I cracked the lens on my cell phone camera and they ordered the part after seeing my phone. I didnt get a call back so when I called, the tech was very apologetic and it turned out the wrong part was ordered. To my surprise, they offered to repair my phone quickly and at no charge. Super service and phone now works great. I will be going back for all my cell phone repairs!

Wow!!! I called the store no one answered. This guy has the GENEROSITY to go back and look at caller ID, call me back, AND leave me a message apologizing that he missed my call. WHO DOES THAT?!?!?A good employee and company, THATS WHO!!! Once I called back, he proceeded to tell me he was so busy with in-store customers that he missed my call. (But still made a huge effort to call a random number back anyway. Just wow!)Then, I asked him my question and he said, well I already pulled up your info when I missed your call had have looked at your account, and yes, bring it in and lets take a look at it. TL;DRThis business is good for easy fixes. However, if you need something more than an iPad screen repair, older model screen repair, screen protector, do yourself a favor and avoid. They will lie to you and make you pay for their mistakes. I gave the gentleman a change to show some honesty and be a man, however, not everyone has those traits. I believe the 1 star reviews about them lying and charging them high prices for easy fixes, or their mistakes.First and foremost, this business is good for repairing iPad screens and/or iPhone scree PROTECTORS. I have been here to repair my iPad screen twice and several PROTECTORS.Now, why do I highlight PROTECTORS, well because I had a bad experience with them fixing my iPhone 11 screen and back glass. I first took my phone to repair my back glass that was cracked along with my iPad screen. They charged me around $249.98 for both. When I received my iPhone and iPad, I went home and noticed that my frame on my iPhone 11 was damaged. By just seeing the frame, you can tell that it was damaged by trying to separate the back glass from the phone.I took my iPhone 11 back and the tall gentleman told me that the frame was damaged before, I just could not tell. It made no sense, however, being the person I am, I took his word. Though I knew he was lying. But, because of my previous good visits with protectors and one iPad screen repair, I agreed that I would pay for another frame and he would only charge me the price for the frame and not the service fee. Again, being the person I am, I left my phone with him to fix the frame and my took clean my PS4. The total for that was $104.78. I know, I need to speak up, but it is not worth fighting a wall.After going home with my new frame, phone now looking nice with new back glass and frame, I noticed the rear grill near the rear cameras for the speaker was missing. Again, I took my phone back and he mickey moused it. At this point, I thought to myself, as long as there is something there.After the grill was fixed, my iPhone 11 was looking almost new, except for the grill that looks nothing like it is original. I go and finally start using my phone and noticed that now my Face ID is not working. After several days of trying to resolve the issue myself, I go in and tell TALL MAN that the Face ID is not working. He brushed it off as a software issue, however, I did not start having the issue until the frame with fixed. TALL MAN said he would look into and see if any components came loose. When time came to pick it up, he told me that there was a bunch of dirt built up inside the true depth camera, INSIDE THE PHONE. He stated he had to replace the screen and charge me $50. Now my iPhone is stating that it is unable to verify the iPhone has a genuine Apple display and I lost true tome. In conclusion, this business ripped me off for a total of $154.78. Would not recommend for anything other than screen protectors.

I brought my iPhone X in there that had a swollen battery and completely not working! Everywhere else wouldn’t even touch my phone because they said it was extremely dangerous! Not to mention I only had this new phone for 3 months a refurbished phone from SquareTrade! Josh was working and was nothing but very nice and extremely helpful! He agreed to try a new battery and see if that would get the phone to work! After some time of him trying to fix everything he had determined it was not just the battery that the phone itself was sent in this condition! He also discovered while the phone was open that there was loose screws and a different kind of tape used to hold the battery down! He didn’t even charge me for all this time he put into my phone! He wrote up a diagnostic report with the findings and because I had this from him I was sent a brand new phone this time!! He is very helpful, honest and extremely nice! Wish there was more people like him in this world! I highly recommend him to anyone who needs ANYTHING done to their phone or help! Josh deserves 10 stars!!!!

I took my laptop into this place knowing that it only needed the operating system installed, but I didnt have fast enough internet and because of the coronavirus every place with a lobby is pretty much closed. They tried to tell me it needed a new hard drive. After I told them Id get another opinion they magically fixed it and still charged me 70 bucks after trying to lie to me. Very dishonest company. I kept my cool because people with this kind of character may have intentionally damaged the computer out of spite. If I was someone less informed they would have gladly taken hundreds of more dollars from me for a repair I didnt need.

Went in with a broken screen and I broke a cord that made the front camera work and the ability to listen to my calls other then speakerphone.The owner went out of his way to make sure my phone worked properly and correctly and didn’t charge me for the cord thing when I told him I only had the 70.00 to fix the screen! Very good service. They treat you like they actually care about what you need instead of trying to upcharge you. There was an issue with my repair so they gave me a loaner phone until they could get the parts in to fix mine. The staff is really nice and you feel like you can sit there and have a conversation with them. The repairs are also fast and efficient. In a lot of cases they have the repair done in under an hour which is really helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Awesome shop! Went in for a new battery and new charging port on my IPhone 6. Marcos greeted me and I explained what I needed. He quoted me a price and said it would be ready in 1.5 hours. I have been to 2 different locations, both are spot on. The Goodyear and Tolleson locations are staffed with amazing highly trained individuals. Dont waste money buying new phones with options you truly wont use. Get your old ones fixed. And maybe just maybe the makers will drop a price or two. Changed my battery in my S7 because its runs awsome and why go into debt for life leases.

