Was presently surprised that they had a FedEx office inside. They also have an awesome cake decorator who did an awesome cake for my daughter!My only issue was the woman who initially did my cake order charged me for a strawberry filled cake but then told me that she did not charge me for it when I try to change the order.

Great but pretty busy location. School supplies were a little limited but thats not the fault of the store. Great place and even picked up dinner cool Minecraft folders for my son.

Curbside pick up needs help. Been waiting on my order for over an hr now. I understand there are sometimes issues but at least come out & acknowledge your customers that are waiting in the car & not leave them guessing whats going on.

I choose to go to this Walmart over other Walmarts that are closer to where I live. Because it’s kept up a little cleaner on the outside also in the inside. Carts seem to be stocked at the front door so you can start shopping immediately. The only inconvenience I’ve had lately, is “cards only”no cash except on one register which I was fine going in line and waiting, but I only had 3 items where the other customers in front had baskets full of groceries. But other then that it’s a good store just bring a debit/credit card so you can pay and be on your way faster.

Nice, clean location. It has pretty much anything you could possibly be looking for when you go in person, and the workers are always helpful. Its never a bad experience. Well, except for the times when it gets EXTREMELY busy, but thats not something that the store does wrong.

Stopped for the night in a small Airstream... Supervisor was very nice about staying there. Suggested a good place to park.

As for all of the Walmart facilities within a 20 mile radius of our home, I would swear that this facility is the best. Everything that my wife and I were looking for was in stock.I wish this store manager would run the facility at 75th and Lower Buckeye because its terrible there!!

Leaving for a trip. Just needed flip flops, a duffle bag, and swim shorts for my daughter. I left with nothing I went there for. Whoever’s in charge of stocking has failed miserably.

Always have one cashier open, lomg lines there were no carts I found one in the parking lot 10 minutes after we go there bc we were also returning something. I hate this Walmart but its the closest one we have.

First time visiting and was surprisingly amazed at the products, the look and feel of this establishment. The young lady at the counter provided great service. My husband and I purchased the beef jerky and okra chips. Everything delicious. We will become online customers for sure!

Waited for 1.5 hours for my on line grocery pick up. Irene (the grocery manager) needs to be fired, she had no care in the world that myself and 26 other cars were waiting. No commitment to even try to pick up the pace, I tried cslling her dept, the phone rang 76 times before I gave up. No one answered the store phone or the stores customer service counter either.the store msnager Trey, will not even pick up the phone and address the issue. Walmart sucks!

Lack of staff so lines are a little long. Shelves weren’t fully Bidenized so I was actually able to get what I was looking for.

Need more cashiers! Self checkout is fine but not user friendly for Seniors or the technically challenged. Need more people to restock shelves. Customer service could be much better but I understand when youre short staffed workers are stretched. Management could do better.

The 5 stars are for the pharmacy and the pharmacy employees. I went in to pick up prescriptions for myself and my Dad, it was a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. There were a couple people on line, in front of me, the line moved quickly. Jonathan helped me and he was so nice! One prescription wasnt ready but he had the pharmacist fill it while I was at the pick up window. Thanks to him I was able to pick everything up and I dont have to make another trip up there. So thank you to the pharmacist and Jonathan!!!

I love this location. It’s much cleaner than the Wal Mart on Dysart. It also has a ton of self check out lanes. It also has the kind of self check out where you have the whole conveyor belt to yourself, so you can check out your own items even if you have a whole cart full; very nice 👍

Definitely grateful for this shop. Tons of talent. I wont go anywhere else. Definitely clean no worries about that at all!!!! Ive been in other shops an they just dont compare to bright ideas. The care they have to keep everyone safe an fulfill expectations to the best of thier abilities is incredible.

Only 1 cash register in the whole store. By this I mean 1 register takes both cash and cards. Really!! But the employees are always fast to assist me. Ill give them that.

Still cant find the Copper Fit Ice ankle wraps @ any of these stores...afraid a few others have found out the worth in this product & how it helps support. Actually the peg hook for this item had something else stowed in the incorrect spot, so I moved it over 1 to the correct location so the kids can stock the proper peg hook when it arrives...2-3 deliveries a week is not enough @ least this Walmart is stocked well considering.

I like that they have first convenience bank inside and its open 7 days a week except Christmas because Wal-Mart is closed.

I went on my lunch to get some sinus medicine cuz I was sick after waiting in line 15 minutes at self-checkout they tell me they wont take cash so I wasnt able to get my medicine and I had to go back to work late

Its Walmart. Good selection, decent prices. Depends on the day, sometimes not as well stocked as it could be. Cashiers are usually friendly and engaging. They actually talk to you instead of just telling you your total. A good local one stop shop.

Grocery shelves were not stocked well.Very disappointed on my trip to this Walmart.

