Great service department. Andy was super helpful throughout the entire process and exceeded all expectations. I had new brakes installed along with some other maintenance for a very reasonable price considering the quality of work. The dealership also provided me with a very nice loaner vehicle. Excellent service department. Andy Rushing helped me figure out some odd transmission behavior on my 2011 Infiniti G37x. I am a car enthusiast and am especially particular about my car, and so it was very refreshing to work with Andy who’s knowledge far surpassed my own. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and I was in and out of the dealership quickly even though I added services that we hadn’t planned on. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicle back, even though it is out of my way, being that I am from the east side of the cities.

Weve purchased 5 infinitis, 3 from Lupient, 1 private and the other from Luther. The LupientDealership is closest to me is the only reason I go there. Ive purchased my last one from them, their service department has gone downhill in recent years and this last fiasco with tires I purchased from them has done me in. Dont Ever Buy Tires From A Dealership!I took my car in for service in April 2021 and its now the middle of July and I still have issues. So Disappointing to treat a longtime customer this way.

While shopping for a new SUV on a rainy day weekend, Kiana was the only salesperson to come out to greet us out of the 5 dealerships we visited that day. She warmly greeted us, and from that point all the way until our purchase, she was personable, transparent, and low-pressure. Brought my Infiniti in for an oil change last week and was greeted by Andy. I had a few additional concerns that came up regarding my vehicle that I needed addressed. As I was waiting in the lobby, Andy told me they would need to keep my car for a few days for the work and told me that around Monday or Tuesday the car would be done. He checked me out quickly and provided me with a Loaner. Andy contacted me today (Tuesday) to inform me my car was ready for pickup and my concerns had all been addressed.I have never been to a service shop where service has been this excellent! The entire process of when I brought my car in to until I got my vehicle back, was stress free and Andy gave me that peace of mind.

Multiple issues I’ve had with this dealership. Issues started immediately when I walked in the dealership to buy a car.Sales person was very pushy and didn’t leave time to discuss anything. Once I buy the car the cap for the tow hitch is missing.Now I’ve had the car for about 5 years and have brought my vehicle in 3 times for major repairs. Two of these times I’ve had issues to the point I waste my time at the dealership. Notice I’ve not brought my car in here for oil changes as I don’t want to waste my time as I live in the south metro.1st issue I come in for service because my door locks have stopped working. I’m informed by the service representative that the charges for this repair was xxxx; at which point I mention I have full Wrap insurance on this vehicle. We debate back and forth for five-ten minutes and he finds it once the financial representative comes in and confirms the paper work and proof of my insurance.2nd issue all my controls on my radio, air conditioning, and navigation have stopped working and my screens will not power up. I called reservations yesterday (9-15) to set up an appointment WITH A LOANER to have an electrical diagnostic and service. I arrive to the site today, and am informed by the service advisor that there are no loaners available and service will have to be moved to next week. This is now after I’ve spent a half hour driving up and leaving work early to do the same song and dance next week.I am happy that I have the warranty coverage because had I not had that my service calls would be done at a different dealership. Ensure that you have all your ducks in a row with relationships in this dealership otherwise it’s issue galore.

Bait and Switch, or Lazy?? I asked if a car I found online was still available. (My drive to the dealership is 39 miles and roads were sleet covered.) See the response in the photos. Their gal even bothered to call my home to see if I was coming. I arrived to find the car had been sold before my availability question was even submitted. And it was not at the dealership in the banner of the email. It was at the bargain lot. I wasted three hours driving to see that car. I was angry, and my new teen driver was disappointed not to be picked up from school that day in his new car.

The service department at this dealership is top notch! Having worked in service my whole life I pay special attention to service departments and how they are run. In the past 20 years I have noticed a huge decline on the level of service/customer service in general at most auto dealerships. That simply is not the case here! Every time I bring my wife’s car in for service it is an A+ experience from the start at the service writers all the way back to the technicians. Not only do they ask all the right questions when you bring your car in for service but the technicians make special notes that show you that they are paying close attention to your car from front to back and not just completing an oil change. I simply can’t say enough of how impressed I am and I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I will be buying next car at this dealership simply because of the level of service. A special thank you to Scott and Andy which I have dealt with the most!

Great customer service here and I was impressed at how quick everyone helped me with my online inquiry about test driving an Infinity. Kelly was awesome and sweet. She set me up with a test drive of the 30 which was very affordable. The car was a little small for my needs so she quickly set me up with the 50 drive and Greg in finance gave us some nice figures to work with. They handled this with complete understanding, tact and to be honest they just did the right thing. They went above and beyond. I normally dread going to dealerships due to the high pressure sales/ commission atmosphere and in a few cases, just plain shady people in both sales and service. This experience is from several vehicle purchases between my wife and I. I ended up bringing my Q50 in for diagnostics on various noises that seemed abnormal after a recent purchase. I also found out that Nissan dealers are not able to do warranty work on Infiniti’s and cancelled a previous appointment at a competitor. (We are under factory warranty).With that said, the service manager, Andy Rushing was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kept me updated throughout the process. I ended up with what would’ve been expensive warranty repairs, completed free of charge and also had some preventative maintenance service completed.I was very impressed with the customer service and knowledgeable staff, from start to finish. I couldnt be more disappointed with my car buying experience at Jim Lupient Infiniti. I was past from one sales person to another with out any communication. Even though I asked if there were more options on the car the sales person said no not really then I found that there were. The sales person that I ended up with spent a total of 5 minutes in the car with me after my purchase. The finance papers had to be done 4 times in order to get them right. After I sent a review to the GM I never back from anyone. Ill never deal with this dealer again.

