Theres like no one ever interested in helping you at the store. Unfortunately for me I have to come to the store because of its location and every time Im here its the same thing. Ill wait 15 to 20 minutes after Ive asked for someone to call someone for me and they never show up or when they do they give me bad advice so I have to turn around and go back and then I have to wait another 15 to 20 minutes. The store is just poorly managed and I guess Im going to have to start driving out of my way to go to a better managed store... I will be reaching out to the corporate office about how horrible my experience is on a daily basis at this place... I hope the store shuts down and becomes anything else run by anyone else

I just got home from home depot and was very disappointed in their service. I had bought 6 of the 80 pounds of bags of cement and asked several times to have someone load them into the truck. I waited for about 45 minutes and nobody came. I started loaded them myself. I loaded 3 bags until a nice customer came up to me and told me he would load them for me. To the customer, thank you so much for the help. For home depot, im very disappointed! 😡

I have never been so pleased by the service industry! Angel C.at the service desk displayed outstanding customer service. I was looking for assistance in electrical and she helped find the product I was looking for. She was sweet and caring the whole time even though I was being confusing and was not sure what I was looking for. I could not be happier with the service from Angela.

I have always liked this Home Depot. The workers are helpful without being pushy. I went in, grabbed a ryobi string trimmer, and a deadbolt. In and out in less than 20 minutes. I was greeted by 2 employees and helped by one. Its always pleasant, not stressful shopping. I have never had a bad experience there. Great place, helpful people.

So I felt like having the curbside pick up experience and I will say never again. I arrived at 5:25pm to be exact and checked in but no one ever came it is now 6:04 so guess what now I have to go inside to get my product because they stop curbside pickup at 6:00pm. That was the worst idea ever. I understand now why the curbside pick up parking spots at this home depot are always empty. Lol oh well.

Seemed to be out if stick on a lot of items, almost 80% of the store, that or they do not have a huge/ wide variety to choose from. Good discount prices on Gorgeous medium and large area rugs. Good self check out worker

I rented a ladder from Home Depot, which I wont order this ladder again. Its technically a 18ft ladder, it opens in 2 sections when its fully open youre only getting 14ft. I have had many great experience with Home Depot, this however seems to be a isolated case.

Well, today was a lot different. Product I needed, was not down. The 2 young men that helped me, told me the skew matched the product that was already down. I showed them that the actual product was different. 25 minutes later, had the product i wanted. The 2 young men were not from lumber dept, but helped me anyways. Thank you.

Came to really enjoy my local Home Depot upon moving down to the great state of Texas, within a few trips. Lots of merchandise, easy to find, and helpful enthusiastic employees makes a big difference for this shopper.

Bad management................Ive been trying to run a project that is 2 min away, but this store doesnt have anything in stock. From tile, wood, and paint supplies.The whole point of getting pre-finish panels is to save time. This home depot is (always) never stocked, day after day after day. When you ask associates to bring stuff out, it takes hours. So you take whats available and come back for more later I guess.... Then a lady in custome service took 15 to look up sheets that were cut and could not come to the conclusion they were cut. Then took another 15 minutes to measure the pieces to make sure they were 4x8. Something that should be visible.......The people at the registers are the exception, very courteous and there is usually never a line. The old man iand the young ladies are the reason they get a 🌟

The best thing is even tho I had to drive 30 min the deal on 24 pack coke glass bottles is $25 and at the wal its $100 for the exact same thing. The depot crushed all with this deal

You have a Employee named Eddie in the plumbing department at the south Grand Prairie location. He helped me find everything I needed. There was a item that I wanted that wasn’t on the shelf he hunted it down for me. I normally don’t write reviews but he definitely impressed me enough that I thought someone should know how hard of a worker they have.

I couldnt find any help. No one knew what they were doing. I need help finding the correct light bulb. Every time I asked for help that worker would just call another worker. I even asked to talk to a manager and he was no help.

Nice staff,and helpful. Little over picked on some isle within the hand tools and power tool section. I must have went in between shipments or restocking. I can always order what I dont find in store, online. I dont need it right now products are always there just have to wait sometime to get it.

My 1st visit only sent me away without my item. My 2nd visit proved to be most beneficial. Every single person was very helpful. I stopped one gentleman to ask a question about a grill. He helped me with my selection, took me to a register with my new grill, and asked two young men to help me put in the vehicle. I will be back.

