Came in on Saturday for an oil change. I didn’t have an appointment, but they still helped me quickly. Everyone was professional and kind; It was a great experience. The pumpkin spice flavored coffee in the lounge was also great!

I am very pleased with my 2022 Tucson Limited. The interior is comfortable even though Im on the road 4+ hours most days. The seats are more comfortable than my previous cars(Edge and Fusion). The fuel economy is better than advertised. Im averaging 29-30 combined highway/city. Best of all are the safety features. The collision avoidance has been a fender saver when the driver ahead does something totally unexpected. The lane keeping feature works well and I wish the semis had this feature!!! The camera views are really helpful when parking in tight spaces and for checking for low height obstacles around my car. I never knew I needed the seat cooling but it is unexpectedly nice feature. Ive had a lot of cars/SUVs/trucks. I think this one tops them all. All of the Fox crew were helpful, quick to respond, and overall a great team.

Drove all the way from Cleveland Ohio (really!) and was fairly impressed with the whole buying process! Very little pressure, and they do a good job of communicating to you.Waiting area is very nice. Receptionist/cashier was very kind and great to deal with.Would recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Had my car towed there and it took them 4 days to even look at it. Also the lack of communication with their customers is very disappointing. I was basically ignored the first 3 days my car was there. Had I been able to drive the car somewhere else to get fixed I would have. It ended up being a very simple fix also. They had my car for a week and all it needed was spark plugs. A hole in the wall service shop would have done it more efficiently. Get a new system in your service center!

I found a gorgeous 2018 Wild Orange Kia Soul on their lot that I fell in love with. Keegan Pawloski was the salesman who initially greeted me and we worked with him through the entire process. He is a really genuine guy who isn’t pushy or demanding, which is rare. The financing team was fantastic and found an AMAZINGLY low interest rate for us. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and relatively easy. So happy we went here, love my car, love their service, highly recommend.

Not impressed ,purchased vehicle from another dealer, purchased an extended warranty for $2,700. Fox would not use this warranty without proof of vehicle service. I had service from multiple oil change,s at different towns, I was unable to show proof of service. Bull ####, ,I recommend never pay for extended warranty, just a RIP off. And I do not believe in need to take car to dealer for service checks. They are always able to find multiple needs of service not covered by warranty.

Fox Hyundai saved us! We limped our vehicle to them after a random maintenance issue occurred on our way home from vacation. They were booked out almost 3 weeks but somehow managed to fit us in, knowing we were out of towners. Ashley was so patient and organized. Between her and the head service tech, their communication was one of a kind and very much appreciated. Every person within the dealership was friendly and we truly felt they were seeking our best interest!

Update: be prepared to also wait a long time to get your car in for service. Took them 2 weeks just to get me in and to tell me that I needed one simple thing done. Still not worth it to come, but I had no choice this time around since it was first thought to be a more complex engine problem.I used to come here to for oil changes (not anything else...they charge way too much for repairs) for my Hyundai. Very great value since they would do the oil change, a general look over the car like at the brakes, etc., and a car wash. However, I have given up coming here. Since I first started coming here in early 2018, they seem to have less staffing, longer waits, and more bitter staff. Last time I had an oil change done here, I waited over an hour, the lady who was helping me was pretty bitter, and she had me back my car out of the garage rather than moving it to allow me to just drive forward. I dont appreciate bitterness, excessive wait times, and putting myself as a liability (for me backing my car out). Coming here doesnt seem worth it anymore.

Unacceptable standards? Our 2018 Sante Fe turbo has been losing oil at a rate that my wife and I cant believe or have experienced with any previous vehicle we have owned. ( We are both 65+) Since April, we have had to add 5 quarts of oil ( in addition to an oil change)According to Fox, this is acceptable??

I had such an amazing experience with this dealership. Specifically Albert. They had a car I had been looking for, for months. I’m in New England and needed videos taken to see the condition as i was not able to see it in person and Albert went out of his way to help me. I bought it unseen which I have never done but he made it a not so scary experience. Needless to say it’s been a month since it has been in my possession and I’m in love with it! It was in perfect condition.

I just picked my car up after 2 and a half weeks. Ashley at Fox Hyundai explained everything to me and answered every question I had. if she didnt know the answer she let me know that she would find the answer. She kept in contact with me and kept me updated on my car and any detail that i asked about. She is very professional and knowledgeable. If all Hyundais dont have an Ashley, they need to get one! Absolutely the worst experience I have EVER had attempting to purchase a car (after receiving full approval for in house financing).I could write out my entire experience but it would be a book and so crazy even I wouldnt believe it if I hadnt lived it.This dealership seems to be rotten from the top down. They have very poorly trained salespeople and a Supervisor that cannot handle any sort of conflict...very defensive which is suspicious.Hopefully others have better experiences than we did.

