Throughout a frustrating and time consuming process that was completely out of anyone’s hands, Joel was extremely accommodating and professional. He was helpful, personable and upbeat, which helped the situation tremendously. This young man will do great things in the future! Such a great experience! Customer service was above and beyond expectations! (Joe, Freddy, Tod- I think where their names)We we in to add a phone and a line to existing service, at the very end we discovered the phone did not have a SIM card tray and could not active the line without one. We tried to find a way to get one but had no hope. The manager ended up finding a solution and we got the phone activated with service! Great team over there! Thanks!

Very helpful and friendly. We switched from Verizon for a few reasons and have been satisfied. Havent seen a drop in the mobile speed or connection. The plan works better for my family and the unlimited price beats out Verizons data plan with rollovers included. They dont rollover without strings. The service from Verizon management and staff at all three locations in Grand Junction continued to leave a lot to be desired. Then after we switched they continued to call us and be nasty. Without a doubt I would switch again if asked, only earlier. Customer service is always prompt at Sprint and they are knowledgeable. The way they treat us has been very much appreciated.

I visited the store with several questions and asked for someone who could provide technical support. At a pass thru type window two employees kept working on their computers. They acknowledged me but did not ever give me their full attention. I got very little assistance and left frustrated.

They seem to much busier than in the past which is a good sign, the staff while always busy, tries to touch every person and accommodate them and keep things moving along. Just switched over from Verizon and its not as fast but comparable and works for my needs. The caveat is that Im paying $80 less per month with unlimited usage, plus Hulu, plus Tidal music. With tidal it blows away the sound quality of the other services. All in all a good group of folks.

I bought a coolpad last November for internet access. I was disappointed with the limits on the Verizon system and was attracted by the bigger data limits.The coolpad worked marginally in Fruita through the winter. Very slow at times and it often dropped the connection completely. I moved to a new rural location last week and found the coolpad completely dead - no signal at all. My Verizon phone was working fine and when I reactivated my Verizon jetpack I found 3 bars of fast mobile broadband.I made a month to month agreement at the store, and when I went on the Sprint site to deactivate the coolpad, they ran me around in circles for an hour and a half in a chat window. I was transferred to at least 6 different agents who asked me the same information over and over. Finally they deactivated the device but they refused to send me an email confirmation. Sprint is now saying I owe an early termination fee, but I specifically made a month to month agreement at the store because I anticipated possible problems with reception.I was hoping to be able to possibly use the device again in the future, but now it looks like Im going to have to waste more valuable time disputing an early termination fee thats contrary to the agreement I made in the store.A truly horrible experience with another corporation who has off-shored their customer service and will not live up to the terms of the agreement I made with a live person here in Colorado. Ive had enough!Im sticking with Verizon in the future.UPDATE: I had a short discussion with an agent in the Grand Junction store over the telephone at about Noon today. The lady was extremely unhelpful and confrontational. About an hour later, I received a call from an affable Grand Junction Police Officer who informed me I was not allowed to go back in the store for anything. From what he said, it sounds like she made a false police complaint against me in retribution for me posting the above review.My advice is stay away from this store.

I have come into this location a few times and I have always been treated like royalty! The staff has always been wonderful even calling me by name by Mark before I get signed in! Thats what I call great service! Some times the wait can be a little on the long side when they are slammed but thats to be expected. With that being said, I feel that it is always worth the wait. Thanks for all your help!

Shout out to Mark with the Grand Junction Sprint store. Very helpful and extremely patient with porting over 3 phone lines from Verizon. We had a cluster from Verizon (thus why we changed), ported over our phone numbers, saved some money in the process and most importantly received exceptional customer service in the store.

Even packed with holiday shoppers, they had excellent customer service. It should be expected to have a wait when a store is this busy, but they kept checking in with customers as they waited. Judd was our rep and was not only product knowledgeable but quickly assessed our situation and addressed it with a goal of exceeding our expectations. Judd delivered! Bravo Zulu!

