Big lots is a nice place to shop and the employees are very nice and helpful. They also have very clean bathrooms that are open for public. So many other places dont allow use of the rest rooms. I think thats so very wrong. But Big lots is thinking about the customers. Really nice

I love Big lots. They have awesome prices and everyone had proper PPE. The only thing I have negative to say about Big lots is whatever is there thats it. You never know if they will be getting anymore in so I suggest you buy it when you see it.

This is my first time at this Big Lots location. It was very clean, you could tell they were transitioning the holiday decorations through the isles Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Great store.

A lot of great home items, decorations and furniture. Wish prices were marked a little better on some things. Ive gotten good quality rugs, wall hangings and kitchen items. I do warn about the quality of sheets. Ive gotten two pairs that didnt last very long and ripped.

Big lots have really gone down in quality most is shelves were empty back Bay want you to pay just as much as you would by going to a regular store for items that are inexpensive and a poor quality anything that has value is priced double as much as you would pay at a frys or Safeway or even Walmart. Do not recommend the store any longer.

This Big Lots location was very typical; lots of merchandice and good values. The furniture section was a little bit crowded but the clerk was extremely friendly and helpful. The rest of the store is organized a little bit tight; it is difficult for 2 carts to go down the same aisle at the same time.

This store has really evolved over the last few years that I have been coming in. Its very clean, organized and well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great show room of furniture and a ton of unique items. Tons of name brand items at low costs as well. Always end up with more than what you were looking for.

Always have the BEST deals on patio furniture. But you gotta shop early summer to get the items you want. If you wait till the Clearance Sale starts you miss the chance to get the item you want. Great quality... the clearance prices are very good... but selection on the clearance items are hit and miss.

Good service. I needed a battery for my car remote. it was cheaper here than at Best Buy, Home Depot, and Walmart. I was able to get it quickly and be on my way. Great option to have here in town.

We came to this store knowing we were going to purchase a $700 sectional sofa. An associate named Doug assisted us, and was completely out of line. When we asked about delivery and set up, he said that hes not sure if they set it up. I said they brought it in last time and set it up. He rudely asked, set what up for you? I told him the sofa we bought. Then when he asked about the warranty, I said no because we had it before and it wasnt worth it for us. He told us the price, and both me and my husband heard him say $6.99. I even repeated the price I heard to him. With it being that cheap, we said yes. So he rings us up and tells us our total, which was well over $800. I asked why it was so much, and he said because of the warranty. We saw that he charged us $69.99, so we told him to take it off. He continued to go on about how he told us how much it was and made it perfectly clear. Obviously not, because we both heard the same price. The way he continued on was annoying but I tried to brush it off. My daughter at this time decided to climb from the back of the cart to the front, and I told her to be careful so she didnt fall. He decided to chime in and decided that I didnt know how to parent my daughter and told me that maybe I should put the flap down and have her sit with her legs in the openings, as if I dont know how the seat works. Annoyed at this point. I decided to have my husband continue the sale as I walked my daughter around the store. I came back from behind Doug, and overheard him talking about how he apparently offended me and asking my husband how he handles the attitude. I said Excuse me? Seriously? And stormed away to pay for my daughters cup. I didnt give him attitude. I may not be the smiley customer he wants, but Im pregnant, uncomfortable and as big as a house right now dealing with his rudeness. I could have given attitude, but chose to walk away. As I was in line paying, my husband comes up to me and says, he did not like you at all! So I turn to him and see him looking at me. I say well I dont like him either! We walk out to the parking lot and Doug runs out asking how we were going to pay for delivery since he forgot to ask. He turned to go in, but before he goes inside, I walk up to him and ask him his name. He tells me and I continue to my car. He apparently realized why I asked his name and runs out trying to apologize to me and that he is apparently trying to work on himself somehow. To treat a customer like this who just gave you an $800 sale (up front, mind you, not on credit), before delivery fees is beyond rude. My husband was caught off guard by his comment about me, and was actually wanting to punch him, but is a professional and military so he really cant get into trouble. We talked about it in the car before leaving, and contemplated ending the sale and going elsewhere. The store almost lost a big sale because of this, but I will NEVER shop here again.

Gluten Free products are priced phenomenally!!!! There is a boatload of healthy snacks, but beware, there is a huge candy and snack section, you could be led astray!!! This is a great store to keep in your shopping rotation, spices are phenomenally priced, their home section is amazing, they have the comfy stuff for the winter season, school supplies, fall supplies, season/holiday and more its all here at one place to fill your cart so you can fill your home!!!

I haven’t stopped into Big Lots in a while. They remodeled! And, oh my gosh, all of the employees were super friendly and asked me how I was doing!! What!?! They always have a bit of this and a little of that - if you find something you like, jump on it!! Oh, and they had a fridge/freezer section filled with all sorts of stuff.

Sometimes they have what you need. Sometimes they dont.

The store has really cheap items! Its so nice to be able to go some where that is not the dollar store to get quality stuff for a cheap price. Big lots is a friendly environment with cheap quality products. I really appreciate the store and what they are going after. Its a well established company and store. I highly recommend if youre on a tight budget or just looking to save a couple bucks! Go check it out!!

Love this place. Visit often sometimes buy nothing sometimes get quiet a bit. 2 weeks ago bought a 5 PC patio set. This week I bought a shark vacuum. Had the grandkids. They also found a few things. Yes we will be back

The staff are so busy trying to help folks, the store was surprisingly clean. I refuse to trade business with a dirty store. Cleanliness is next to, .....well you get the picture.
