Excellent experience at this Publix! Visited around 9pm. The store was clean, bright, well stocked, and the staff was fantastic. Special kudos to Jacob and Jakob for their excellent customer service skills.

Ordered a two tier wedding cake. Picture we based the order was an ombre effect cake, but the cake provided was just stripes of darker and darker frosting. And the colored frosting tasted terrible!Luckily we had also ordered a sheet cake with white frosting and was able to serve that instead. A $200 cake rendered useless because of the terrible tasting food coloring. I would never recommend them for wedding cakes ever.

On Oct 27, I stopped at publix goodlettsville tn, like I normally do 2 to 3 times a week between 2pm and 3pm to pick up my dinner from the deli never had a problem with food til yesterday, green beans were very soggy chicken was tough and carrots were undercooked. The man who waited on me I had to ask him to properly wrap my food which he was not doing. Worse service and food I have ever had. Publix please improve your deli service and food or you will be losing a longtime customer. Thank you.

My most favorite place to shop! Has been since I moved in this area! Just love how they treat the customers, clean environment, friendly cashiers, helpful managers just great service, food and people! Publix please keep up the good work we need your kindness during these trying times that were living in! Blessings!

Wonderful we got lunch from there deli they did and amazing job providing lunch for the people at my job fed 16 people and everyone was satisfied and happy.

It’s clean and staff is super friendly but if your more of a Whole Foods person, just go to Whole Foods. This place is more like a Kroger’s I guess or shaws or stop and shop. Organic section is so small.. There’s not much option. You can get oat milk and organic OJ... simple things. But not much. Though I’m just nitpicking. I like organic, so this place isn’t for me. Once they implement more of an organic option I believe they’ll def be at 5 stars.

Hey, its a grocery store, so theres only so much you can review, but this store is consistently very clean and the staff is always friendly. I regularly grab lunch from the deli area and it is always fresh and delicious

As much as Id love to give 5 stars to the one guy that can build a wrap, I never get him anymore. Ive constantly had to tell the associates what goes on am item and what it costs. Sometimes after that education, it still isnt right. And give yourself time...like 20 mins. Instead of keeping the customers flowing alongside a big order, theyll dedicate multiple associates to that order, and youll just wait...and wait...Im not coming in again. I treated my self every Friday and every Friday Ive been frustrated outta there. Its not worth the free item when its consistently inconsistent. I have no photo to post as I have no item. The associate turned me away today because they didnt have an item, and I checked to see if it was in stock. They did. He was lazy, or wasnt trained. Either way, its a problem.

Im not much for shopping but since I have a sick partner, I just do it. Ive found these Publix places to be clean, and well organized. Most of the people who work there tend to be very helpful also.

Clean store. Friendly staff. Wide range of products. Fresh good looking food. Offers organic products and vegan options are available as well. Beautiful setup. Easy to find items based on the aisle numbers. Easy checkout whether self checkout or going through the line and someone waiting on you.

Always super clean, the smell of fresh baked bread as you walk in the door is awesome! I love shopping here.

I love Publix for the service which is no exception at this location but I drive out of my way because they have a much larger variety of produce than the grocery stores near my house. I was able to get radicchio and broccolini as well as green house grown lettuces. Highly recommend over other chain options that assume we all only want bell peppers and russet potatoes for the rest of our lives.

We shop here all the time and always have a good experience. The cashiers are invariably nice and friendly, and the baggers are eager to take the groceries to your car. Pharmacy is reliable and very good prices, too.

I enjoy this Publix because it has many choices that are not available at other food chains. The seafood market and butcher areas are spectacular and the produce is always so fresh. The staff is always friendly and eager to help. I could go on but you should just visit for yourself.

Publix bakery is delicious. Ive ordered several custom order and decadent desert cakes from Publix bakery and theyve all been quite tasty.

The staff here are wonderful and the Bakery/Deli are always a great stop before I go home.

I like publix its just to expensive. They have good produce and deli but your gonna be paying top dollar on lots of things. They do have a better selection when it comes to some things though. If I have a little extra cash to spare Ill shop here on occasion.

The service at Publix is wonderful! Each time I enter the store, I am greeted by one of the employees. If I need assistance an employee is always available to help me. The employees are friendly and make me feel like a valued employee. The prices are higher than Kroger or Walmart, but it is worth it if you want this type of service!

While I normally love Publix...I have to share that I have on 2 separate occasions purchased in house made salads that were not fresh. This is the only store I have experienced this at... It is a bummer because I love the salads they make. In both cases I purchased the salad and took it to work the next day only to find that when I opened it the lettuce below the toppings & Salad dressing packets was severly wilted and inedible...I like the store over all.. but wont be dropping in anytime soon.. I will remain a customer but not of this store.. Its a shame because its near my home.(3 stars is a bad rating from me)

Hands down the best store Ive ever been to. I used to shop at Walmart and Krogers, but never again. The staff are SO friendly and helpful, and the store is kept clean. Absolutely delightful experience. Whoever is in management is doing a great job, and the rest of staff too.

I will only make a quick run into Kroger’s in a pinch since it’s closer to my house. Kroger’s is the total opposite of everything that Publix is and stands for. I’m sorry Kroger’s, your store has had many chances over the years and you fail to measure up. I don’t feel that Publix is more expensive either. Everything evens out in the end. One of the best super markets around. You could eat off their floors. Heck their floors are cleaner than mine. Some of their items can be a little pricey but if you stick to Publixs brand for the most part youll do just fine. I was very impressed with the people at the deli counter...top notch customer service, produce dept. was very clean and everything looked so fresh.Finally the cashiers were incredibly friendly...hahaha...even the customers were great, the cuban ladies in front of me helped me unload my cart so I can pay what else can I ask for?I went for some sandwiches from the deli and spent over $200 because they have everything I needed...and what I didnt😂

They have the best food and most courteous employees. I wish they would build one in White House. Krogers employees need to take lessons from Publik employees.

What can be said that probably hasnt already been said? Publix is beyond amazing, especially speficially this particular Publix. Every interaction I has with staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely made my day better. I was asked at least 3 times if I was sure I didnt want help with my stuff to the car. I respectfully declined because I didnt think I had all that much to have been helped but it feels nice to know they ask anyway. The woman at the Deli was an absolute Gem and I genuinely wished I remembered her name because Id love to sing her praises here. She helped me knock out 4 complicated subs (that all tasted absolutely divine, I always love Publix subs) and was as cool as a cucumber during it. The staff at the bakery are also amazing in the short experiences Ive had with him while picking up desserts for birthday occasions. I know Publix can be considered a bit pricey but it is DEFINITELY worth the visit without a doubt and I HIGHLY recommend the bakery and deli.

I love Publix I really do. But here lately Ive been super frustrated with their Bakery. Im obsessed with the raspberry macaroons. And every single time I go in there the case is out of them. So I stand and wait anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes until someone acknowledges me and I ask for the raspberry macaroons and they will simply say they are out of them. So then I have to tell them that they go get them out of the freezer when the case is out.... and sure enough they will go look and they are in there. Why should I have to tell them to go get them out of the freezer??? They should know that. Why wouldnt they go check before telling me they are out. This morning I told them they are in the freezer and they wouldnt even go double check. Unacceptable.

Wanted to buy a Sub, as Publix has the best. However, after waiting at the service counter for several minutes with workers on the other side who didnt even bother to acknowledge us... This particular store has the most helpful employees I have ever encountered in any grocery store. They offer (no tipping mind you) to carry out your groceries and load them in your car. Their cashiers are consistently friendly. Look for their sale area in the front. Excellent deals there and you never know what you will find. Also clean restrooms in the front of the store.