Its a great store! The have what I need at reasonable prices. Returns are rare but if it happens there is never a problem.

Lots of in-store traffic. Some items /aisles really need some help. Messy. Things out of place and some common items not stocked well. I was in lumber department. Trying to find fence panels. Two Home Depot employees, even though I was clearly needing help, no help offered. I see a few Home Depot employees talking huddle together maybe they could offer help to customers.

They always have what we need when we go. This is a very busy Home Depot, so be prepared if you are loading! Most contractors go early morning, so my advice would be to wait until later in the morning if you need bulk supplies as the loading area and wait time is obviously going to be busy and take longer. Great location and nice staff. Always friendly and get us in and out quickly.

Second time having issues with a pick up order. Only reason I do pick up orders are because I’m on crutches and it’s the nearest HD to my house.

I went to the Cedar Hill location they were Very unhelpful. They did not even give me the time of day. I went in to buy a very expensive refrigerator. I turned around and walked out and went to the south Grand Prairie location. Julio helped me. He is an excellent employee in the appliance department. He spent at least 30 minutes with me on 2 different occasions to help me to select a refrigerator and get it ordered and everything set up. 5 stars to Julio at the grand prairie location.

Saw 4 assicates down paint isle not one naked can they help us. went in plumping son found someone but was not quick 1 answer n he moved on to someone with a cart full hmm. great prices. glad I knew what and were to look for what I needed(signs)

I was on the Home Depot website and saw a lawn mower that I wanted to buy. The specific unit was not my local store, so I placed the order on the webpage and set it up for an in store pickup at my local store. The mower costs 250$ + change. I get the notification that the mower is ready to pickup, so I picked it up on Saturday 14th of April. The outside of the box had some oil stains on it, but I assumed (stupidly) that the oil was from something dripping onto the box and not actually coming from within the box. When I take the box home and open it up, the quart of engine oil that comes with the mower was exploded in the box and coats every piece of the lawn mower, manuals, paperwork and the box itself. I realize that the quart bottle ruptured and the zip lock bag that the bottle comes in was broken up as well. Every single part of the lawn mower and its components that I can see is covered in engine oil. I box the lawn mower back up and take it back to the Home Depot where I picked it up. The reaction I get from the guy at the returns counter is amusing indifference. When I open the box, he does not know what is wrong or why I am returning the lawn mower. Even after I tell him, he has to get 2-3 other Home Depot employees to look at the lawn mower covered in oil. I eventually get handed off to a women with a trainer tag on her apron and I think that because she is a trainer I will get taken care of. Wrong! She makes no attempt to right the situation. This is the extent of my conversation with her. I have ordered a replacement, when will it be here? I dont know. Give me a refund. That is it. She makes no attempt to fix the situation or apologize to me for Home Depot wasting 3 hours of my Saturday. She does not make any attempt to save the deal. My 250$ means nothing to her. After I left Home Depot, I bought a lawn mower from Wal-Mart. This is what I think happened. The lawn mower was sitting around their warehouse or various stores. It becomes damaged and leaks oil through the box and onto the floor. The Home Depot employees look at it, and know that it is leaking oil. Instead of doing the right thing, by cleaning up the oil on their floor and pulling the box from their inventory and looking at it to see what is wrong. The ship it out to the next customer that orders and dumps the problem on the customer. Why should they clean anything up and take responsibility for a damaged mower? When they can just send it to the customer, who will then have to do the return and waste their time fixing their mistake and clean up their oil spill. I have recently moved into the area at the beginning of 2017. I have been to my local Home Depot store every single weekend since I have moved here. But after this, I wont be so quick to go to Home Depot. I will have to consider their business practices and decide if the risk of them wasting my time by knowingly selling me a defective product is worth it.

Best customer service today via curbside, texting and email. Ordered a dolly online for curbside pickup, they didn’t have it but the young lady Diana was able to locate one they did have in the store. I was also able to pay the difference over the phone. I was able to inquire about my order via text with Rachel who was so very helpful and entertaining even though she was way in UTAH. Was able to get my receipt via email. Today was a good Day!