Terrible experience at Fox. Blake (salesman) was a nice guy, but Tom the “manager” is a complete tool with a chip on his shoulder. We got up and walked out after he told me I was lying about a posted online price of a vehicle that I had a screenshot WITH matching VIN #’s for. Screwed his salesman over a 500$ difference and terrible attitude. I’ve bought at other Fox dealerships before, but it will never happen again. Went to Betten and had a GREAT experience. Save yourself the headache and go to Muskegon.

I brought my vehicle in for service and the tech ran my car into the lift in the garage, popping my tire and denting my wheel. They replaced the tire promptly but I have been waiting 3+ months for them to schedule time with the wheel guy to fix my wheel. There is no proactive communication from the service manager as to when this is going to get done he just says management is working on it. It feels like they are hoping I forget about it.

Super slow customer service even before covid. Service reps not friendly. No one even acknowledged me after standing there for 10 minutes and I had an appointment! No respect for MY time. Unimpressed. They used to wash your car after being serviced. They havent done that in several visits so I said something. They gave me a bunch of tokens to go to their company sponsored car wash. Didnt do me any good. I live clear on the other side of town and rarely get out that way. Unacceptable. Too bad Ive bought 2 cars from there. I wont be going there again... for anything.

We are living in crazy times so I was grateful that when I took my car in to be serviced, it was a minor issue of just replacing a brake light. It was replaced quickly and I appreciated that everyone was friendly and had masks on. Every person I came in contact with was very professional and friendly as well. I couldnt be more pleased.

Not too impressed with this location. My son‘s Hyundai Sonata has to be towed and this was the nearest Hyundai dealer around. After 2 days of not being able to talk to a live person and leaving several messages, I finally got a hold of a live service person 2 days later. We decided to have the car towed on a Tuesday to Fox Hyundai and we were awaiting a diagnostic test on the ignition, which would not turn when the key was put in. It wasn’t until the following Monday and several more messages that I finally got a hold of a service person who indicated they were 1 week out from doing a diagnostic test. I decided to have the car towed 45 mi away to another Hyundai dealer who was able to resolve my issue right away by ordering the needed part (didn’t need a $110 diagnostic test) and we had the car back for use just 3 days later...and pleasantly at a lower costs including the additional towing costs compared to what we were told at Fox Hyundai. Needless to say, we had an easier, more pleasant experience and are happy that we made the decision to have the car towed. I’m not knocking this dealers workmanship because we didn’t get the chance to use them. The problem was in the difficulty in getting a hold of them and working out a timely resolution. Not too customer oriented in my opinion! I’m giving them the benefit of a doubt with a 2-star rating.

I won’t get into details.I have never experienced this horrible form of customer service.I was called and asked to remove my negative comments and I’ll be refunded for all I spent and I received a $22.00 dollar check in the mail. I spent more than that getting a diagnostics.6 weeks later I’m told I’m order yo get my radio fixed I have to pay 985.00. On top of the 3 hour waiting time every time I visited which was 4 times within 6 weeks. I’m very upset at how all this was handled even with the supervisor. I expressed my concerns with my very first visit and was ignored.

Five stars really is not enough for this dealership; their Service Department is by far one of the very best I have ever experienced. Ashley deserves 10+ stars!!! She provided excellent communication and texted me with every update she received. Ashley and the Service Department truly cares about their customers, and advocate to ensure that their customers safety comes first! Sure, there are plenty of dealerships in SW Michigan, but this is the ONLY dealerships Service Department that was able to service my car without a two to three month waiting period! After an absolutely miserable experience at another dealership nearby , Ashley was entirely transparent about what was actually going on with the vehicle , costs , etc , as that car was being serviced here due to a manufacture warranty . (The other dealership sold me a lemon and would not disclose what was actually happening !) I was not even her direct customer and she made sure I was taken care of , well informed , and educated. She went above and beyond to help me when she had no obligation to do so .Flash forward a few days and ironically I’m recommended by my best friend to shop here , it’s meant to be right ? I email the dealership and Kaitlin (also absolutely terrific !) in customer service responds promptly , I tell her my situation and she did not hesitate to give me advice and Information about the problem I had, and set me up with a consultation the same day. So I go meet Jeannette and she IMMEDIATELY jumps in to learn what I want , my budget , my needs etc . No pressure , no bull, no sales gimmicks , just purely amazing customer service . Within moments she has answers and options for me , even if what I wanted wasn’t on their lot .I decide to apply for financing , get approved, they explain every number / discount / fee etc , no hidden agenda . It was amazing . I was Thinking my car arrival will take a few days because it’s on a lot a few hours away ... She calls me back shortly to tell me I will most likely receive my car THE NEXT DAY, that she will do everything she can to ensure a driver can get on the road first thing to retrieve it .They took my NIGHTMARE experience from Another dealership , walked me through that , actually cared about me , and assisted me with results that ended with a literal “DREAM COME TRUE!”I am beyond ecstatic, grateful, and elated for these two ladies and Fox Hyundai’s business . There was an online coupon to test drive a vehicle and I saw they had a sale on elantras and I need to get a new vehicle. I admit I came an hour just before closing, but Ive just been sitting here for about 20 minutes and no one is around or has approached me. I at least want to just sit in the Elantra or accent to see if I can fit in one since Im a pretty tall guy.Edit: I eventually approached someone in an office and they took me to someone else in another office and everyone was very friendly and helpful at that point

