I love this location; it has everything I need. Why that is important is because as a woman of color, I am consistently looking for haircare products that are for my hair and in a variety. I love the selection and accessibility for what I need.

Shopping for a variety of items in one facility with high success rates is efficient and ultimately saving me money. I have continued to do at Target for the coaches cleanliness and product choices, as well as better overall customer service experiences compared to a competitor such as Walmart.

It was Sunday Mother’s Day and I went to the store to buy gift bags I left my iPhone and wallet in the basket when I realized I left my phone I called them went back and got my phone. Later that night I realized I didn’t have my wallet either so that morning I went back to the Target to get my wallet I’m so very thankful and blessed that Javier Garza (A Cart handler) I hope I spelled your name right had returned my wallet I was so blessed because I had 5,000 dollars cash in my wallet with about 15,000 in plastic (credit cards) and he not once even open my wallet I just want to tell him Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ you have a honest and beautiful soul may god bless you!!!

The staff is kind and I always see them sanitizing all the carts and baskets. The sales on the app and in the store are wonderful. Its always clean and stocked. Never long waits. Lastly, its nice

I actually drive the distance to come to this location. The store is always clean and organized. I also like the courteous and friendly cashier. Associates should feel just as comfortable as consumers. Communicating in even little ways just as how are you? can change the mood to something good when shoppers feel tense from shopping. I love coming to this location.

It was very refreshing to see the attentiveness & courtesy of the stockers and the sales associates! A gentleman was restocking the shelves & he asked me if I needed any help! I thanked him for asking because I’ve shopped @ other store & they don’t even ask!Secondly, a sales associate came to me while I was just about out the door to check to see if I left my grocery bag! It wasn’t mine , but it was very courteous of him to do it!

We were on the lookout for an Americas got talent microphone. My son got $20 for Christmas and this is the only location that had it. We went in, found exactly what we needed and then some items and were able to check out without a delay. We definitely enjoy shopping at target.

The Target stores are not close proximity to my home so I go to that store when I can. I especially like shopping in the kitchen items. I also buy food items that are not usually requiring immediate cold storage. This store is close to HD and if I need something from HD I go there also time permitting.

Target always has correct inventory. I have had many purchases canceled from other stores because inventory online was not the same as inventory at store.

Some lazy lady seen us walking towards her register and she almost ran out of breath running to go and turn off her light like she was scared to ring up the 18 items i had smh. Maybe what she was doing was more important (absolutely nothing) than helping a customer.. Made me and my pregnant wife walk all the way down to the grocery side of the store to be checked out!! Also the stuff they say is on sale isnt really on sale was over charged for multiple items at regular price!! Didnt notice til i got home..

I got up early to visit the local location in Cedar Hill and decided that I just couldnt deal with the lack of customer service so I drove to the Grand Prairie store. This store has an amazing staff and made my shopping experience amazing and calm. Customer service is still a thing there and I highly recommend.

Right next door to my job always go there to grab items without waiting too long. Usually in and out with no issues. Very clean and staff is nice and helpful.

I was in the electronics section looking at Bluetooth headphones and I was approached by the electronic sales person and supervisor and told to stop touching the items. I told them I was about to buy the item and I was told it didn’t matter this while everyone around me was touching and looking at items I feel I was singled out because of my race the only u you osarse is that I was given a $20 discount by the manager however this policy needs to be enforced equally if not at all

Young lady that checked me out was very nice and initiated a conversation. It was refreshing

My order pickups with Target have always been very fast and easy. Not only do my orders get done very quickly but the pickup process is very organized and efficient. One of the best processes by far.

They had wipes for the carts and sanitizers. Social distancing was observed. Someone is always there and willing to help you find what you need.

We placed a drive up order for my daughters formula. We had been waiting for 3 hours and decided to call. I had to call about 8 times, no one ever answered... I called electronics department and ask to be transferred I was THEN tended to.

