My experience was very good but I would have liked more info on pairing my aids with my android phone. On vacation now out of town and lost the pair to my phone.

At Hearing Life, the staff is efficient and the audiologist is very good and very friendly. I was made aware of exactly how my hearing has changed over the 4 years since I received my hearing aids, and what I could expect in upgraded technology when I choose to move to newer hearing devices. They are very good!

The care and commitment from the staff is really good. I would recommend Hearing Life for your hearing needs

My own personal experience at this Awesome Place has been nothing but Excellence in every way, they treat you with dignity,compassion,and respect.I never felt like just a number but like Family!David is an amazing Dr.Who truly cares about the well being of his patients, and always go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of them.The entire staff is so very polite,Genuine and most of all professional...(which is so rare to find hardly anywhere these days).I recommend Hearing life to my most closest friends and family...you will not be disappointed!!!Keep up the Great work and GOD Bless you all!!!👍🏾👍🏾

The visit was good and the staff very knowledgeable but very similar to a time share sales pitch where they offer you a free TV at the end. But as we all know there aint nothing free in this world and you should prepare yourself to be pressured into buying the best of the best when you only want what you can afford!

I can in to HearingLife to get a hearing text done and one of my hearing aids was broken.my dog chewed it in half and I asked David the young that did my hearing text and he said he would try and fix it for me.I call and he said he fix it .can in to pick it up and it worked beautifully The staff was so courteous and professional and I truly appreciate them

Mr Prahl is the best audiologist i have ever worked with. I have a profound hearing loss and he took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for to improve my hearing, for my life style. With a very Unique ear canal in one ear, which up to now has never had a proper fitting mold. But he got it made. Im hearing the best i have ever heard even with prior aids. Even my husband was amazed that i was hearing him the first time and even said you can hear me! I will follow Mr Prahl to what ever office he is at . Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Amazing care and info! The hearing test/exam was far beyond what i ever expected.I was then helped to select the devices i need for my hearing status and for my budget. They helped me wade through the insurance nightmare and made it happen.Now learning what to do with all the things i haven’t heard in years. They are very responsive here and quite professional while still being personable. I think i will be quite pleased with this relationship ongoing.Thank you David, Ily and Mary. Thank you Hearing Life. I won’t hesitate sending anyone to you for help with their hearing.

I really enjoyed my appointment here. I am excited about getting my new hearing aid. I was told that I wouldnt benefit from a hearing aid in my left ear after getting my cochlear implant. When I came to this place I had a hearing test done after not having one for 20 years. I could actually hear and feel some of the sounds when I thought that I wouldnt be able to. So maybe I will be able to benefit from a hearing aid after all. The sound booth is very cool and big. Its definitely better for anyone who is claustrophobic. The audiologist was very welcoming and patient. Im looking forward to my next appointment to try my new hearing aid on. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a hearing test or a hearing aid.

I would like to update my review. I didnt give David Prahl the credit he deserves. He is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job with his clients. I am very impressed with his patience and understanding of hearing loss. I recieved the best care that Ive ever had with David. He is very through and tries to help you with hearing again. I would highly recommend this office over ones that I have visited in the past. Im glad to have David in Goldsboro. His staff is also helpful and very professional. Very nice office also.
