To be honest, I didnt know these stores where still around. But Im glad they are, because I was able to find used quality DVDs of my FAVORITE movies! It was like walking into a well preserve time capsule. Loved it.

The staff is very helpful. So much to discover and plenty of options as of what to get. However I feel like the prices are high and the catch is to get customers to sign up for an expensive rewards program. I will shop there again but as a last resort of what Im looking for.

Good place to go and look for the things that you need for your entertainment. Things like all the current pop figures, albums and lots of apparel.

Searches for hours online trying to find a certain dvd in store so I could go purchase it. FYE was the only place that had it.

My girls wanted to go so we went. They found everything they wanted. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

We went to the Goldsboro store last night, August 28. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. It was almost closing time ( I thought they closed at 9, they close at 7) and we didn’t feel rushed at all. I’m sure they were ready to go home, but were very nice.

Good price on earplugs and service .

Not as big as locations in bigger cities but they have a nice selection of items none the less.

Definitely not what it used to be.

FYE is one of my favorite places to go to when I visit the mall. They have movies music etc. And if they dont have what your looking for they will order it for you. They have good service also.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They will ask you if you want a FREE loyalty membership, dont fall for it. They held on to my credit card information from a cd purchase and used it two bill me several times for subscriptions I did not authorize. They blatantly lie to your face for what? 12 bucks a month? I will no longer shop at any FYE location because of the scams.

Love this place. So many unusual and cool things you cant find any place else. Friendly and helpful staff.

I feel this is a okay store, I feel it needs more excitment, and comic themed things in there. But every staff I have had contact with is very nice even the other customers are nice. I would like to go in this store and see more characters and comic themed itemes such as onsies, character outfits, exciting things that really grab eyes as you walk by the store.

Great place to nerd out, but Ill say... More small & ed Pokemon shirts, plz? 😂 the staff is always great.

Great customer service. Descent amount of music considering its 2019 and Im sure not too many people still buy Cds.....but I do and thanks for having them!

I’m officially disappointed. I love this store. My boyfriend and I come here often because they sell a wide variety of collections that we enjoy. However, this evening, we visited the store and when we walked up towards the front, the employees were engaged in a pretty vulgar conversation. Unable to tell if they were joking, we didn’t say anything for fear of embarrassing them in front of their friends but we couldn’t help but to think of the little ears that listen more than we do. Whether it was a joke or not, it was a bad taste in humor. I’ve worked with the public all my life and would never have a conversation as descriptive and as disgusting as they were having. What made it worse was that we were in plain sight so they knew we could hear them but the young lady continued to explain her very private life to her coworkers without even blinking. Let’s just say, we will never be able to look at some of those employees the same, ever again. Have some class.

I love the different items in this store. All the unique snacks and items make awesome gifts for my kids.

There is a lot of cool stuff there and if you are looking for funk pop doll this is the place to go.

I would recommend this place to everyone if they dont have a book you are looking for they probably dont make it.
