Placed two special orders with Mary 10 weeks ago she was right when she said it would take a while about 3 weeks ago I called to see if it was in some gentleman said it was I drove the 12 miles there to find out that it wasn’t in. Fast forward to yesterday I just said call again and magically it’s in. When I asked Mary why she didn’t call me she said it was OK to which I replied it’s been almost 3 months so again She said it was OK. At that point I realize that she wasn’t listening to what I was saying. Never again.....I’ll never shop there again for anything ever. PERIOD.Chuck would disapproveI would give it less than one star if that was an option

Walked in looking for new front door and storms doors. Stood in front of a front door for 13 minutes with 2 employees sitting at the desk. No one said hi or came to talk to me. Was going to see if they could install quickly since Home Depot is taking for ever. But I guess people quickly forget the recession we had a few years ago. Won’t be going there again.

Apparently they dont need people who want to support local businesses.
