Annie was the most helpful employee I have ever met in my life. She went above and beyond to help me and showed true customer service. Her staff is amazing and if she isnt made president of this company yall are crazy!

Just wanted to say thank you again to 2 amazing sales reps, Ms.Aubri and Mr. Tavares. I switched my cellar service last month. Great plans and great prices. These 2 lovely people helped me in transferring my numbers, transferring my information from both phones to my new ones and was very gracious in making sure my questions were answered. I felt bad that i had them assisting me after closing time but they didnt try to rush me out the door. I was even walked out to my car. Cant get any better than that. If there was a Boost Mobile Award, they would definitely get it. Thank you guys, keep up the amazing work....

They have great employees to help when you select the wrong setting. They had me back online in a minutes time lol !!

Free phone for switching providers. I had t-mobile but no reception at my residence. Boost picks up there but otherwise spotty signal even with several bars of 4g lte. Same issue I had with Sprint before going with tmoblie.