Target is safer than Walmart

We absolutely love Target! We love the product(s) , the atmosphere, and the cleanliness. I will say i probably frequent Target more than others as my kids and I love just walking around the toy and electronic section as well as the book sections. We typically get a Starbucks and spend hours in the store almost every week. I will say the GP store does have a small problem with ordering Inventory . Ive brought this up to the manager a couple of time because it seems their always out of certain products and quite frequently. Im familiar with the days you all receive truck and yet whoever is in charge of inventory they could use some additonal training its quite frustrating actaully. When i raised the issue i was told that the issue was with the vendors and that Target had no control over when the vendors stock their products ?

Undercover security always racially discriminates and follows me around about half the time i come here When its not busy. Look for the plain clothes workers with walkie talkies always an isle away and looking on and off. Then when you check out they make sure there are extras in the exit in case it goes off. You would think they would STOP after 50 times of never shoplifting. Then to top it off sometimes the price at the register is $1-2 more then listed.

I live in Mansfield and I drive a bit further just to go to this target I love it! The staff is so helpful and kind. I had a young man help me in the self check out when I was a few dollars short he helped me with my target rewards app and helped me find every coupon he could on my merchandise to make sure I could purchase everything I needed. Forever a patron of this target while I live in Mansfield. The Mansfield target should take a few lessons from this staff.

Target is always my favorite place for shopping. But this time has completely different. I placed order online to pick up in store and when i came to the store they say it’s not available at the store, the staff keep say sorry while they can go to check the availability. So i go check to make sure bc i really need that at that time. And end up it was still in the shelf. I hope next time Staffs at least go check to make sure instead of keep saying sorry.!

Went to the Optical department to get some sunglasses and the staff was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable.

Convenient, friendly, and always clean. Can always depend on this Target location for a quick run for anything from last min parties to easy/complicated dinner preparation. Really don’t stand in line long to check out. Ever. And the Starbucks staff is THE BEST- always can ask for their input on the drinks and carry a conversation.

Location is pretty convenient as its close to so many other stores.This target is set up really well too. I dont feel crowded or overwhelmed by the way everything is set up. They have a huge variety. Just wish they had Yerba Maté. But the associates have been nice when Im there. Today, the cashier who helped me was friendly and walked around and put my bags in my cart. The Starbucks associate was very nice too! This Target is A+

This is my favorite Target - a blessing especially if you live in the surrounding neighborhoods! They are completely stocked, always clean, and with everything you need - no need to visit anywhere else to get your groceries and home essentials. Their brightest point is the large selection of produce and deli aisle, which arent available at every Target. And man, their store brand (Market Pantry) is the best of any generic brand ever! Most of the time, even, its better.

Targets customer service is like no other. Organized, excited, and very helpful. I feel so many good vibes being in this store. Almost every employee smiled at me as I walked through the isles. At Wal-Mart you have employees at the register with attitudes like they hate their jobs. No one ever wants to help you. I dont review much, but I felt like you should know how great Target did tonight. I am super satisfied.

Great store. Great environment. Cashiers are always pretty great. I like coming here to just chill out or walk around every now and then when bored with friends or by myself. They do have a problem with tailing people and theyre extremely bad at it. Id rather they just walk up to me and ask how Im doing today. They kinda make it weird though. The staff in departments could be friendlier, but Im not sure what their model is. Other than that its Target, what else is not to like?

Check out can be a whipping. Overall the experience is good - until the very end. Clean store, easy to navigate, helpful employees, plentiful selection. But oof, that checkout process... It can be a killer. If you see more than three or so baskets in a line and there is not an employee trolling the checkout area calling for backup help, youre sunk. Settle in, or bail out. Because you stand a better chance of being hired by Target on the spot, trained and checking out your own groceries faster than the sole working checker doing it for you.

Wow the customer service Paige provided was more then I expected. Its people like her that go above and beyond that make this store amazing! I will never shop with the other guys.
