Waited less than 5 minutes, fast customer service, and staff tells you exactly what you need to know. I was assisted by Gian Carlo and made sure that Ive got the exact thing I was looking for. Overall a great experience! Also to first responders nurses such as me gets sweet deals when you switch!

No receipt, no paperwork, sales rep constantly on his phone. Is this professional?I have absolutely no reception in my entire neighborhood, but wasn’t able to return the phone for 3 days because it wasn’t convenient for the store. AMAZING SERVICE HA!Never again

The two men that waited on me ( 2 different days to help solve an issue from another store) were professional. They knew the offers that AT&T were offering and helped me with my purchase. Anthony & Malik we’re kind and relational. This store on Estrella Parkway has good management!

This AT&T store was very clean, Right when I walked in a friendly employee greeted me and let me know he would be right with me. I went in just to go over my plan. Me and my 3 kids are on one plan. Ali helped me to find the best discounts and explained my bill so that I can charge each of my kids the correct amount. I had a good experience at this location and Ali was awesome. The manager was also very friendly. Even though it’s a drive for me, I’ll be coming to this location from now on 😁

I was an AT&T customer for a long time and decided to try Consumer Cellular. That lasted 2 days and decided to go back to AT&T. Went to the store on Dysart to discuss coming back. They had me call win back program so the could port my account back over. I never got anywhere with that visit. Made an appointment to talk again yesterday 4-3-21. Never got greeted by a representative or got my appointment. I told them that I had talked to the necessary representative on the phone for the win back, and was informed that all I needed was new SIM cards to activate my service back up.I was handed 2 SIM cards but not a single representative assisted me with setting them up. They just have them to me and sent me on my way. I came home installed 1 of the sims to see if it worked. It did not. My service was never transferred like the lady on the phone stated. I ended up going back to the store and had to wait again.Needless to say, they were unable to help me because now Consumer Cellular was closed. If they had just assisted me on my first visit and did their job right I would be an AT&T customer. I am still with CC, and looking to go with another carrier. That was the worst exhibition of customer service ever. Folks at that store should be ashamed of representing AT&T.

The WORST att store! I ordered for a pick up yesterday and received the email That my pick was ready at at 545.... i arrived at the store around 630 and the store had closed two hours early... i went back the next day around 230pm and there was another hand written sign on the door “Out for lunch will be back at 330” then redirecting to the nearest store.... TWO employees come back from “lunch” at 335pm and Denise had a bad attitude. when asked to speak with a manager she stated his name was “Don Pablo” and he’s been out sick and didn’t know when he would be back and there was nobody else to speak with....

Amazing customer service, Ali did an excellent job setting me up with my new phone. Everything was explained to me crystal clear , and didn’t take long at all. Great store, great service!!

Dont do business here they took my old phone in on trade lost it and refused to honor the promo because they cant locate my phone worst customer experience I have ever experienced

Went to the store off of Dysart /Mcdoowell and OMG there was at least a 2 hour wait! So I go over to this location off off Estrella pkwy and I’m in and out within 10 mins! I’ve never upgraded my phone so fast 💨 and to top it off every one at this location was very nice and helpful! Malik helped me out and he was knowledgeable, quick and well spoken! I never write reviews unless it’s worth my time and yours, and this experience was definitely worth writing a review! Only store I’ll go to in the future 👍🏻😎

Very unprofessional then manager Denise (she claimed manager) was disrespectful to me and my wife. She got loud because I said another employee told me I have 14 days to cancel and return devices. Asked me to leave her store and tried picking a fight with my wife. Other employees witnessed and didn’t hesitate to give us corporate number will definitely be pursuing this futher. Never been so embarrassed and disrespected in my life. Canceled my line and returned the phones

The service provided was very unprofessional and the staff was very rude in her response to my questions. I was made to feel like I was a bothering her.

The manager gio is a scammer we agreed to 170 a month and I’m currently have been charged for over a thousand dollars the service from his is terrible I’ll just go back to T-Mobile I’m very very very disappointed

This ATT location is the best in the West Valley. Gina, has exceptional customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and hands down is the best ATT Representative we have ever worked with. I would highly recommend going to this location before any other in the West Valley. The last time we were here, we worked with the Manager of the store, and he was just as great!!

Spoke with an assistant manager from another location here at this store. I think her name was Gina. Caught her 20 mins before closing time, door locked as she was by herself and recently had a phone stolen from off the display case. Shame that.... Either way, she was an excellent help getting my issue taken care of, simply paying my bill. She was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about upcoming rollouts and is a great asset to your company. She was also able to answer my questions about any job openings within the company at some of the stores in my area. Thanks for being so helpful and friendly. Its nice to see people with a smiling face and friendly, approachable attitude. Keep it up!

Do not visit this store. Manager, Ryan, failed to properly remove a phone line after I returned equipment. The individual at the store when I returned the device had to call the manager as he was not trained properly to handle this. It has been two weeks and still no change.The store refuses to answer the phone as it always goes to a central AT&T customer service center.I cannot believe the incredible amount of incompetence displayed.

We went to address a problem with our account at this location and the employee working, didn’t get his name (MALE WITH BLONDE BEARD AND BLONDE HAIR), was very rude. We told him the issue and he proceeded to get an iPad and look up the account and was getting frustrated and started throwing iPads making it very awkward. He went on the computer and then came back to us and said very rudely that he couldn’t help and we should either leave to another location or call customer service because the system was shut down. I understand he was frustrated but there was no need to be rude towards us, he wasn’t apologetic he just seemed like he didn’t want to help!

Best experience at this store, they work as a team and make sure everything you need is completed before you leave the door.

Ryan and his staff continues to provide excellent customer service to all the clients that come in for assistance. I highly recommend this facility to all AT&T customers for that one on one personal attention!

Was told when we went in to upgrade my wife’s phone we should bundle into direct tv. We had planned on moving he said no worries you can cancel at anytime. We went to cancel and were told you are in a two year contact, and the manager (whom could barely hold an intelligent conversation) laughed and said my sure they told you! Sorry and you can either pay the fee or keep the service.

Very bad customer service! One person working while the line of people waiting gets bigger! And the one person that is working takes their time, while ignoring the line. I would love to say this is a one time thing but every month I witness the same thing. Everyone on line sharing reasons why they dont even care for the service!

If I could g Ive AT&T a minus 10 rating I would.......couldnt get a resolution to get signed up on Direct TV.....the store had a completely different story than talking with AT&T on the phone......have had phone service with them for 15 plus years too.......thats getting ready to change......sorry sorry sorry customer service......they cant get the billing correct and I have spent 1 hour and 45 minutes last month on phone correcting billing and 1 hour today......no more wasting my time.......very dissatisfied
