Sudbay Jeep Dodge Ram is the best car dealership I have done business with in my lifetime. The little w pressure customer service is excellent. The sales consultant Blake Fonvielle was outstanding and really helpful. His service is unmatched and he always treats me very well. Ryan the Financial Manager and Tim the General Manager are very helpful and accommodating. Again, this is a low pressure experience with outstanding customer service. I ordered my 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie Black Out Edition through Sudbay and I could not be happier.

Stay Away! Ive never been to a dealership where up-selling on additional services is higher priority than actual customer service. I went in for a simple oil change, then was quickly told that a tire rotation and air filter was a must even thought they never looked at my Jeep or knew its service history.Later that day I got a phone call about a leak which added another $700.00 to the bill. Along with the added $700.00, they found yet another $800.00 worth of needed services which were by and large just fluid flushes... Ive never seen such a blatant attempt at a money grab in my life. Gordon the service manager is clearly motivated by commission and does his best to up sell you on any and all services he can wrestle from your wallet.This will be the first and LAST time I set foot in that dealership. And to top things off when I went to pick up my Jeep the actual bill was $100.00 more than what I was quoted before picking it up. Unbelievable... And to add insult to injury, the work performed was sloppy, only 3 of 4 clips which secure the air filter were in place and they never cleaned the excess oil off of the axle when the replaced the seals... This is a prime example why so many people refuse to use dealers for for their service.

We traveled to other dealerships around the North Shore and no one was as helpful, committed and informative as Blake! I can highly recommend the dealership, but I also highly recommend Blake. My experience purchasing a used vehicle at Sudbay was nothing short of superb. I was in the market for a newer model SUV. After searching the web for several weeks, I found a vehicle at Sudbay that I liked and was priced right. I set up an appointment with a sales consultant Chad. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I took it for a test drive and when I returned, we sat and discussed many details about the vehicle and purchase options. The Sudbay team took care of everything from registering and insurance to inspection sticker. I was extremely pleased with everything about this dealership and will continue with any servicing that I may need even though I live 45 minutes away. I would recommend Sudbay to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I was looking a leasing a Jeep Wrangler and was working with Blake. At first Blake was very responsive and had no issues getting info on the Jeep I was looking at. The Jeep itself was in transit and I was told that the prices of all their Jeep wranglers were $1500 over sticker. They wouldn’t negotiate and don’t take any Chrysler affiliate discounts. I was told this was all due to inventory shortage and the prices were actually going up the next day by $4000 to match other dealers in the area. I had given a deposit to secure the Jeep I wanted while I called around. Well that’s where things got interesting. I talked to a few dealers in the area and one more local to me. None of them were doing $4000 mark ups but they were all pretty firm on sticker price given the shortages. The local dealer said they would do affiliate pricing and so I decided to go with them since it would save me thousands over Sudbury. During my search I had left Blake a few voicemails but never got any call backs. Whenever I called it would go to voicemail. After the Jeep arrived Blake called me to tell me but I told him I was now going elsewhere. I was offered a refund on my deposit but never got one. I called several times over multiple days and even left a voicemail for the service manager Tim. Never heard back from anyone so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. 2 weeks later Sudbury finally refunds me but still nobody has contacted me with a receipt. This dealership is very shady and uses very aggressive sales tactics to get you to buy their vehicles immediately. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone and would gladly recommend anyone else that doesn’t try to pull a fast one on potential customers just to make a sale. Also, I have never experienced such poor communication from any dealer. Awful

Bart in service was incredible in assisting me with my Wranglers service needs. I was very impressed. I had left my old Jeep dealership due to incompetence and unprofessionalism but was pleasantly surprised after my visit at Sudbay CDJR. Bart was exceptionally knowledgeable, kind, honest, and very friendly. I also had the pleasure of meeting the technician, Jeremy, whom after conversations and seeing his work, is now the only technician I allow to work on any of my vehicles. I had a Mopar lift kit, new wheels and tires, and side steps installed with them and it came back to me looking like these modifications were installed during the production of the Jeep. I highly recommend stopping in to see Bart, the service advisor to take care of all of your vehicle needs! 10/10 experience with these gentlemen.

