The store has the stuff you need to take care of your vehicle, but the counter staff was sultry and disinterested not very much help.

They are always good, always helpful and quick to help out. They consistently have the hard to find parts at a great price. The location is busy, always, but the store is never too busy. Thanks.

I was so grateful to these guys! I was getting my oil changed when the guys noticed that my battery caps were missing. My dad had been rehabbing my battery and hadn’t tightened them down enough. They called over and Advanced was able to get me what I needed to prevent me from having a serious issue with my battery. They were so helpful and went out of their way for no other reason than to help me out. So grateful. Will definitely give them my business in the future!

My boyfriend and I stopped here a little while ago and can’t say thank you enough to the kind young gentleman who was working and helped us fix a problem with our sprinter van. He saved the day especially because we had a load in the van that we were hauling down to Indiana and didn’t know for sure how to fix the problem on our own. I would definitely recommend that others come here as well! I know that we’ll be back again to buy parts or if we have certain vehicle questions because we know that the great staff here will help us as much as they can. Excellent service, highly recommended. Very quick and thorough. When my car needed a new battery and there were complications, Ed put extra work into it free of charge and even bought us lunch while we waited.

Order online and pickup in store and use a 20% off online coupon. That makes it almost as cheap as RockAuto and much faster.**UpdateBrakes are now excluded from all online discounts. I just bought auto parts from OReilly for the first time ever. Really disappointed with this change.

Have a hard time getting the proper parts unless I specifically know what it is Im obtaining before going in there. Several times been told correct parts only to get home & theyre not. So stopped going here

Advance Auto Parts is a national chain for most of your automotive needs, they also stock diesel parts. I have 2 mechanical shops that I deal with, one in Grand Haven, Michigan. Z Tire the other in Clifton, New Jersey Franks Total Car Care. Both of these shops purchase repair parts from Advance Automotive at my insistence. I make frequent journeys across the country to visit friends and family. If a problem ever occurs with a repair and the part was purchased at Advance Automotive and has a warranty, I do not worry about the cost of buying or purchasing another part. Advance will swap out the part according to the terms of the warranty and all I need to do is pay for the labor to install. If youve ever had a alternator replaced at home and hit the road 6 months later and in some far away town your 6 month old part dies which cost you $325.00, if purchased from Advance Auto it will be swapped out, according to replacement terms.Ever have one of those check engine lights come? Advance Auto will tell you whats wrong or why the light is on. They will not reset the light. Theyll replace wiper blades, install betters, check your charging system and stater moter. They also offer shop services, true rotors,brake drums, etc etc.

Always a good expierence. The employees are always kind and helpful. They recognize you after a couple visits, making it personable. Highly recommend.

Wanted to order and buy local but seems this advance auto is unable to reliably order the correct parts. Has been 2 occasions in a row where I ordered a part from them and either they did not actually order it, lost it, or ordered the wrong part. Won’t order parts from them again.
