I damaged one of my hearing aids this morning while working on an event. Being self employed as an event planner, hearing is crucial to my business communications. I quickly went to our local Audibel, worried that Gene would not be able to repair/replace my hearing aid immediately for me to return to the event.As every visit to to Audibel, they immediately took care of my hearing aid, repairing it and getting me back to work within minutes. Their customer service is worth 10 ⭐️!I have had hearing loss my entire life, finally (reluctantly) deciding that I must get hearing aids for work relations and communication seven years ago. The best decision I made, was walking into Audibel to just get information. Gene and his team spent time to show me the products, testing, and reassured me that I would become comfortable and natural with hearing aids. I left with a pair, and it has changed my life!I am no longer dependent on my team repeating client questions, I hear every phone call clearly, I hear the special at a restaurant, and guests at my home are no longer screaming over tv volume.Thank you Audibel for great customer service! You have a dedicated customer for life!

I visit almost a year ago by appointment. The service was great. The Tech did a hearing test which found I was much more than the military found. The military gave me 10% hearing lost several years ago. During the visit the Tech found I was at least 60% loss of hearing in both ears. He explained to my wife and I the steps to have better hearing. He showed me samples of hearing aids which I chose the set he was wearing. I can hear much better and clearer now. He also explained the cost and gave me extra batteries which was a lot cheaper than the market price. I have visit several times after my appointment to pick up more batteries. The lady at the desk is very kind and each time she has remembered my name. I would highly recommend if you have a hearing problem please visit them. Even after my appointment they called me and have been very nice each time I visit them

Absolutely wonderful experience. Gene was very caring and went above and beyond to ensure my father in law was taken care of and understood his options and equipment.Any questions were addressed and the one issue we had was taken care of very quickly.We have been to many other hearing aid places over the years and Audibel was by far the best. You get what you pay for. Don’t trust those tv adds that only sell you a garbage hearing amplifier; Audibel has top notch equipment with cleaning services and great quality with warranty. I will be referring anyone who needs hearing aids to Gene at this Audibel location. Also, a thank you to Deborah, his receptionist. Your help and assistance in setting up his appointments and paperwork made everything so easy.

Audibel treats you like you are family. Over the years I have enjoyed my checkups with Audibel. I used to go to another hearing aid company and I’d leave crying. The other company left me feeling embarrassed and not normal. Gene at Audible is caring, sympathetic to your needs, and makes me feel that he truly cares. I know he really cares. I was treated like a queen from the moment I arrived. I did not feel rushed and everything was clearly explained. I would definitely recommend Audibel if you need your hearing checked.

I found out a few years ago that I needed hearing aides. Since purchasing the hearing aides Ive visited Audibel about every six months for a check-up and to purchase batteries. In the few years that I have been going there Ive always been treated great, never have to wait and they always do a great job to get me out quickly.

I have about 85% over all hearing loss. Have been examined by reps from many different device companies and was never satisfied with their demo set. Decided to try Audibel, by this time I was starting to feel a little desperate. I could not understand speech, tv,radio was useless. If you spoke to me you had to look at me so I could see your lips and facial movement. Gene set up a demo set after hearing exam, and wow I did not want to take them off. Needless to say I bought a set of hearing devices. But the story does not stop there. Gene brings back the true meaning of the phrase customer service. I have never been rushed when I visit his office, if I have a problem it is made right promptly and to my satisfaction. My hearing is probably close to 100% now and everything sounds so crisp clear and natural. I can even hear the birds singing again. MANY THANKS GENE.

This is where I got my hearing aids from. They are the platinum version and have wireless capabilities. Lifetime warranty. They stand behind it too. I had a problem with my first set and they switched them out with a newer model with no extra cost to me. Even Steven trade!!!
