David was super helpful to me this morning! I came in with a bad battery and a limited amount of time to get to work. He was able to quickly replace my battery using a warranty and install it for FREE! I was able to get back on the road into my appointment in time. Interesting visit today. I only come to this location out of convenience and never really come here expecting exceptional service but they are knowledgeable and get the job done. This morning I needed to exchange my dead battery under warranty. Got there at about 5 mins before their scheduled 7a posting. Opening person/ mgr? Arrives at 710a. Not the end of the world but walks right past me, no greeting nor apology. Again, not the end of the world and sad thing is this young lady has helped in the past and did well. Could be one of those mornings? Or maybe shes just not the person to schedule for an opening shift? 🤔 Battery was exchanged by a nice gentleman and probably due to the timing and punctuality issue did the exchange without any questions asked. I remain unbiased of this location. Will only return because of the convenience.

I had a problem with my battery yesterday and had to jump start the truck to get to the store. After testing my system and determining that I needed a battery. We purchased a new battery and were going to jump start the truck again to get home and change the batter later. David G. tried to no avail to get my truck started with their portable jump start unit, but it just would not crank. No problem, he ran inside, grabbed a cart with tools and helped/did most of the work himself! Incredibly good customer service in this store. Thank you David G.!

AutoZone website showed that this store was the only nearby location with the cabin air filter I was looking for this morning. Puchased for in-store pickup at a good price, no issues. Went to store to check up on the order 10 hours later since there were no email updates after that first order confirmation. Turns out that this store sold me an item that was never in stock, and didnt bother sending a notification after the fact. Customer service was helpful in issuing a refund. I ordered the item from amazon as soon as I got home. This stores online purchasing system is deceptive and reflects poorly on the trustworthiness of its physical store location. I prefer local businesses but will avoid AutoZone for the foreseeable future.

They dont seem to be up to date on their software.. They cant find parts that are listed on their web page.. ...and then never seem to have the parts in store....I have to travel 5 miles to a different AutoZone for parts.

Needed a radiator cap, air filters, and a couple of funnels. Store was clean and organized. Unfortunately, they didnt have the radiator cap I needed, however, the sales associate was awesome and provided me the nearest location with it in stock. Nice store and GREAT customer service. So I was having car troubled today, so I decided to make a trip to my local Auto Zone, which is one that I tend to visit pretty frequently. When we arrived I asked them to hook up the computer to my car so they could give me a diagnosis and help me find out whats wrong with it. The employee was very rude, unprofessional and I feel like he was stereotyping me as well as discriminating against me. He said he wouldnt help me and used COVID 19 as an excuse. I am no longer going to shop at Auto Zone anymore in the future because of this nor will I support any of that foul negative behaviour.

I might as well setup my direct deposit to go straight to Autozone because Im always in here looking for some car part for a weekend project. Most recently I rewired my windshield sprayers using parts I got here. The staff are always friendly and conversational and you always walk away feeling cared for as a customer.

Very happy with the service I got. they told me using a scanner what the problem most likely was and sold it to me. Changing the thermostat was good and the engine light that was on went off in about 3 days. Saved over $200 dollars doing it my self.

My son’s truck had the check engine light turn on, my sons friend happened to have an ODB tool and let my son use it and we wanted to make sure the code we got would be the same the autozone tool would get. So we went to the store near us and told them if they could check the vehicle and they just handed us the diagnostic tool but for some reason after checking with the car on and off the tool would complete the diagnostic and go in to give to the associate his computer would not give him any more info. The manager than started to get rude and said it was not on his end that it was on our end meaning our computer had the issue, and that he was not a shop and to obviously go to one.But we explained that how can it be that our cheap diagnostic tool could pull up a code but his could not, honestly thinking he might give us a thorough instructions on maybe we did use his tool properly.Sooo we went to a different Autozone and that manager said the system to check the diagnostics was maybe down since yesterday, that was a better answer than the other manager being too lazy or just plainly blaming it on us or trying to get rid of us. I will never go to that Autozone nor recommend anyone to go at least while that manager works there.It’s a shame customer service is becoming really poor, and just don’t give a damn on helping people.By the way a rating of 1 is a big rating , I can’t do zero rating.This store needs a check from the higher ups.

Living in AZ, you’re in a constant battle for power. Battery power that is, 😏 . While I lost this round lol I went to Autozone to see about a new battery. David who assisted me, not only priced me out for my battery options, set up my warranty and offered to put it in for me.Upon installing the new battery, he’d noticed I had an exposed wire and quickly went to grab tape to conceal the exposed wire. He let me know, that while it may not be electrical, not knowing what the wire is for and leaving it exposed could be hazardous.Thankfully he understands good service and going the extra mile for his customers. Couldn’t be more appreciative, knowing I’ll be safe in the road and that my battery has been installed by someone who pays attention to detail.