Ryan was extremely professional and trustworthy….something that I was not expecting. I asked for their lowest price and he gave it to me along with all fees. There were no games or unexpected add-ons. When I met Ryan to pick up the vehicle, he was a perfect gentleman and carefully explained the purchasing process and gave me a detailed tour of the Jeep that I was in the process of buying. We originally saw Tom at the GMC dealership. Tom was super helpful and knowledgeable about all of the trucks. When we told him we wanted to try out a Ram, he took us over personally to meet Brandon. Brandon was very helpful is showing us the different models and options. After a test drive we knew that was what we wanted. Unfortunately Sudbay didnt have the color we wanted but Brandon was able to facilitate a swap with a dealer in Rhode Island that had the exact truck we were looking for. The transaction was smooth and we were happy to keep our money local rather than take a trip to RI. Every time we went in Brandon was ready for us and didnt waste our time. We would absolutely shop at Sudbay again because of their friendly, helpful staff!

Major electric issues, which I understand stuff happens it’s all how you handle the situation. As usual Gordon was great for me in to a rental for a few days. And as usual mechanics were great. Best decision I made after choosing Sudbays was to purchase the extended warranty. With all the electrical in the newer Jeep’s 2018 and above it was a a no brainer and worth every penny. Covers about everything possible minus wear and tear small deductible for big money repairs but amazing mechanics amazing customer service Gordon is the man. I always turn to Sudbay for my vehicle purchases and maintenance. Gordon is my favorite maintenance supervisor. I was disappointed to learn that my pre-purchased oil change deal had a must use by date. With the reduced travel due to Covid I didnt need an oil change for another 2,000 miles, but had to take it now or loose it. My mistake--read the small print next time.

Researched the vehicle I wanted, requested pricing, Ryan Tremblay was responsive but not aggressively contacting me like other dealers. He followed up with additional savings, and my experience was low pressure and stress free. Everything he said he would deliver on, he did. I completed everything online, next day I came in to drive the vehicle and signed paperwork all in under an hour. Ryan had the vehicle inspected, registered, gased up, washed, and additional accessories installed within 24 hours, I picked up my 2021 Ram Laramie the next day! Wow, great experience! I will be back next year for our second vehicle!

I had some problems with my wife’s Jeep getting some warranty work done and my sons Jeep getting warranty work done through the service department since last July the service advisor kept blowing me off by not calling me back this went on for months so one day this March I got a call from Tim Sullivin the general manager of the Jeep dealership asked me what my issues were I told him and he took care of it right away that week my wife’s Jeep was fixed and the week after my sons jeep was fixed so next time I have a problem with anyone there I’m going to go see Tim Sullivin he’ll get things done for you and you’ll walk away happy and satisfied than you Tim I’m looking forward to doing another 20 years of business with the family

I was not shopping for a Jeep, but after dealing with many typical, and one downright rude sales person at another dealership, I ended up at Sudbay to look at a used Mazda. There I met Fred, and I had the best sales experience I have ever had at a car dealership in 25 + years. Fred treated me and my teenage daughter with kindness and respect, no pressure. I test drove the Mazda, which was nice, but slightly out of my range. Fred got me into the perfect, previously leased Jeep Cherokee. I have also had equally excellent experience at the collision center.Paula is the best for customer service and so kind when she know that life dealt you a blow, like your car just got totaled. They take care of everything, including rental and all insurance admin from start to finish. Gordon and Michael in service are fantastic as well. They make servicing my cars at Sudbay so convenient, and everyone is exceptionally friendly.

