It was a first time visit to Sunday Service Department, for a check engine light on my 2016 Chevrolet Colorado. This is our third vehicle from Sudbay. They make it easy and make going out of town to get a car unnecessary. I went in for a check engine light, was told they might have to keep my truck overnight for diagnosis and fix. I said I would wait for a while so they could make that determination, the service guy said he would do his best to let me know ASAP, about an hour and a half later he said the truck was ready. He was knowledgeable and friendly and did not pressure us in any way with our decision making. He presented us with a number of options and sales promotions to choose from and answered all of our questions clearly, so we felt certain that our final decision was the right one for us. In addition to the excellent experience we had with Joe, we were also extremely impressed with the atmosphere of the showroom and surrounding premises. It was clean, bright and modern with a wide variety of inventory. The other salespeople also interacted with us and were friendly and welcoming. The day we picked our car up we had our two young grandchildren with us. While Joe was educating my husband about the features of the Envision, I took my grandchildren to the waiting room. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked with snacks, coffee and cold drinks, which my grandchildren and I enjoyed. The play area for the children was colorful, well equipped and so clean that I did not hesitate to let the one year old crawl on the rug and play with the toys. I especially appreciated the spotless restroom with the sturdy changing table. This is certainly a family oriented dealership! Was sold a service that supposedly is needed every year, but does not ever appear in the service chart. I have 4 other cars and when serviced at their respective dealers, they always come back vacuumed and washed. very poor customer service at Sudbay that you cannot even do that. will not be using you again.
