I went in to upgrade phones. Store was out of both phones I wanted to upgrade. I understand, even though frustrated, with the chip issue this can happen. I guess she was ready for a fight. Even made the comment that she wished she was the little person making the phones in the back. Life offers choices so I made the choice to walk out and go to another company!

On Saturday August 21st my phone had gotten damaged. The first thing I did was grab my boyfriends phone to see what I could do in regards to getting this taken care of. Crystal did everything she could to help me. Fast forward to today, my insurance for some reason was showing that it had been cancelled on the 20th. Crystal still did everything she could to make sure she was able to get me my replacement. Thank you so much!

Terrible customer service. Waited almost 40 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement. Then, when we asked about how long the wait time was, the woman stated she had no idea because she wasnt paying attention to who was next. Pretty unfortunate because we were trying to upgrade my sisters phone to the pixel 3 and were paying in full. Better off going to Verizon, they are able to keep their heads straight and have better service speed, too.

Never will I go here again. I was told one thing on the phone and when I drive over an hour and get there, the employees want to argue with each other on what they can and cant do. I will say that the one employee DID know what she was talking about but bc the other one wanted to think she knew it all I didnt get what I was PROMISED ON THE PHONE!!!! Dont bother. They need to learn thier stuff. I called corporate and find out that what I was promised on the phone WAS THE CORRECT ANSWER so I should have gotten what I drove an hour for. This place is a JOKE.

Switched over from Verizon. So far its been great, wont try to sell me anything I dont need. So far all the staff in this one has been super nice

I am not a big fan of US Cellular. As soon as our contract is up, we are switching to a different company. They have been rude several different times and have not resolved our issues. They promised us a discount because of the place my husband works and they still wont honor that. They dishonestly sold me a different plan which is more expensive then what they said it would be and when I said I wanted my old plan back they said that wasnt possible. They habe terrible coverage when we travel and overal, I am very dissatified with this bussiness. Ive already gotten several lower quotes from competing companies so as soon as my contract is over, we are gone. Which is sad since weve been a costumer for several years.
