What an experience. I looked and found what i wanted and from my initial email to inquire about the availability of the vehicle to driving out of the lot, i received attentive service. Richard Busker took care of me the whole way through. He was knowledgeable, personable, and even checked in a couple of days later to see if I still loved the car. Excellent Service. I went in knowing what I wanted and they set to work immediately to help me find it. Ended up finding something better than what I came in for when David explained all the options available and then got me in my new vehicle easily- no fuss, no nonsense... My wife and I had a phenomenal experience working with Audi Minneapolis. I recently bought a 2018 Audi S5 prestige, and the experience was made all the better from the sales staff. We had the pleasure of working with Jon Henry, and he made it a fabulous experience all the way through. Jons a fellow car enthusiast which really helped me feel like I was making an informed experience, and he carefully walked my wife and I through all the features and systems of the car. I understand thats fairly common at dealerships, but Jon helped us feel supported, informed, and communicated every step of the process with us. You know its a great experience when your partner enjoys driving the car as much you do, and she mentioned on several occasions Jons involvement really heightened the dealership experience. Best car buying experience I have ever had! David F. was an amazing sales associate who effortlessly went above and beyond to meet my needs from start to finish. Bought a vehicle elsewhere.I reached out to 5 dealerships all of which were different manufacturers, Audi was the most luxurious out of the 5. I essentially sent them all the same email that I wanted to lease a brand new vehicle explaining what my down payment was, payment range, and the models I was interested in. Audi was the vehicle I desired most so was eager to receive the numbers. The response time was the worst out of all of them, and the payment came in higher then expected. I explained that I was willing to discuss a smaller sedan and that I was buying a car the next day..... 2 days.... Thats when I got a response. I purchased a new vehicle which was more expensive then I originally planned on going due to the customer service I received from the other dealer. Im disappointed in the customer service I experienced with your dealership. Your sales reps need to be quicker, and also value the customers time. I felt unimportant, and that made me want to take my money elsewhere.

Ive had multiple sales and service experiences here and they are always top notch. The service experience is especially great as the loaner cars are always convenient and servicing is extremely. As someone who depends on their car for work every day of the week, the team at Audi Minneapolis always makes sure Im well taken care of. Recently purchased a 2020 Audi R8 from Carousel Audi. Best experience buying a new car from any dealer ever. My salesman, Chris Cohen, guided me through all of the decisions that needed to be made using his expert knowledge of the car buying process. At Chriss suggestion, I had the R8 wrapped in a full clear film to protect the paint. The dealership did a flawless job that took over 58 hours to complete. Went out looking for a used vehicle with specific criteria, heard back relatively quickly about a specific car. I went to go test drive the vehicle and felt like I was being rushed out the door, only to discover a clicking and unbearable whining sound in the vehicle while driving. Do a quick Google and talk to a mechanic friend and find out its a cheap part to fix (blower motor). I brought the car back and explained my reservations because of the sound and we walked back to talk to the dealership tech. I told him what I thought the problem was after playing him the recording of the sound I took while test driving the vehicle. He told me he didnt know how much it would cost to fix, but agreed with me that it was the issue. I didnt want to purchase the vehicle without the part being fixed or replaced. The dealership said they would keep the vehicle to take a look at it and give me an estimate, but it might be the next day.A few hours later, I got a text from the sales rep I was working with telling me that the techs found nothing wrong with the part and that they wouldnt replace it. In actuality, they dont want to have to fix it because it requires taking off the entire dashboard and is not an easy task. Then, the amount of fees that were tacked onto the final price of the vehicle were substantially more (hundreds of dollars) than other dealerships I shopped at.The dealership lied about the status of the part and their ability to fix it, out of what I can only assume to be laziness and dismissiveness. They wouldnt budge on the price of the vehicle despite me telling them I would immediately have to take it to a shop and have it repaired. I felt manipulated by the feigned shock on the sales reps face upon my complaints about the noise. I felt further pandered to when told this is a lot of car for $x when there was clearly an issue with the car. The sales rep was acting on assumed knowledge about my family and leverage they didnt actually have.I was pretty much entirely dissatisfied with my experiece, although my sales rep was nice. I purchased a vehicle at another dealership a few days later.Edit: Oh, and I was told I needed insurance on that vehicle to test drive it. Spoiler alert, you dont.

An experience like this is what buying a car should be like. From the moment I initially contacted Audi Minneapolis I was amazed at how flawless the entire experience was. My husband and I were in the market for a new Audi Q8. I found one searching their inventory online that checked all our boxes but sadly it was already sold. The sales person I worked with was Brad Robinette, who swiftly went into action to locate the exact same car with all the same options on it at a dealership that was only a few hundred miles away. Thankfully the dealership was able to work out a trade and a few short days later we were driving away from Audi Minneapolis in our new Audi Q8. Working with Brad was a breath of fresh air and I would do so again in a heartbeat. Such a genuine guy, a fantastic communicator and he was available to answer our questions as they came up. Special thanks to the other people at the dealership (Akram, Carl, Aaron, and Harut) who made this process swift and so easy. We will look forward to doing business with Audi Minneapolis again--it was a legendary experience!