I’m not one to write reviews or talk to the manager but I have my limits. 4/5 times I go into this location I regret it and can not believe the INCREDIBLY TERRIBLE customer service here.If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Stood in line for close to ten minutes, not acknowledged at all. Taller female employee was stocking shelves and came to help with a situation at the counter. Helped that ONE person then went back to stocking as the line continued to grow. I literally, watched 2 different customers come in, see the line, and walk out.Are you kidding me?! Stocking shelves is more important than guest service???To the owner-Hire people that care about customer service, you are literally losing money due to the service here. I won’t be back, sorry.

When I got there they were super friendly, outgoing, and even helped out with a few other items I needed along with a discount! Because Covid is rampant, and the dos and donts are so confusing, with one expert group saying one thing, and another something else. For everyones safety they have the 6 spacing between customers well marked. The customers and employees are kept apart by a 6 separation at the counter, with plexiglass installed at the computer area parts counter. Masks are required for everyone to wear for our protection. The store has mounted a plastic prophylactic on the credit card machine, while the door handles that everyone touches do not. The chance of getting Covid by touching the items on display, the door handles, and credit card machine are very slim as long as you follow the basic hygiene principals. The basics are of not touching any parts of your face before getting home to clean your hands properly before engaging in facial maintenance. Do not handle oral supplements or implements before thoroughly cleansing your hands. Other than that, the store is business as usual, with the employees who know that they are there for your business, and not the other way around. So remember to do your part during these uncertain health times, so that they can continue to do theirs for us.

Disrespectful (or ignorant) attitude by Manager David H. He wore his mask incorrectly (down around his chin, not covering mouth or nose) and did not keep a 6ft social distance when talking to customers. When I asked him to put his mask on, his response to me was it is on. The sign on the door says I have to wear a mask to enter. He should have to also comply. With all businesses are under state mandate to wear a mask, the least this employee could do is do it properly. He puts my health at risk and provides a terrible example for the other employees that he is pretending to lead.

On entering there is a large sign that spoke of compliance with local ordinances regarding the wearing of masks. While I was there this morning, two customers did not have masks and the clerk behind the counter did not have his mask on. So much for compliance with local ordinances. Ill find another store that does comply.

Angie is seriously awesome. I showed up babbling about a loose skid plate and how I needed a thingy to attach it but not a screw. She was able to interpreted my jibberish and grabbed the piece I needed and told me to go into the parking lot to make sure it fit. It was perfect! The whole transaction took about two minutes. I am incredibly impressed with her!

Came in here and usually I’d get good service but this time (May 8th 11am) I was attended by a elderly lady I forgot her name but I’m sure you can look at who was working at that time.Any whoI was asking for a 2015 Toyota Corolla rear turning light bulb if there was any in stock and she gave me #’s which is fine but I then asked what about that one?And she rudely said “I am giving you the numbers just go over there and get whatever you want”If she denies this happened I would love for her to tell me to my face and lie to me. She made me mad.

They only one person working the register and other employees will be in the back not helping customers even when there is a line. There was a guy being helped, I was next and two people behind me. Since I wanted to get a testing done on my vehicle for a check engine light the employee said that I had to wait for him to ring up the next two guys. Then he finally does my vehicle, prints out the page and says give this to your mechanic. I ask him what parts I need and he doesnt know.

These guys are helpful, professional and ready to help. I like this location but they dont seem to carry much for older vehicles ,(over 10 years or so, except the very most popular vehicles).They do offer to special order however and it seems a reasonable price for this service with roughly a 2 days to a week turnaround.All in all a great experience (for me) at this location.Just be friendly and courteous to them and I am sure they will do the same. Ive never been treated badly here by anybody in over two years now.

You rarely get good service at any AutoZone. I legit mean what Im saying when I say that I have been shopping at AutoZone for 10 years, since I purchased my first used car and I have always used AutoZone (if not them, then the internet) for the convenience of always having the parts I need. But they are always understaffed, and the website is never accurate when it comes to available parts. You have employees who throw tantrums when they are not having a good day and make the customers feel very uncomfortable.It doesnt matter if you are one of the only MAJOR parts store in the area/valley, without better customer service people will begin to take their time and money elsewhere. Food for thought.

Nice clean auto parts store. Very wide selection of anything automotive. They also have a great selection of tools. I bought a magnetic sparkplug socket and it holds the sparkplug tight. With overhead cams the sparkplug well can be deep. Having the right tool can make all the difference.

Normally Im extremely pleased with Autozone and go there regularly to get my parts. The staff is very Knowledgeable and Ive never had a problem. With that being said, I decided to go to the an Autozone I normally dont go to which is near Yuma/Cotton. The woman who was from another country helped me but didnt know what she was talking about. She sold me brake pads and rotors that didnt even fit my car even after I repeatedly asked her if they were the right ones! Wont be going back to that Autozone ever!!

Dont come here if you need any sort of assistance. Came to get something and was pointed in the direction but wasnt sure which was the right one. When I went to the register the clerk said that it was not the right thing. I said Im going to go somewhere else that they have people who can help me and he said okay. I guess they would rather you go somewhere else than try to help you find the right product.
