Dominic was amazingly helpful. I had an old iPad I was getting billed for but not the account info because all my records were destroyed in a fire. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help me and called in to customer service when we got stuck in order to get the info we needed. Thank you Dominic!!! I’ve been trying to do this for a year with no previous success!!!

This place has great service and very knowledgeable about there phone inventory. Dont ask them to put the tempered glass on your phone because none of them cant seem to get it right. Better off doing it yourself with the kit that comes with it.

Took my dad there for a new phone. The customer service was excellent. They were so patient and spent a lot of time helping us set it up. Even though we were buying a cheap phone, we were treated as if we were a big sale!

Went into the store with my wife. We wanted to purchase a new phone for her business. They didnt have in stock the phone she wanted so we needed to order and return. When we returned to pick-up/activate the new phone, 1st- They tried to get us on a Corporate plan which would have cost us more money per month. 2nd- Asked us for our taxes in order to put us on the corporate plan. 3rd- The young lady that tried to activate the phone, who couldnt be bothered to look up from her tablet, Got me locked out of my account and told me that I need to come back the next day. She refused to call verizon directly. I told them to forget it and walked out without the phone. Called Verizon direct and ordered and recieved a phone right away.They didnt cancel the order correctly and NOW, Verizon is threatening to shut off my service because they are looking for payment for a phone that I never got!I WOULD NEVER GO BACK!

After going to an official Verizon Wireless store to get help with my phone we thought our phone was broken, unable to read the SIM card. So then I went to this location and the woman working was friendly and helpful. She immediately figured out what was wrong and she got it working on her first try. I recommend this store, because clearly the official Verizon store employees dont know as much as these guys. The first store employees blunder has cost me 150 dollars replacing a phone that didnt need replacement. She just put the wrong SIM card in the phone. Wasted a chunk of my time, but thank goodness this Gloucester location saved my bacon.

This store is nothing but helpful, I was already in a very poor situation between porting from sprint to AT&T and Verizon was able to help and fix all my issues with cell service while saving more money. Thank you 😊

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon to get new Pixel 2 xl phones for my wife and I. Not only were they not on display, but the single disinterested person working there didnt even bother to briefly greet us as he was helping someone, apparently, unlock a phone.I dont expect him to drop everything and help us, but maybe just an acknowledgement that we exist and might get service sometime in the next ten minutes.Congrats on losing a couple thousand in sales.

I went into the Gloucester store on 6/7/2018 @ about 4:30 and there was a woman working alone. I went there to have my numbers changed from a flip phone to a S6 Galaxy and I explain that I didnt know how to use the phone. While she was doing my phone another gentleman walked in and he asked her a question and before I know it she is helping him and forgot about me ! She had put my phone down on the counter and continue to help him.She saw I didnt know anything about this phone and didnt offer to help me at all. I have been a Verizon customer for over 30 years and never have been treated like this by anyone from Verizon. This woman has no business working in a store servicing the public. I am 1000 miles from my home doing work in mass and now to be without a phone ! I called Verizon and had my flip phone turned back on. I would never command anyone to every go into that store. I am going to put a complaint in with corporate head quarters on this 1 I am so pissed off at Verizon. I grew up in this crappy little town and the people can be very rude and this girl showed it !!