I purchased my Audi Q7 from Poquet (best dealership ever). When I needed service, I reached out to Audi Minneapolis. They did a fine job with my initial oil change and I even bought their service package.Fast forward to the next time I needed service. I needed an oil change but had also dinged one of the Audi pre-sense sensors, so they kept my vehicle for several days completing the repair (the repair was great, by the way). When I picked up my car, it was suspiciously empty. When I left my vehicle, I had about 30 brand new jackets I had collected to donate to People Serving People. They were all gone. (There were other things taken, but Im really only upset about the coats which would have helped people in need.)While Audi maintains they did not take the coats, there is no other explanation as to where they would have gone. To the managers credit, he agreed to donate $1,000 to the charity in my sons cub scout troops name. However, I never received confirmation they did this. When I responded to a survey from Audi corporate and reported the theft, no one reached out to me. An apology would have gone a long way.This happened in 2019 and Ive not been back. Unfortunately, I prepaid for the service package, so until its run its course, Ill eventually need to return. Suffice it to say, I would HIGHLY recommend you start with an empty vehicle should you be so bold as to use their services. I know I will.

For the second time with Minneapolis Audi, horrible customer service. I will never buy from there again. I completed all the necessary paperwork and credit app before going in to save time and waited in waiting are for 1.5 hours while they got the financing approved. No one checked on us, never gave back personal documents. Then took another 45 min to complete purchase. Then trade in loan wasnt paid off in time and I had to pay additional interest. No one ever called/emailed/texted after purchase. I would expect better than average service from and Audi dealer. Then they mailed out license plates in a paper envelope and arrived all bent up. I filled out a customer service feedback from over a week ago and asked for follow-up, and still crickets. Seems like they only care about your money and once they have that, onto the next person.

I want to share the HORRIBLE experience I had at this dealership with Tod Olson (General Manager) and Abdallah El-Sanjak. Both of these men are direct liars and manipulators. DO NOT TRUST EITHER OF THESE MEN!! Their word means absolutely nothing. After shopping for an AUDI R8 for nearly 30 days Nationwide, I narrowed my search to a vehicle at this dealership in Minneapolis. Last Wednesday, I called the Sales manager (got her voicemail) and let her know that I wanted to DRIVE the only R8 on their lot, and what if any, qualifications needed to be met to do that so I could schedule a test drive. For all those reading this review that dont know, the AUDI R8 is a supercar, and it is reasonable to expect that one would need to schedule a test drive with a manager or possibly qualify financially to get a test drive.SO THAT IS WHAT I DID!!I did NOT receive a call back from the manager, she passed me off to Abdallah El-Sanjak. He called me and started the conversation referencing that he knew I wanted to DRIVE THE R8 and asked me when I had time to come in and drive one.I told him I could move some business appointments around if HE WAS SURE that I could DRIVE the R8. He assured me it would be NO PROBLEM to drive the Car. So I did just that. I called my Business appointment, rescheduled, and headed over to the dealership.After 30 Mins of Putzing around, he went to get the plates to take me on my test drive. Before he did though he asked me if i was prepared to buy the car I responded with the question, how can I buy a car I have never driven? He agreed and supposedly went to get the plates.10 mins later he came over with one of the sales managers, not sure her name, but she is a brunette and dishonest as well, so if you end up in this dealership DONT TRUST HER!Anyhow , she proceeded to tell me that with out a purchase agreement, the car cannot be driven!!!!!!!!!!!WHAT A JOKE!! NOT ONLY DID THEY COMPLETELY LIE AND WASTE MY TIME, BUT TALK ABOUT AN INCOMPETENT SALES APPROACH!!!AFTER SPENDING 45 MINUTES OF MY DAY, I CALLED Tod Olson THE GENERAL MANAGER, ONLY FOR HIM TO LIE AND DEFEND THE DECEPTIVE MISLEADING BEHAVIOR!!!! My Audi has a recall and the company has clearly acknowledged it and my car is producing the exact symptoms the recall states it does, when I brought it in to the Audi dealership, I described the issue and the nice lady did say yes this part of the recall and we will do the appropriate repair for you at no cost, however, you will need to make an appointment and bring it in at a later date. I made an appointment, brought it, got directed to Michael, and this man couldnt have been more arrogant and condescending. He right away said the recall fix will not work for your car, therefore you will need a new seat cushion, and that may or may not fix it, and that WILL cost you $1500. I informed him that the passenger air bag issues Im encountering are exactly what the recall says its for, how are you certain that it is the seat cushion? He responded, its been diagnosed and its not a recall , you are going to have to pay $1500 if you want your airbag to function. I asked him if he can print out the diagnostic report or email them to me, to which he responded NO, I CANT DO EITHER OF THOSE ( I wrote this in all caps, because this man actually raised his voice every time I asked him simple question only to understand how this isnt part of the recall. The entire crowd in the office were staring at us and it was obvious that this man was treating me a little differently than he would any other customer. I then proceeded to tell him, thank you for your time, I will opt out to do the $1500 repair and if you say it is the seat cushion, I will attempt to do that myself, can I buy the part from you. He then, raising his voice, tells me, that I cant do the repair myself, that it is rather difficult and only the technicians at the dealership are knowledgeable enough to do it.I then proceeded to say thank you and left.Im glad there are other Audi dealerships opening and dealerships like Morries, and Luther are starting to service Audis , because Audi Minneapolis in Golden Valley is an awful place to buy or have your Audi serviced, especially when they employ employees like Michael.Highly do not recommend this dealership to anyone for anything.

