Love harbor freight. What I need for a good price.

The Goshen store was clean, and well stocked and the employees were very helpful.

Awesome place but was surprised by their inventory, or rather, lack of inventory. Their prices were lower than others & deals are actually really good. However, prices dont do you much good if they dont have the items your looking for! The staff seemed much to comfortable with telling customers theyre sorry but they dont have items in stock. I was told to check another store over 45 minutes away. Note, I was told to check. Overall, the staff wasnt very helpful.

Cheap and fragile tools. I only buy quality brands from Lowe’s like FLEX, Kobalt, Dewalt, and Craftsman.

Dont buy the cheapest product, spend the extra money and save yourself some time and aggravation on exchanging the product.

Had everything I was looking for great prices

I really like the prices & the quality of their tools. However, I find the layout difficult. Why would a tube bender be at one end of the store but the tube cutter is no where to be found? I guess I just do not understand their system.

Nice store when they can keep popular items in stock. The store associates are helpful when you have a question.

The customer service is always good, and of course the prices are good as well. When buying tools from Harbor Freight, you are buying potential low-end tools at a good price. Do your research, and enjoy the savings.

If they have it chances are their prices are competitive especially with a coupon. A mix of low costs, entry level tools to mid-higher grade power tools that compete with top brands. Just like any store that sells tools th we days, do your homework. Overall, satisfied customer. The staff know where to look if you need something and very accommodating with returns if the product didnt fit your application.

Great store very clean affordable good quality tools and power tools. Lots of well priced items and plenty of coupons! They have nice tool boxes as well for pretty good prices for good quality. Ive bought a lot from here and most hand tools have a lifetime guarantee.

Had a bad experience the last time I was i. There. I know that I. On the mailing list for discounts on items. Because I constantly get emails. But when I went to buy a multimeter and get the discounted price. My name wasnt in the system. So they wouldnt give me the multimeter at the 24.00 price. Wanted to charge me 39.99. So I declined on getting the multimeter.

Sells some tool that do not have all the parts..for instance, I purchased a oscillating saw/cutter but the blade had to be sold separate...whats the point in buying it if it cant be properly operated right out of the box

New person at checkout. Was very obvious and a bit soon to be alone at register. But food visit none the less. Learning by experience is after all the best way to learn.

This is my go to place for tools and other things needed for my ongoing home remodeling projects. While I usually receive good service, my trip the other day was outstanding. Even my fifteen-year-old son recognized that our cashier, Corie, really seemed to love his job.Thank you, Corie, for providing excellent customer service and for being a bright spot in our day of shopping! 😊

I love their prices. They would get five stars if their staff at the Goshen store were more helpful and polite. Maybe I caught them on a bad day. Still, doesn’t excuse attitudes and lack of general politeness.

Pretty good place. Aisles are kept neat and clear, product displays are kept neat and tidy, and staff were all friendly and helpful. Other customers were also all polite and friendly. Sure beats shopping at Wal-Mart. Ill definitely be going back.

Bought a polisher there that I was not happy with but Harbor Freight took it backreturned my money with absolutely no trouble. I will return because of their friendly service and wide range of products.

Didnt have the tools in stock

I Went in to buy a motorcycle lift today but they didnt have it in stock. I get that things sell out from time to time. They were not willing to sell the display model because of company policy against it. I get that also. The problem is when I asked to order one I was told we cant do that for you. I was told we can see if another store has one but it might not be accurate. I asked if they had store to store delivery. They wont offer that either. I was told I can order it online if I wanted. If I wanted to do that I would have zero reason to go to the store. I held down a counter in the retail customer service industry for almost 20 years and would do whatever it took to get the sale and have a happy customer at the end. Even if I had to order there product in from the warehouse. I couldnt even get them to give me an estimated time one would be in. I was told basically we can only sell whats in stock and will not go the extra mile to help you in anyway unless its on the shelf. This is why brick and mortar stores are going away. I tried to support their business and they wanted no part of it all because it wasnt on the shelf. All they want to do is clerk people that are in line and tell them to have a nice day. I guess $459 can be just as easily spent somewhere else where they care about making the customer happy. Ill even pay a little extra for good customer service. I hope this helps your buying experience of what to expect when you walk in.

The prices are great. Customer service is really good as well. We purchased a item that was on sale but they had coupons available. She did not offer the coupons to us until after our purchase. It would have been nice to use them on our purchase.

Not only can I find what I need at Harbor Freight Tools, but the quality, and cost of what I have been purchasing keeps me coming back as well.

I was looking for a particular size tarp that wasnt on the floor. The manager herself went in the back and found it for me. Very helpful

This is a great place to buy good quality tools when your budget is small. Most of their tools are lifetime warranty just like the big guys. Its win win, when you get a good tool at a great price. They have every tool you can imagine also. They also carry a great supplies for things around the farm, shop, and home. They even have winches for the truck, generators for all your camping and tailgating needs. Check this store out for great tools

Selves are getting empty do to covid, but the staff was very helpful in finding ways to get the products to you.

Went in needing to buy a drill, don’t know a thing about them so I needed help. One guy was in the back on the phone and the guy at the register had the same people there the entire time I was waiting there for help. After making more than a few laps around the store waiting for someone to be able to help me I literally threw my stuff down and left.

Great deals! The staff is surprisingly solid if not pushy at times but still quite helpful. There is everything you would ever need in the selection so no need to worry in that aspect. And also the coupons and deals are constantly going on and there is room to save a lot. Solid staff! Solid deals! Solid store!

Great deals especially if you sign up for the coupons. This last tripped I purchased a USA flag with embroidered stars. With the coupon paid half what it cost everywhere else! The have lot other things besides just tools.

I get why people buy there. Its cheap!I buy some things there e.g. zip ties, cargo straps, electrical tape etc but mostly a bunch of cheap Chinese crapola. When I buy tools I dont buy cheap

I used to love harbor freight. The prices plus sales were great. Well, now they use deceit to get u in the store. I tried using a coupon for a light & was told that coupon was for Sunday ONLY but couldnt get used on that item. Thats not how the coupon read until u scrolled to the end...it will be a long time b4 I shop there again

Thanks to Bob and Jaime (store managers) at the Goshen Harbor Freight for their outstanding effort in locating a tool that I needed to complete my job. Sad to say though, that they did not carry such tool at the time but it was made known to them that there was such a tool as burrs. They tried their best to steer me to a different tool but burr was what I was after. Thanks anyway you are such good managers.

I called for an hour and a half for a do you have this in stock question when they picked up the phone I was put on hold for 20 minutes hung up and called back answers right away ask my question get put on hold again. Worst customer service Ive dealt with.

May have bought more than I intended but kinda hard not to in a place like this :) Employees were very helpful and friendly, store was super clean, isles are clearly labeled and it was easy to to find everything.