Walked in to check out the Hyundai Palisade. Spoke with a lady (I forget her name) to see where I’m at being I owe on my current vehicle still and go over some other financial posit possibilities. Was willing to make the purchase today which I had already notified my bank. I guess she judged a book by its cover (whatever she may think that is) and said she couldn’t let me test drive the vehicle. When I asked why it was due to Covid-19 and the area being hit hard. Along our walk outside we happened to see another customer returning from their test drive. Another sales rep just parked the white Palisade to a different location asked her if she needed the keys for a test drive after being told she was showing me the vehicle.Definitely not professional to judge a person off face value nor financial discrimination. I’ll keep my 20,000 down for another dealership.This is why you remain humble and let people show who they really are. No way should I’ve been treated this way. I had a very large down payment ready and is a 7 year professional driver and an Army veteran!

WORTH THE 150 MILE TRIP!!!LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! this dealership!!!! I wasnt there typical customer Ill Admit that up front, but they really worked with me on a Truck they had in stock on there lot. No I did not buy a Hyundai.... I bought a USED FORD F-150 of all things. I can admit I buy cars like most people buy Fast Food so I know exactly what I want and am easy to deal with. Worked with Keegan Pawloski via TEXT for the whole deal which was great, as its hard for me to take calls with my job. Took a few days to get some free time as It was a 150 mile drive from my house but was well worth it!! I arrived the Truck was freshly detailed, full tank of gas, had Carfax and Original Window Sticker to highlight options which I always LOVE! Looked around was very impressed with there dealership, went inside Met with Keegan for first time treated me like we known each other for years. I brought a check, met with Patrick in Finance signed a few times handed over check and I was in and out faster then a Pizza Hut order. When my girlfriend and I walked in, it took Todd a couple of minutes to finally approach us and ask how he can help when he clearly was standing around.After we drove the car we were interested we went to Todds office to crunch some numbers. Todd did not make us feel comfortable at all. Quick note, we are Toyota buyers, this was our first experience at a Hyundai Dealership.We wanted to stay at a monthly payment where it was comfortable for us and Todd said, well why not just put more down. i said, its not that easy, I want it to be comfortable for my girlfriend and I. Todd replied with a raising voice, well then what are you doing here?.what am i doing here???? This is not how you should ever speak to a customer.Honestly, the price of the vehicle was good but ULTIMATELY, what made us not purchase the vehicle was because of Todds behavior towards us. So we walked out.Called the GM the next morning and informed on this employee and the bad customer experience we had.

Tech mentioned I didnt have an appointment but mentioned he could do the service, but would be about a 1 hour wait before getting to my vehicle which was fine for me. I researched my appointment and then realized it was for a later date. Upon mentioning this to the tech, he changed his story and said he couldnt fit me in now. Disappointed with this change in story after initially saying he could squeeze me in.

They promised me a loaner car for recall repairs and the service guy said he would look then 30 minutes later went to find him and he lied about a loaner car saying they dont do that anymore. Well I would not recommend this dealership to anybody. Ive never had this bad of service at a fox dealership and Ive bought a couple of vehicle from fox dealerships but I will not ever buy from them again or any service at a fox service also if anyone needs a recall repair done do not go there because it looks like they did nothing.

Brittany, who finalized the paperwork for the sale of the car was also accommodating, allowing us to sign our paper work outside and socially distanced. I took my car there for the service and because it was making a strange metal rubbing noise (May 14, 2020). They told me I had to get new rear brakes, so I approved it, the car was ready about three hours after that. The next day (May 15, 2020) the brake warning light came on so I took it back there May 16, 2020 to get checked, they told me that the technician broke one of the parts on accident while assembling the new brakes, they also told me I needed new front brakes (thing that they didnt mention the first time). I approved that as well since I believe thats very important for safety. The car was ready in three days (May 19, 2020) since they had to order a part, they told me I would get a rental car (but I never got any information on that, even when I reminded them twice about it). Less than a month since that, the brake warning light came on again (June 14, 2020) so I took it back a third time in less than a month (June 15, 2020) to get checked. The technician sent one of the front people to check if my emergency brake was not on? Of course it wasnt...in the end, they told me that the technician forgot to refill the brake fluid that got spilled from the previous repair. A week after that “fix” the break warning light is on again (June 21, 2020)…I’ll be taking it tomorrow again! This will be the fourth time I have to go get the same problem checked.