Purchased a Lincoln mkz from this dealership, car was great, sales experience was a let down. I had agreed to a price via email prior to vising the dealership and had brought a check for the exact amount. Unfortunately I got the old game of extra fees they could do nothing about in the amount of $180 that I would need to pay via credit card. Cant recommend based on this experience.

Sadly, I was conned at this dealership. I bought a pre-owned Audi A5, which they represented had been inspected thoroughly and reconditioned prior to my purchase. NOT EVEN TWO WEEKS LATER, the car has over $2000 worth of problems that clearly existed and were noticable when they owned it, but simply did nothing on. Reading comments, they very obviously do this regularly with their used cars. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

I was never pressured to do or buy anything I did not want. All questions were answered. Extra products were offered but never imposed. Thank you for tuning into my needs. Its like everyone here forgot what customer service is. You dont feel welcome in this dealership. Any basic questions you ask answered like youre given a huge favor. Asked if they can update the software on my MMI infotainment system and even to look at it they want at least $150. No thanks! Had a factory maintenance here and guy couldnt find my paperwork, turned out he mixed my first and last name. Anyway, service and professionalism doesnt correspond with a luxury brand.

Depending on what you’re there for- expect different customer service for different levels of service provided. I needed my A5 fixed as well as some scheduled maintenance after a minor amount of contact was made in parking lot when a big Chevy SUV backed into my grille in broad daylight with me in the car trying to get the driver to notice her surroundingsSet an appt online for scheduled maintenance and had a question about some body work also, was told they don’t do body work there, that’s fine. They referred me to a shop they work with closely but the told me I couldn’t get any of my scheduled maintenance done until the body work was finished.I bit my tongue but wanted to absolutely go off on the woman who I had been on the phone with prior to this.Why Audi doesn’t have a body shop at least on the same frontage road as their showroom, god forbid anywhere inside their dealership is beyond me. Not only will I never even consider this place for any sort of service or repair in the coming months, I am done referring my friends and family members to buy their vehicles at Audi MPLS, the thing that blew my mind was how apologetic the woman I initially spoke with was on the phone when she realized she couldn’t have been able to help me any further.

Brought my Audi A6 in after purchasing it from a private seller. I brought it in to find out what was wrong with it. They seemed kind at first and helped me out. When it came to getting wheels, I was not given an option. I was told “oh these tired are the best deal if you buy them here at Audi. Anywhere else overcharges.” He put that as my option for tires without my input. They also fixed my power steering issue with a new pump. When I finally got my car back, the power steering went out. It was a faulty pump. I brought it back just a few days after I picked up, and they tried telling me my power steering hose went out and it wasn’t the pump. I just went with it to not cause any problems, but then the power steering went again. I brought it in again the next day, and they tried to tell me that I had to pay to fix leaks that I had already paid them to repair. Audi Minneapolis is the absolute worst place to have your car serviced. They try to act helpful, but really will do anything to make you pay more than you have to.

I just leased my 4th vehicle from Audi Minneapolis and I simply cant say enough good things about these folks. My salesperson has always been Lindsey and she is now a manager, but still takes the time to work out a deal with me. Jorgan was my sales person and even though he just helped finish up the transaction I was working with Lindsey on, he was super nice and quick to get me on the road. The business manager, Adara, was super pleasant and had my paperwork nicely organized. I was out of there in 10 minutes! I have worked with their service department about 6-7 times in the last several years and they have always been quick and courteous. I just chill out in their lounge with my laptop and get some work done while munching on the free snacks. Im loving my new S4 and I wont go anywhere else for sales and service. Nice work folks!

Took the Audi in for a 90k service the other day. Before taking it in I had checked and observed the Coolant level to be a bit low. I asked the service rep to ensure all fluids were topped off. I get the car back and sure enough they did not add any coolant at all. It was just below the minimum level so I had to take the time to add it myself. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but when you pay over $400 for a service and the tech misses an item on their checklist like this, makes me wonder what else did they miss, or neglect to do. Not what I expect from an #Audi Service department.

Paid cash for my purchase. Paperwork was simple until the title became a major issue. Their back office or whoever is responsible for vehicle titles is incompetent. They sent me title for 2017 Audi RS3 in my name instead of the 2020 Mercedes GLS.Over 1 month and still waiting for my original title. They cant locate it so been giving me different excuses each time.

I have been getting my car worked on at Audi Minneapolis for years so when it was time to get my wife a new car, I went in and talked to Brad Robinette in the sales department. He was extremely helpful and easy to work with as we looked over some options and ultimately came to a deal on a slightly used Q5. The buying process couldnt have been easier and Brad was great to work with. Ill be back someday to buy a new car, and when I am, hes the guy Ill call.
