My Subaru Outback had a a big dent in the back left fender. I got a quote for around $1300 to fix it from a collision center. I have driven by the Dent Clinic multiple times and decided to pull in to see what they would say. Rick met me outside and was super nice and set expectations about what they could/couldnt do. He quoted me out a much better price than the collision center and was able to bring it in that next week to get fixed, about a 1/2 day of work. I got the car back and their work totally exceeded my expectations. They were able to push it out and it looks great. Saved a ton of dough by not having to buy a new bumper like the collision center said I needed. Hopefully I dont have to go back to them but totally will if a similar situation presents itself. I would highly recommend going and speaking with Rick at Dent Clinic about your options if you need a dent fixed.

My Jeep was damaged in the recent hail storm. After visiting several other repair shops, I was very pleased with the service offered by Dent Clinic. Their estimate was fair and my car was returned faster than promised and in perfect condition. Additionally, Patty, their front desk gal, provided excellent customer service. I had to change my repair appointment a couple of times and Patty was extremely accommodating.

My wife and I experienced a bad hail storm in Billings MT right before coming to Golden to spend the winter with a friend. Our truck was in bad shape and we chose the Dent Clinic for repairs. Not from the area all we had to go on was their web site and reviews.When I met Rick in person I could tell immediately he is a good honest man. Better yet he fixed our truck in short order. The results were astonishing ! Not only did our truck look new again he and his wife went the extra mile and detailed the tires and inside cab. Rick and crew have amazing talent and are easy to deal with.

Had a softball-sized dent with a crease in it over the front left quarter panel. These guys were able to get me in quickly and gave me a definitive price as soon as he looked at it. Their price was lower than any other place I got an estimate from. They were extremely friendly and courteous. Got the job done in a little over half a day. I was extremely impressed with how great of a job they did. He told me up front that he would only be able to get it 90-95% of perfect due to the anatomy and location of the dent. I would say its more than 95% of original condition. Very pleased, hope to never need them again but if I do they will be the first I call. Thanks!

I stopped at the Dent Clinic to inform them that a truck in their lot had its lights on. Once I realized what service was offered there Rick gave me a quote. At first, I was in disbelief they could remove 7 dents for only $500 but they did the job in a day and it was fantastic. Never seen such an offering before and I’m really impressed with how effective it was. My car looks factory new and they have won all my future business without hesitation. Have never left a bad review before. Felt it necessary to do so now. We waited for almost a year after the May 2017 hail storm to have my vehicle repaired. We were provided with a written estimate from the Dent Clinic for hail damage repair that we were advised also included the replacement of a few hail damaged parts. Deductible included. When the hail damage was finally repaired we received a call telling us that the replacement parts were going to cost additional. I explained that we were advised when we received their estimate that the cost for the few damaged parts was included and that those parts had even been listed on their estimate. Was firmly advised we were wrong that the estimate was for dent repairs only. At this point they had the vehicle in their possession and had already worked on it. Not much we could do. Delays, excuses, ordering, reordering of the few parts needed, we found when we picked up the vehicle that they had ordered and installed 2 parts that were entirely wrong. They were advised specifically what replacement parts to order and where they could order the parts from along with the prices. To get my vehicle back without further delay I had even taken my time to help them find the parts and had faxed all the information including prices to them. Then I was made aware that they had requested a second supplemental payment from my insurance company. To date they never have provided me with an invoice showing what this additional billing actually covered. After letting them know we wanted the damaged parts returned to us (per insurance company) we were advised they were going to charge us the deductible. In this same telephone conversation that got unfortunately heated I was then told that they normally do not normally charge customers their deductible, however because of the heated conversation I had just had with them they were now going to charge me the deductible?? After paying the deductible to get my vehicle back - it took almost a month - we received a phone call from the Dent Clinic a few days later stating that they want their customers to be happy so they had decided that they were now going to reimburse the deductible. Surprise!!! It has been almost a month and no reimbursement received as of this writing?? Bottom line - the owner does good body/dent work and he was very pleasant at the time we received his estimate and during the times we spoke with him. He even painted the rear tail light metal brush guards that were damaged. However, the work performed was definitely not worth all the unnecessary hassle, stress, headaches, wrong parts that were put on and the overall total frustration we had to endure.

Great shop. Dent couldnt be repaired perfectly so they didnt want to charge anything.Left them some money for the good job they did do.Will definitely return to shop with other cars.

I called to ask a very simple and specific question-do you pay the deductible?.Many hail repair centers now pay the deductible up to $500. Wanting to give the business to a local shop close to our house with good reviews I decided to call. The receptionist said she was just a secretary and could not answer that question. I asked if anyone could? She wasnt very friendly in her tone and said the owner was the only one who could answer that question but was out on estimates or fixing cars and had no time to answer my question. She literally said that the owner did not have time for my simple question and no one else could answer it either. I politely said I would need to take my business elsewhere. Curious to know if the owner has any idea of his secretarys behavior etc.So this review has nothing to do with work performed but customer service on the front end.Id rather not have my car at a shop that cant or wont answer such a basic up front question about something that has become quite a standard practice in the industry.

Top-notch job repairing hail damage on my vehicle. Took longer than anticipated but also was worth the wait.

My friend brought her RAV4 to Dent Clinic to get the hail damage fixed and afterwards she referred me to them and mentioned their outstanding service and quality of work. I brought my 2013 Acura RDX to Dent Clinic a week later to get the hail damage fixed as well. The hail damage on my car was pretty bad, there was dents on the entire body. Rick and Patty went above and beyond what was expected for my car. I am so happy with the turn out. My car looks brand new. When I first picked up my car, I noticed some hail damage that we initially missed. Patty and Rick took care of it immediately without any hesitation or questions. They even covered an expense that was unplanned and even worked with my insurance. They even took time out of their busy schedule to fix my fiances mirror on his car. Rick and Patty made this process so easy for me. I have never met anybody so professional and kind. These two have outstanding customer service and I am sincerely grateful for them. Yes, they fixed my hail damage, but the service hasnt been worth it.Every time I walk in the excuses start flying (for no reason) went to pick up my truck, was told it would be done at 2 and ready to go. Got there at 2 and waited an hour for paperwork to be finished and they hadnt washed it yet. went back at 7 to pick it up and got a raft of excuses as to why it hadnt been washed STILL. There were repairs that were missed and parts that hadnt been replaced. And to top it off the under side of my hood looks like swiss cheese from all the access holes drilled in it. It makes me wonder how many holes were drilled in the structure of my roof too!Made the mistake of going once, wont be going twice