Joshua is the best! There is no charge for diagnosing the issue and he explains everything in terms you can understand. They also have loaner phones if it will take more than a few hours. I highly recommend CPR.

This is a fantastic place! I brought in my computer which was not powering up, not great when it has 2+ years of school work embedded in the hard drive. They fixed the charging issue, recommended the upgraded hard drive, and fixed the fan for a reasonable cost considering without this I would need to replace the entire thing. They also updated all my drivers and fixed some of the other broken start up issues I had been dealing with! I cannot say enough, and when I thought there was a major issue they called me the NEXT DAY and happily got it all shored up. This is an A+ place, and when I am in need of computer repairs...I will return. Thank you!

WOW! I am completely impressed with this CPR location and Josh and Marco’s. I was visiting from Idaho and my niece broke the screen on her iPhone 7. Having used CPR in idaho I gave them a call. Took my S8+ in to have screen replaced.The person who helped me, did a good job, was courteous, and had it ready to go in less than 2 hrs as promised. The reason for 4 stars, is when I went to pick up my phone, myself and another customer had to wait a considerable amount of time to be helped. They only had one guy working. Wasnt his fault, but they could use an extra person.

My Surface Pro 3 battery was shot. CPR techs replaced the battery and it works great. The Surface computers are very difficult to disassemble. I am impressed by the quality of the work and the price. I would highly recommend them.

This place does good work and are honest in their business practice. Took my son’s cell to them for a screen that was coming apart when he dropped it. They tried to reconnect it but it would not work so they said they had to order a new screen which would come in 3 days. They called me and said another one of their guys tested it again before they went to replace the new screen and the phone started to work. So they did not replace the screen and only charged me the labor fee $66. Phone working great and even the front camera which my son said was not working even before he dropped it. I would go back to this cell phone repair shop.

I brought my note 9 in on a Monday with a broken screen, I purchased a new screen and screen protector. The new screen was defective and my pen would not stay in my phone. They realized it was a defective product and replaced it for me no charge and threw a new screen protector on also. This was all taken care of within a week. Their price was a little higher than some other places, however they were the nicest on the phone and definitely took care of both problems. I wil go back here when needed.

1-1:30hours to replace my iPhone screen. About 3 hours to replace my iPad screen. Friendly and professional service located in Goodyear. Phone repair was under $85. I can’t remember when they repaired my Ipad and I believe it was under $150-180 with a screen protector that has a lifetime guarantee with them for replacement.

This store is great. I went in to get my old phone unlocked (iPhone 6s) before Xmas. I went in on a Tuesday night almost at closing and they had it by Friday morning. I’m so grateful because now my son will have his new but old phone for Xmas. I definitely recommend this place, not only for the great service but for the customer service as well.

My laptop decided to take a bath in coffee one morning (with creamer) and the keyboard was toast. CPR did an amazing job at fixing/replacing the keyboard and all is better now. Would highly recommend this shop.

Brought 4 devices here to either get fixed or get a screen protector put on and spent over $200 on everything. 2 out of all the items I purchased were defective. I had to make 3 trips back to try to get the items fixed or replaced. The first screen I paid to have fixed that was replaced on my apple iPhone was defective and drained the new battery I also purchased. Both had to be replaced again. In addition to that, the screen protector I paid for on my apple watch was not applied correctly the first time. I had to wait 2 weeks until they finally received a new screen protector for my watch. Meanwhile, my watch was unusable due to all the bubbles on the screen. To top it off, the screen on my IPhone all of a sudden went blank and they refused to replace it a third time, stating I already replaced it for free. Yea, after they used a defective screen the first time, he was complaining about having to fix their mistake again and refused to fix their defective screen yet again. I had to argue with the staff to get my money back for the bubbled screen protector on my watch since I decided It was time to take my business elsewhere. The customer service is seriously lacking and the ability to actually provide the service needed is too. I recommend saving your money and taking your devices elsewhere.

Marcos repaired a cracked Curve Glass Elite on my apple watch. Since May 2019 I have tried (and failed) to install this ZAGG product 4 times. I have had bubbles every time I did the installation. ZAGG recommended I have CPR install the product. Their recommendation was correct, CPR Goodyear (Marcos) installed the protector and I have no bubbles. I had Marcos add a screen and bumper protector to my daughters apple watch too.These guys are good, knowledgable, friendly and I highly recommend them!! I plan to take all my electronic devices to them to add appropriate screen protectors, cases, etc. They sell Otterbox, Invisible Shield and other products. Brought my Iphone here to get the screen repaired. Had to bring it back to get fixed a second and third time. The second time was because they used a defective screen and it drained my battery. Although they replaced it for free because they used a “defective” screen I had more issues with the third screen. When I brought it back a third time they refused to fix their mistake and told me they “had” to charge me to fix the screen. I took the phone somewhere else to get fixed and they told me CPR Cell Phone repair damaged the mother board on my phone. Not only do they have poor customer service but can’t get the actual job done.

They are a partner of Zagg so you can easily come in and replace your screen protector with your warranty without the hassle of requesting the warranty replacement online, waiting for it to come in the mail, and returning it. Cost of them replacing is just a few dollars more than what you would pay for shipping and they install it for you as well.