By far one of the best Home depot stores in the DFW area always friendly, very attentive and ofcourse helpful store employees. Always ready to answer your questions if possible if not they point you in the right direction to someone who can , never a disappointed visit when I come here ,the customer service and Pro desk are second to none, theyve always assisted me with no disappointment, I say this not just because it happens to be down the road from my house ,but because Ive been to many others and theyre not quite to par , as a self employed Gen Contractor time is of essence and they always have what I need and ready, no wait time. I was very pleased with my visit right when I got off my vehicle I was offered a shopping cart from one of the workers that was outside, not to mention the courtious staff that acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the store, Plus! Only giving 1 star. I ordered 4 cabinets over 2 months ago and received 2 of them. There was no delivery date set for the remainder. I was told the plant had closed and would not be able to get the cabinets. These were ordered online and through several calls and a couple of cases opened to provide answers, I finally looked up the producer whom Home Depot tries to hide that they own. I had to return what I received and because the order was placed, my money is still being held hostage because they cant cancel the order they know they cant produce. They did give a $300 gift card but that does not cover what I have had to go through to get something to work. So disappointed in the way this has been handled.

Home Depot In this serve cold weather people are in emergency needs to repair homes or to keep warm.Theirs many people getting turned away at this time when it clearly says it’s open till 9pm.We drive many miles just to be turned away.

Went in there looking for a certain size AC filter I only had one and it was the most expensive kind. They need to broaden their Horizons!

As always it was an adventure to say the least. They were out of a lot of essential stuff like brooms specifically the wooden straw ones that I love. Other than that the rest of my experience was great. Check out Awesome I always make sure I am getting checked out by a senior because there is always laughter or a word of wisdom in this last visit it was a little bit of both. (By the way my teenage son still didnt help sir🤣)

My dad and I went to pro services so we could do a phone sale, when we walked up all the girls and guys were just standing there talking, we stood there for a few minutes before anyone bothered to assist us. A girl had approached us finally and asked us if we needed to do a phone sale, we told her yes and then she proceeded to ask us again in Spanish, so we told her yes again. Everyone there just seemed to be more interested in talking to each other rather than working, absolutely unsatisfied with customer service here

I dread coming here, but that’s not really so much their fault. It’s still about as good a hardware store as you’re going to find, which isn’t saying a whole lot, but it is what it is. I just wouldn’t recommend ordering appliances and having them delivered to your home. The contractors they hire are really unprofessional and just seem to go through the motions. That’s just poor oversight by management. Also, when you rent one of their vehicles by the hour, I noticed the vehicle expiration tag was over 2 years expired. Completely unacceptable. I mentioned it to the rep, and they couldn’t care less (obviously).If a viable competitor can arise on the scene, they can utterly destroy this place as competition, because like a lot of successful corporations of the past 30 years, they start to slack off and lose their ingenuity. That’s Home Depot in a nutshell.

Greater stuff lower prices seems to be the house rule. This store is close to home. They always have what I need for every home improvement project. Great nursery they offer lots of live healthy vegetable and fruit plants. My garden is always half full of plants I got at home depot. The staff are friendly and attentive.

My wife and I were shopping for storage racks and asked their department associate for assistance cutting the rack. She then proceeded to say they did not do that at that particular store and walked away. We then noticed that they had the proper tool in the isle to actually cut the racks so we asked two associates talking in the next isle. They said they did in fact cut racks in that store but there was no one who knew how to operate. We then attempted to ask for a manager but the girl we asked said it wouldnt be of any help since the guy who cut the racks was taking a break and was nowhere to be found. We will be taking our business elsewhere, save yourself a trip to this store, customer service is non existent.

I went in to get products that were not in stock in the 360 store. I was helped right away by one of the employees and taken to the products. At check out was quickly taken care of and got me out the door. Really impressed with tbis store.

And did not have bags to put your items that you are purchasing. Ask the worker that was there... this young girl..hispanic around 4.30pm. 11/07/2020 if there was any bags. She stated we dont have no more. And this other employee was passing by when she stated that to me. He told her. YES theres a lot. Dont be lazy and get off your phone. There around d the corner. After 4 months of waiting for my refund on labor that a contractor that Home Depot referred me to, whereby I was charged an extra $475, I finally got my cq. I had to buy the wallpaper at Amazon since Home Depot doesnt carry the Lemurs anymore.

Just went this evening to get a copy made for my house key and no one ever went to help. We went to ask cashier, she called out on intercom 3x for someone to assist and no one ever went. Waited over 20min. Unacceptable.