Staff is amazing. My phone got stolen a week ago and so i called the phone claim service and got given the run around 3 times in a row but when i went into the sprint store they were very intensive and made sure to help me and if they didnt know they tried to find an answer for me. with out the help and kindness of the in-store customer service i would have gone nuts trying to pretty much fight with the phone claim service.

Staff is friendly here, long wait. I would recommend not doing business with sprint. Trust me you will learn. I was paying $325.00 for 3 lines and a tablet that doesnt count as part of your lines was paying for the lease on these items had no service were I lived talk with them about signal booster said it wouldnt work were I lived. Then they tried to get me to send the phone back and still pay the lease. I ended up paying 2 phones off dropped my phone from there service and my phone bill the next month was $325.00. I dont understand that.

I went to the store to have my IPhone sent in for some apple issues. I waited and hour and a half to have my info transferred to the loaner phone. When I got back to the store I was told they didnt do anything because my phone was lock. In the process I ended up losing everything on my phone but what I had backed up on the ICloud. So much for good customer service. They never fixed the problem even after the phone was sent to be fixed.

Best sprint store experience we’ve had in the 13 years we’ve been with Sprint! Max and Mark made sure that our concerns were addressed, took multiple steps to make sure we were taken care of and made calls on our behalf to set up a backup plan if need be. Never have we had that kind of costumer service when dealing with an issue regarding our sprint account.

This store is better than the one at Mesa Mall but, not by much. Each time weve had to go to this store, weve had to wait at least 15 minutes before we were waited on since they were busy. First time we were in the store, nobody even spoke to us to for almost 15 minutes then a guy finally came over to us to see what we needed. Not too friendly here but, then either is the employees at the Sprint store in the mall.

I recently broke my IPhone and had to get a replacement. I thought that there was a good chance that I was up a creek without a paddle as the Iphone was passcode protected with Find My IPhone turned on and also had Google Authenticator turned on. Their tech guy Travis is a literal tech genious and allowed me to sign in on a loaner IPhone and helped me disable the security features mentioned above which I thought could not be done. I walked out of the store with all of my problems solved and a great deal on a new phone. Hands down best experience I have had at any phone store. Kudos to Travis, Jerrod, and Jason. Thank you for everything! 😄

Rating based on Sprint and telesales more than store. After two visits to store I still had to work 4 hours on phone to finish order of a 2G line. After the setup nightmare service so far after 1 day has been good. But expect silly issues when signing up.

Store staff is always unhelpful. Usually rude and condescending. I have been lied to and even laughed at when my phone has problems. Do not expect to get anything accomplished at this store. It has gotten to the point that I travel OUT OF STATE to get cell issues resolved. Theyre attentive and friendly until theyve locked you into a contract and then they will LEAVE YOU HELPLESS. Other stores are great but I wish Id have switched service before I moved here. Giving a 1 because there is no 0.

Gf went in to get her phone fixed because Im not an iPhone person. Tech crew takes 1 1/2 hrs fixing it (without recovering anything) and it froze again 20 min after leaving the store. I reset, updated, and recovered everything in 45. This was not a jail broken phone.... pathetic

Local stores Customer Service are appalling! I have been to both locations in town and have been treated like CRAP! When I set up my plan the first time I was LIED to by the employee who started my account. He told me the store offered services that I wanted and asked for but when I went to use them I was told the employee was misinformed when he told me what he did. MISINFORMED, no I say he LIED to me to get a sale. I refuse to go into the locations here it has been so bad. I switched to Best Buy for my phone customer service because I like to be treated like a human being. DO NOT USE THE LOCAL STORES, my sprint service itself is OK, I have had good customer service through the 800# but zero customer service locally. Hated it is not a strong enough sentiment.

The people at this store are very nice, unlike the one in the Mall which is run by crooks. They said i am the 5th person to come in this week trying to get a phone replaced (im well within my 14 days return period). One apparently got turned down because of dirty earphones.... So if you are going sprint go to this one, do NOT for any reason give your money to the third party outlet in the mall!This store has called the main sprint higher-ups, as well as the district manager of the place in the mall, they seem to be sick of unhappy people coming from that other store with stories about their shady business practices.