We had a great experience at Lupient. I brought my car in to be serviced, and while it was in the shop, we asked for the trade in value. We had been considering trading it in for some time, and decided to come in that same afternoon and see what Lupient had in inventory. We met with Omar who we found out was new to the Lupient team. He was extremely friendly and helpful. If there was a question he couldnt answer, he followed up after doing some research. He was never pushy and I never felt pressured in any way. I appreciated his attentiveness and positive attitude. We test drove a couple of cars and drove away with a 2012 Taurus. We love it! I will continue to go to Lupient for car service and car shopping. Ive always had a great experience there!

We wanted to buy a second car as a SUV and we were doing a lot of research on the SUVs. We saw that inventory and in Lupient and we walked into the showroom on a Saturday evening. We were looking at the cars outside and Jamie Larson was courteous and offered help. He was courteous and gave us full information and his suggestions about the car. We did a test drive the same day. We were some how not fully satisfied about the price tag on the car and we took a weeks time and tried Luther Infinity. We werent satisfied with Luther. And we went back to Lupient and we were shopping around and we found another car that best suited our budget and we signed the deal the same day and got the car delivered. Paul Sebastian and Jamie Larson did very good customer service. They went beyond their working hours to deliver the car. They have extensive knowledge and their service is simply best. We were looking for a particular model Infiniti in MN. but none were available. With the Covid travel ban in place I searched online and found the car we were looking for in another state. In MN, Darrin in sales and Kathy in finance, were great! However, Infiniti Milwaukee, a sister store, shipped thePre-Certified vehicle to us (not to our door - we still had to drive over 160 miles to pick it up, even though to our home delivery was promised). Our QX70 Limited was not in Certified condition. It had tears in the leather, cigarette burns and smell, two dimples in body panels, 4 wheels had severe curb rash, bumpers had damage, and brake issues. Lupient in MN did address the problems after we pressed them. You would not even know the car had any issues because we would have taken care of them that was their response. We were also told we were picky for wanting our car to be in pre-certified condition. We spent over $150,000 with the dealership in two years. We were told the brakes were 95% worn and needed to be replaced, even though we put less than 5,000 miles on the car since the pre-certified purchase. We insisted the sister store, Milwaukee, pay for the brakes, which they did.Furthermore my QX80 Limited (less than 60,000 miles) was scoped and inspected for an engine knock, ticking and nothing was done. It is still quite loud like a diesel truck. After our trip to Florida last year I heard a ticking noise in the engine and the oil was over a quart low(35,000 miles).I informed Scott in service that the oil was low after maintenance and he told me thats not possible because they meter the oil for oil changes.OK - well, then what is the cause? For the third time, and after driving less than 1,600 miles after maintenance, the oil is over a quart low. Nothing has ever been said about the service bulletin regarding oil consumption. Im sure I will have to come back down for warranty work again. Each trip down costs 1 day in vacation, 7 hours of drive time. With Saturdays being closed thats even a bigger problem; we typically have to stay overnight incurring hotel costs. You have the ability to make this right, but you havent. Im sure you can see why our trust of the Infiniti brand has changed.The Fredericksens

We are an Infinity family! I have a 2011 M37X, my wife has the 2014 Q50, my son has a 2006 M35X, and my nephew has a 2009 M35X. This is the 2nd round of cars that we have purchased through Lupient. The main reason we keep coming back is the Lupient team, specifically our salesman, Jamie Larson, and Mo (Money) from the Service department. The first time we bought an Infiniti, Jamie was very knowledgeable and personable. As much as my wife hates the whole ordeal of searching and purchasing the right vehicle, she was very happy with Jamie. There was no pressure - just information about every vehicle I looked at. When we finally made a decision, Cathy in finance made the process a little easier than it usually is :)Recently I had to bring my M37X in for minor work. The Service department was very accommodating with my work scheduled and got my car fixed quickly. Everyone has been so nice to me and my family. I had an issue with my Q50, one of the sensor were alarming the system throwing all type of crazy lights on the dash. I called and spoke with Mo and he was able to promptly get me in. Once I arrived Mo greeted me with a big smile and plenty of knowledge to make me feel at ease about my vehicle. He allowed me to acquire a loaner car so that I could get back to work. Once the car was done he informed me of what they found and made sure that I was comfortable with everything. Once I arrived the car was washed and ready. It was freezing outside, Mo even had one of the fellas go out and start the car so that it would be nice and warm once I left. I was waiting to receive a survey for him but I must have missed it. I just want to make sure that Mo is recognized for all his great help, he is defiantly a joy to talk with if you have some free time. Thank Mo.

Last month my husband and I purchased a 2012 Infiniti G37X from Lupient Infiniti. We worked with Sandy, and had a fantastic experience. We came in not sure of what we wanted. I brought my fx35 it in for service, 90k mile maintenance. My service advisor was Moe (the adviser with all the awards/trophies on his desk) and he was 10/10, perfect, you pick any superlative. The work was done promptly, and Moe had a report from the service tech, and went over everything in great detail, gave no pressure recommendations, and candid advice about the report the tech came up with.Infiniti does not require an appointment, but I promise anyone who reads this that setting one with Moe is worth it.

Service was decent, after I picked up my car it died on the highway again. And 3 days later it wouldnt start because the tech that worked on my car didnt put the battery back in properly. My battery clamp was not on correctly. Luckily my father was a mechanic so he was able to look at it and realized the battery was not put together properly. The more I think about it the more I realize how dangerous that mistake could have been if it had died on me while on the highway traveling at high speeds. Attention to detail!

Ive purchased two vehicles from Jim Lupient Infiniti. My experiences here have been very average. If youre looking to buy a car youll have a normal experience here, neither bad nor good.Their service department is also average. They get the work done right and quickly, but you pay the dealer price.
