Worst experience! Just go to the bp bad customer service . I guess Clerence was upset he had to work Labor Day. What makes matter worst is they don’t care about customer service cause the number outside won’t get you no help . I’ll never ever send money with a shell again

Unfortunately online reviews is not a deciding factor for gas stations/convenience stores. But what you should know is that the assistant store manager is a complete a-hole. I went in to buy a couple beers. Saw the advertised price and went with my selection. I was charged a completely different price. I asked the manager if he would honor he advertised price in response to weights and measures and he became irate. Awful customer service. Over a measly 75 cents.

Stop in to get coffee the machine that look like it had exploded with powder so I asked the lady to come and check it out because I wanted the vanilla cappuccino she never came it was three of them in that working and the customer service was pitiful so I just got a sandwich and came on out very disappointed

Cashier was rude to my mother who has a slight hearing issue. Made her come home crying. I filed a complaint on their site. Then the manger calls calling her a liar basically.

Literally a hour ago 1/6/20. I went up to the door it was closed. It’s an 24/7 gas station but it was ok to me maybe they were busy so I went back to my car. I turn around they opened the doors to let someone else in and check them out then locked the doors again. that in my opinion is very disrespectful. Please manage your employees

I’m at the register getting ready to purchase my items. I ask for two packs of cigars. I ended up changing my mind on one of the packs. I ask the cashier if he could switch it out, he hesitated as if it was a problem. I ask the guy if it was a problem with me switching to the pack I actually wanted. He said yes, it’s a lot of paper work. I found that extremely rude. What ever happen to customer satisfaction?

Went inside Im on crutches trying to get some coffee an no one offered to help an low an behold the wet area on the fool was only. Partially noted it should have a sign on either sided I fell my crutch shot off an landed straight on my but an if that wasnt good enough when I fell I dropped my 200 pair of Oakley an they are gone an I didnt even get a free refill on my coffee or my ole ladys medium witch by the way was under 4$ I will make sure with all I can to make sure someone with a disability does not go threw the embarrassment an grief I went threw an still am

When into this store on 3/3/16, the person checking people out, had a very bad attitude. Went in around 8pm. She ask to see my ID, no problem. Shown it to her. Then she told me I had to take it out. Which I dont, it can be seen right in the walet. I took it out anyway, just to go along. Then she wanted to take it out of my hands. I told her no, so she choose not to sell me anything.

Went inside and made a purchase that came to $4.98. Told the cashier I wanted $15.02 on pump 10. She puts $15 on pump 2. I tell her no I wanted $15.02 on pump 10 to make it an even $20. She rolled her eyes and rang up it up once again on pump 2 then proceeded to argue with me that I said pump 2 and not pump 10. Not true and even if it was you NEVER argue with a customer. Ill be stopping at Mapco from now on.

They have a food warmer but never any food in it. Doesnt matter what time I go the food warmer is off and cold. Went in this morning about 1 and the cold sandwiches section was just about empty

The coffee was so poor I had to throw it away it is absolutely disgusting the employee does not care about making sure there’s a fresh cup of coffee out for the customers I’m unfortunately going to have to just flat out stop coming to this place it’s obvious the folks that work here just don’t care once upon a time this was an amazing place they had these nice ladies that were on top of everything and of the Joe wasn’t fresh they’d make you some fresh Joe

I went by at 1105 Saturday am 9/23/17 and there was no decaf coffee so I asked for some and the lady said no way I am not making any I had other words with her and explained all I am supposed to do is ask per ur policy. She said I am not making any. I visit twice daily for 2 cups at least 6 days per week as well as keeping 3 vehicles fueled. No more. Back to MAPCO.

Had to stand in line an extra 5 mins to watch employees sell alcohol to employees whom cut in front of waiting customers. I didnt realize that an employee buy alcohol is more important then customers.