I get you may be going through a coin shortage again. Not sure why. Dont care. But if your going to make your Self check out. Card Only. Then at least make the 2 to 4 who am I kidding 1 to 2 cashier lanes Cash Only. It doesnt make since for those who want to or can only pay cash to stand in line for 20+ mins only to find out the people(s) in front are paying with card. Thats your purpose of setting up self check out card only right. Even worse when Management talks loud enough for you to hear encourage the customers to pay with card. If thats the case. Put a sign on door that says CARD only and we can take our business elsewhere. Make cash only lines the same way you make card only lines so those with cards can use the 20+ self checkout machines without holding up those whom want or need to pay in cash.

Its fairly clean, shelves are always stocked. Curbside pickup is really awesome. Any lines at cash registers usually go by quicker than slower. Also, the store is bigger than what you think, especially when you get to the back, it just gets you, on how much they really have, its very cool.

DO NOT order online and pick up from this store. At like noon I ordered a TV online after I couldnt pay for it in store due to me not having my wallet. I knew 100% that the TV was in stock, so I ordered same day pick up. They had 8 hours to just send me the email to tell me to pick it up, and I didnt get it. I went to the store around 4 hours later to see if I could just give them the info and pick it up, but they said there was a line for people to pick up and that they would tell me when to come. Not to mention there is almost NO ONE in the technology department.

Absolutely terrible when it comes to customer care/service. This store/location used to be on top when it came to this, but it has really gone downhill. I dont know if its a change in management but wow. I came in the other day to pick some stuff up for my sick mother, and I went to ask an employee by the name of Charlotte. I asked them a simple question about where I could find something from the grocery department. They rudely say Thats not my department, thats not my department! I dont know! And proceeded to walk away in a rushing manner. I stood there in humiliation as other customers walked by. Some fellow customer walked by wide eyed and said, Not the first time Ive witnessed that worker act like that. I dont hold any resentment over employee Charlotte, but I hope that store reevaluates who they hire. They had pink hair and possibly a male?

I went to the service department to get a key copied and the woman sitting at the counter didn’t acknowledge me until she was done with her phone call. When she asked what I wanted and I told her, she said that she didn’t work in that department and didn’t know if anyone in the store could help me. Without offering any other assistance she proceeded to make what appeared to be a personal phone call and just let me standing there. I walked out and I’ll never go back to this location. It’s not the first time I was treated rudely by the automotive department there.

I got the fried chicken at the deli. It was not very good. The store was clean and ok. I go here a lot. Its better then most Walmarts Ive been to.

I came here Sunday and sundays visit was excellent I bought the strangers killer 2 movie collection as well as fast 9 the fast saga Fast and the furious 9 on DVD

Walmart is Walmart. Like any other big box store. You go in, get what you need quick, before you see everything else (that you dont need). But somehow it still always ends up in my cart. 🙂

I sense this Walmart is a state of decline; like a number Ive visited. Walmart has not kept up with there own housekeeping and its beginning to manifest itself in their locations.Amazon is also slipping a bit, but believe that they will right their ship.

The Goodyear store on Estrella play has the best morning crew. I say morning crew cause thats when I pick up my orders. I Love the sweet lady that give my grandchildren AND me even Dum Dum lollipops every visit. This crew is so quick and efficient...and ALWAYS VERY VERY NICE..my ALL TIME favorite Walmart for my on line grocery pick up...Keep up the Great Work...wish I could leave a tip, you can see how hard they all work..SEE YOU SOON!

Shopping online, two specific items I needed and ordered said in stock and pickup. Finally my order is filled, come to find out the two main items that were in stock and available for pickup are all the sudden unavailable? Get it together. Absolutely worthless.

I came across having a flat tire getting off the freeway on Estrella, unfortunately I didnt make it all the way to the store with a flat. I switched it with my spare and that wasnt any better. Spent a couple hours doing that on my own, in this az summer heat!My spare was only good enough to drive it up to Walmart, and thenI was told that I needed an appointment for tire services and that they were booked!I asked for help and the auto service manager, worked with me and made it happen, he sold me a The exact tire I needed and was able to get the job done within minutes 🙌🏽From having a bad day and receiving great customer service changed my whole perspective of how my day was going to be.The gentleman who help me out is Mr. WarrenAnd thank you once again!

I went in around 7:30 and I can say it was very clean. I needed one of those cheap air filters and they had plenty in stock. The other stores closer to me are out. Just wish their toys were more in stock. All in all it was worth the trip from Camelback and 99th Avenue.

Baskets needs some work. One side was out of baskets. We grabbed one and it had a really bad squeaking wheel. The next basket had a alignment issue. Just dealt with it. Friendly staff, just need work on the baskets.

Walmart is a store where u can find anything but it is pretty expensive but other than that its an amazing store

If you love waiting in line with only one register open, this is the Walmart you want to visit. Wal-Mart you make plenty of money hire more people. I shouldnt have to wait 30 minutes to check out. And no Im not your employee, so I dont need to use self checkout!

I end you getting more than I was planning on getting... just to walk by 9 empty register...and was told that I could use the self service ones... I replied back ... I dont work at my job for free and I want be doing it here... I left and went to Frys... they still have people on there register...

The young man in the money center that day was so kind and came back although closed to help resolve the money transfer we needed for fuel. Ty

I am a covid survivor and do get tired easily but if I sit for a few minutes Im fine, but now there are no more benches to do that. Why? Please bring them back.

