I was so nervous and getting a new phone. I don’t like changes or upgrades.I went to the AT&T store in Gloucester and Erick C. Helped me and answered all my questions he was amazing !!! Not only did he answer all my questions he made it so easy for me. I love my new phone !! I got a samsung 21 ultra and was quoted a cheaper price then what I will be paying monthly going forward. They didnt give tell me I needed to buy a charger for the samsung 21 ultra because one doesnt come with the samsung 21 ultra when u buy it. Also they said they email me a receipt and give me info how much all the monthly charges be going forward, and I never gotten the email. I am not thrill with this store and suggest u guys go to another store that shows there customer respect and do what they say they would.

100% unhelpful. I went in to get a new phone and the woman I was speaking to had a complete lack of willingness to help me and was talking to me like I was inconveniencing her despite being the only one in the store. Also asked about switching my plan and got the same response. I live in Gloucester and will drive to the North Beverly location from now on. Every one in Beverly was willing to help me and resolved my issues.

Havent had anything but good experiences here. They are professional and are obviously trying their hardest to make sure your time there is smooth and hassle free. Stopping by this store to ask a few questions when I was wondering about new carriers is what switched me from Verizon to AT&T. Been happy since.

The sales people at the store were very helpful. I had a what I thought difficult problem and they fixed it within 5 minutes. The great thing about the visit is that they had me fix it while they told me what to do. I wont be going back for that issue but I will get all my phones from them.

I went there today to see if an associate could help get sand out of my charging port after several of my own attempts. Erick was extremely helpful and patient & got my phone up & charging in no time. No charge for it either (no pun intended😁)...thank you Erick!

The manager, Jamie, helped me set up my new iPhone. The setup was complicated and included adding a 2nd line to my account. We hit some snags during a very time-consuming, complicated set-up between the two phones - Jamie never lost his cool -- never got impatient. It was stellar service ! Very tech savvy ! Many thanks!

Employees are ok but if you going to buy an Apple product and you have a problem you have to deal with Apple directly so that means a trip to Lynnfield. That is not made clear at time of sale. One of sales ppl told me that there was not a reason to mention that well I disagree. Since I shopped local for convenience. The point is if you going to buy Apple go directly to them and save a trip to ATT. Also ATT insurance not cheap and there is deductible starting at $250. I Suspect that overall AppleCare may be less expensive. If It is I will cancel ATT Ins and purchase AppleCare.

Wait times are ridiculous. I went in and was third in line. The only employee there seemed to be pretty clueless, and after a while waiting I left. I returned over a half hour later and he was still working with the same customer! The woman first in line told me she had been waiting an hour and a half! Everyone in the store looked pretty depressed from the insane wait (there were several people waiting), so I left, vowing never to go into this AT&T retailer again. Next door is a Verizon store, and I saw several people walking out of the AT&T store and go over to Verizon. AT&T needs to know how bad this retailer is!

Susan the night shift manager here is extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend using this branch. I know several others that have had an unpleasant experience with her. She steps totally out of line with the way she speaks to people , no respect whatsoever.

Since this is a small store, iPhone availability is always small. But the employees offer good customer service.
