I had a rear end crash with my beautiful Honda CRV and Fritz Auto did a wonderful job! Beth and Dave were easy to work with and my car was not only brought back to its original glory but vacuumed and spotless! All was done in a timely fashion and their communication was exceptional. I highly recommend their services.

I have been bringing cars to Fritz for 30 years for various reasons. My 18 year old son hit a deer last night 2 months after buying his 1st car. I already know I can give 5 stars based on past experience. They are understanding that he has only PLPD and I have faith they will find the best, most affordable option for him. I will never go anywhere else.

I had my Jeep repaired here for bumper damage. Not only did they repair the damage they adjusted the bumper where the factory had installed the bumper to high causing damage. As well as they went and repaired all the chips and dings for no additional charge. They then gave me an additional amount of touch up paint for the future and taught me how to fix the chips myself. They were way cheaper than the dealership. Personal professional service done right. I could not be more satisfied and highly recommend over the dealerships.

Great family-owned Body Shop. Ive worked with him on many occasions. Some vehicles that get you have no idea how theyre going to fix them. When you go back to get your vehicle you cant even tell there was ever any damage.

They went above and beyond, when they fix my jeep. I am extremely satisfied with their service. Excellent communication as well.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Other than the fact that they had my car for 2 weeks which given the extent of the damage was understandable, they told my insurance I had an exhaust leak and sent me on my way since then my car does not brake right stalls at stop signs/stop lights and shakes hard so I called back and they completely disregarded my claims stating to my insurance that its still the exhaust leak my insurance said its on me and that they only do collinson so they would not know so I took it somewhere else and my car is MISSING AN ENTIRE HOSE and my intake needs replaced how are you going to tell me you missed the fact my car was missing a hose and wont even own up to the fact that you messed up. If you are looking for someone to fix your vehical correctly go see westside service in holland.