Great variety, but no help to locate it, absolutely DO NOT like self checkout stands !!!!! I am 73 years old, now to try to get something i can afford, I have to find it myself(no help) try to lift it myself into my cart, and now they want me to lift 2 more times to self checkout and again back to my cart, carry out myself,load into my car, nice inventory, but ABSOLUTELY NOT place for senior citizens to shop !!! Will spend extra money to have SERVICE !!!

They only have self-checkout stations open during the last hour of business before they close and the line for customers was 15 parties deep and was growing towards closing time, with no associates or management even offering to open other lanes as a courtesy to help expedite checkouts. This is definitely a bad business model if you are attempting to create customer loyalty to Walmart stores.

Not that I personally use tobacco but a family member does so what gives in having to purchase tobacco in one specific lane? If thats the case ... it should be limited to either just tobacco or any items less than 10 or even 5. OR BETTER YET any Lane Ridiculous to have to wait for several over flowing carts just because there is only one lane designated to purchase tobacco.

Hate the blocking of the aisles. So annoying. Average Walmart that frequently not stocked..out of things but yet aisles always blocked with things to stock? Confusing

Seriously, just because youre Walmart doesnt mean you have to have lousy customer service. We had close to $400 worth of groceries in our overflowing cart, and they have no lanes open. Well, two lanes had clerks in them, but they rushed is away because they were closed. They suggested we go to the express lane or self check. Believe me we were far from 20 items or less. We had to hunt down a manager who gave us attitude that there were lanes open until she realized we were right. Then without apology, she sent the rudest clerk ever over to open a lane. Id say Ill never do there again, but that isnt true, but I will be irritable when I go.

My go to for deals with the family works for almost anything you need or want to find. Oh cant find in store literally while youre in the store use the app. And you can find hard to get items with a click or simple search

I used this store for a pick up order. There were at least 15 other cars there for pickup as well. I waited for a little more than 45 minutes for my order. If you are in a hurry, I would suggest using another location.

I got some of the best customer service I’ve gotten at any store, let alone Walmart. Employees that went out of their way to really help me find a product, even offering to look in the back and giving me thorough instructions to go online and order it. Assistant manager Josh was one of these people! Thanks!

Pickup option was horrible, sat there for 2 hours until we finally got to speak to an employee who then said it would be rolled over to the next day. Couldve informed customers before waiting

This Walmart is laid out WEIRD. Most Walmarts have a fairly standard configuration and, at worst, it will simply be mirrored. This one has their sections in places that make no sense.

This Walmart always have everything I need. Im a truck driver so costly meeting everything about every 3 weeks. I stopped here spend about a hundred fifty to $300 every time.

Every time I need to get an inner tube or any bicycle accessories from behind the case I have to wait 15minutes or more for an associate to come after pressing the call button. Ill just pay a little more and get from Amazon. Such a consistent issue with this store.

Always stocked a little crowded but fast self checkout. If you want them to check you out it will take some time at least when i was there...

One of the nicer Walmarts Ive been in. Three stars only because I rarely use the store and rarely purchase their products. They really need to raise the bar in equitable distribution.

Its a giant Walmart, if you know current prices, you can do OK. So.e shelves are looking bare. I would not panic buy, but having staples that you regularly use, cant hurt.

They could use a few more cashiers to decrease the wait time in line. Other than that, its a nice place. Employees are friendly.

Ran in a FULL hour before closing for gallon water and a few snacks. No actual registers were open, including the handicap self checkouts, except for few self checkouts on Grocery side. The line to check out extended clear back to almost the GM entry doors. Complete ridiculousness. Even with 30 mins til close having one or two registers going would make sense.

Probably one of the cleanest Wal-Marts I have been, maybe the second largest?

Pick up order was an hour late being ready and waited over an hour at the store when I got the message it was available for pickup.

Ive been going to this Walmart for some years and I always get what I need or at least most of the things on my list. I generally have a pleasant experience all the time. Im one of those dont use the self checkout people and the cashiers are always friendly.

These employees have went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service showing patience and a willingness to assist me. Thank you!Employees working hard to stock shelves. I now just get my paper towels and toilet paper here at Goodyear Walmart instead of driving all the way to Costco and they are always out now days.Keep up the good work keeping the shelves stocked!

Lines are kinda getting annoying due to the pickup shopping but it is what it is and I’ll go to target for my stuff lol too much drama at Walmart every time I go!! This is only the third closest Walmart to my house, but it’s worth the extra drive time. For the most part a Walmart is a Walmart, but you can tell the managers at this location keep everything in check. Best stocked and cleanest I’ve seen recently

Great (but limited per category due to thousands of SKUs) selection, Great customer service, department help. Prices are low, however no message or marketing attempt seen in the store to be environmentally responsible, taking care of their people and suppliers. It would be awesome like in soccer where everybody has on their journey the principal of respect and impliment the strategy across the board. Cheap pricing, out maneuvering suppliers due to small print, etc. comes at a cost, i.e. deluding of values. Similar profits or even more can be generated by upholding higher standards of equality, respect, fair trade, etc.
