This location used to be a great place. Thru the years they have hired new people and all the nice and polite people are gone. Bad customer service and not too friendly cashiers!!

I threw up at a Walgreens one time, not fun.Anyways, this Walgreens is pretty good, the employees are nice.They also have really good deals on soda (THEIR brand of soda), like amazing deals.

I cannot believe how many trips I have taken, nights I have cried, and at times attitude I get when I have to return my photos EVERYTIME for being blurry, mis-colored, extra pictures I never ordered, or the object in my photo is chopped off or not even there.Seriously????????? How come this problem hasnt been fixed and its been over a year. Ive contacted the higher ups and nothing.Customer satisfaction.... Im confused.

I LOVE this place!! There is a pharmacy tech (Claudia) that was so awesome!! She made me feel like everything I was concerned about mattered and was valid, which is what you want in healthcare. There is also a cashier there (sorry, I dont know her name) that makes me feel like family. Amazing environment. Great people.

Friendly service and the price was reasonable.

This pharmacy refused to fill a prescription for an antibiotic for me because I am a patient and employee of my dental provider. They asked that the provider call them to verify, which they did, and was told that “they were working on it” and then they still wouldn’t fill it. I know this is not illegal, and the staff was very rude about it. Needless to say went overnight with continued dental pain as it was late. Called a different pharmacy next morning and they were very polite and said it was perfectly fine I was a patient and employee (which I already knew) and they filled my prescription no problem. Definitely won’t use this pharmacy again as they tried to make me feel like a drug seeker or something over an antibiotic. Pretty ridiculous.

If I could give them 6 stars I would!!! The people who work here seem like they are always having a blast. The pharmacy is so incredible....they take the time to explain things to you and seem to go the extra mile to help. I always find what I want at a great price. Love their coupon book. The staff is always trying to find coupons in both the front checkout and the beauty department.

I received an e-mail saying my prescriptions was ready to pick-up. My doctors office called and said to call before I went because they had called them to tell them it was on back order. i called and they said it was ready and when we got there they said it was on back order and that all Walgreen locations were out of my drug. Well I called another one and guess what - yep they have the drug so I will be changing locations even though this location is much closer but I dont like be lied to and so they dont get my business. The store is fine just not the pharmacy.

I enjoy shopping at this store the employees are very nice and helpful and they always greet you with a smile.

We have used Walgreens as our primary pharmacy but never again.. my dr sends them a prescription for a common medication.. its Friday evening..we go to pick up the script only to be told they dont have it i stock which happens very often at our neighborhood Walgreens. and they have no other alternatives to offer us... they then will not transfer to script.. cant get in touch with the Dr as its Friday night and all Walgreens can say is so sorry.. that s policy... how about helping a good client and get it from another Walgreens or transfer script... never trust your script to walgreens!!!! I am pulling all mine from them and will never use again!!!

Great Walgreens and a fantastically friendly staff. A great asset to the residents of Estrella Mountain Ranch.

Wonderful friendly staff, store is large, not crowded and clean. They have good deals on a lot of items, but pharmacy prices still a bit high

Susan helped me with a project I was working on for some kids. I needed to use a large paper cutter and Walgreens had one. It broke twice but she was patient and finished what I needed to get done. I know this isnt a typical service provided by Walgreens, which just shows she went above and beyond and provided me with genuine customer service. Thank you!!
