves a raise for the A+++ service he provided!

A week of car searching, and rude salesmen later; I landed at Fox Nissan. This was the easiest dealership to work with. They were professional, and being a professional myself I look for that. My salesman was Adis. He answered every question, and was very knowledgeable. If anyone is on a vehicle hunt I would definitely send them to Adis! Thank you all so much!

You could not do anything better. But I just want to make sure that Paul Young gets recognized for the amazing service he provided. I have been leasing before and never had this type of service. He is just so knowledgeable at what he does. He was always available. Paul works 24 hrs a day. He would reply to my emails at night. I will only use Paul in a future and will recommend him to all of my friends. I just can not say enough about Paul

I don’t usually rate or post reviews but I’m getting annoyed now.I’ve had problems with my “Certified” Nissan since day one. I got it almost a month ago and have called twice now and left messages to try to make an appointment to get the windshield wipers fixed and have my Bluetooth connection repaired since both are not working right. I’m pretty sure Nissan sold me a faulty car just to get it off their lot and make a commission, because the car itself was a good deal. When I test drove the car before I bought it, I did mention the issues to my sales rep. He informed me they fixed it before I drove it off the lot. But yet, I’m still having issues with the car. I’ve never been through a dealership before. So I guess this was my mess up for believing them. I just wish someone would answer or call me back so I can make the appointment and get what my warranty covers in repairs.

Fox Nissan always grants an excellent experience for work on my vehicle. When there are many people in the waiting room, I know it will be a while before my car is complete, but I usually am pleased and surprised by how quickly the work is done. When the waiting room is quiet, my experience is amazing! I try to go midday and by then it is usually quiet and the wait is minimal. The work is always great and I am treated with the utmost respect.