Ive purchased many Jeeps, Chryslers and Dodges and had service done at many different dealerships across New England over the past 10-15 years, and Sudbay is the only one I return to on a regular basis for service. I even purchased my 2019 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara at a competing dealership this past June and recently brought it to Sudbay for an oil change/rotation/multi point inspection. I was in and out in less than an hour, and they shared every detail of my vehicle with me and ensured me that I received a good deal from their competitor dealership despite my apprehension. This is the most accommodating and genuine CJD dealership in the state. If you want to stop getting the runaround at those other guys on Route 114 and Route 1, add about 15-20 mins to your drive and visit Sudbay - youll be glad you did.

Scheduled an appointment for the 2019 Wrangler recall adding a steering stabilizer and they were able to do an oil change as well. Appreciate the ability to squeeze that in for me! The team and service was great. I would like to document here that the stabilizer bar does NOT fix the death wobble i experience at higher speeds on my vehicle. My 4 star is reflective of the services provided as it is not their fault the recall fix does not work properly.

I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler at Sudbays. I have to say this will be my first and last time purchasing a vehicle there. I wanted to support a local business though this one I will not support again. They would not negotiate with the original price, and then 24 hours after driving off the lot I had to bring it back. They fixed one of the smaller issues with the cheapest parts and refused to fix the major problem that is now costing me almost $2,000 to fix. From what I was told, as this is a small city, they knew this car had issues prior to me signing the paperwork. From what I have been hearing this is not the first time they have done this to a customer. Being a small family owned business you would think they would not perform business this way. I will never return and I will keep sharing my story so someone else does not go through what myself and others have gone through.

Go to Sudbay first, do not have your car towed to the next nearest dealership only to have them not know what they are doing. I brought my car to Sudbay and they took care of me. They heard the noise my car was making, that the other dealer could not or just maybe didnt want to do the work. My drive shaft was the problem. With the covid situation my part was on back order, But Gordon to the rescue! He found the part we needed and picked it up in NH. Got my car back on the road. I cant thank Gordon and the team at Sudbay enough.

This was hands down the easiest, experience Ive ever had buying any car my entire life. As soon as I walked in, it was a totally different feel than any dealership Ive ever walked onto. I truly didnt feel pressured by anyone, to buy anything at all they sat and worked out my finances to make the payment per month work out exactly how I wanted for the EXACT car I wanted. They took care of everything I wanted and even threw in a couple more years on the BUMPER TO BUMPER warranty with no hassle at all. Recently subjected my Ram EcoDiesel to the court-ordered emissions-modification service, which led to subsequent, yet apparently unrelated, charging issues. The experience with Sudbay Chrysler was one of the best experience. With the shake of death on the 2010 Jeep Wrangler, and few other issues that they discovered, would have lead to a major disaster. The moment i made the appointment i knew i made the right choice to bring my Jeep to Sudbay. I’ve brought my Jeep to other dealerships for general maintenance (oil changes, warranty issues) and Sudbay was the only one who kept in constant contact about everything going on. Gordon called me after i made my online appt and followed up with any concerns i had. I brought my Jeep down for a severely leaking roof and some corrosion issues. They went above and beyond in fixing my issues and are working with Jeep still for warranty on my corrosion concerns. We had a pretty severe thunderstorm just yesterday that was the first test of roof repair and my Jeep floors were dry as a bone!! I will definitely be servicing my Jeep here in the future.

If you are in the market for a Jeep, Dodge or Ram, Sudbay is the place to buy. No high pressure, everyone was very nice and friendly. Not only did I get a good deal, they gave me what my trade-in was worth and it was 1500 dollars more than the previous dealer. Phil Prieur is the salesman (The family Car Salesman) I dealt with and I cant say enough great things about him. It was like dealing with an old buddy. I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel, Phil showed and explained to me all features of the vehicle, and he was even very knowledgeable of the diesel engine. It was an easy, friendly, relaxed and fairly quick buying experience.
