Used FedEx printing for multiple complicated projects with a short turn around window. Was in panic mode to make sure everything was done on time. Rick, the manager, really went above and beyond. Cant thank him enough. Some of the best follow through and attention that I have received in awhile. Much appreciated.

Absolutely terrible customer service

So these guys came through for me twice in the past month. On a Saturday, mind you! In the past, I had to wait forever, but they this past month they were efficient, professional and the follow up was fantastic. Great work team!

I waited inline for about 10-15 minutes, while the two representatives working dealt with other customers. One of the representative finished her transaction, as the person she was helping walked out of the store. another customer walked in the store passed me and headed directly to the counter, she asked to be helped to scan a document to pdf. I was clearly next in-line to be serviced, but the representative walked by me waiting and helped the lady with the scanner.

This location needs more than one competent employee. 6 staff members working and only one knew how to help and he was busy. And this was just for simple printing nothing crazy at all. Drove 15 minutes to another Fed Ex and was in and out in 3 minutes

Terrible store. Bad service. Computers will charge for printing and will not print out the complete documents. On top of that they will not refund you and you would have to pay again. Will never go to this location again! There is one employee that’s really rude. An old man, should of got his name. Customers that come in first should be helped. He helped everyone else but me and waited for about 30 minutes. Complete waste of time.

Quick & helpful. Had a big work project I needed done over the weekend last month and they got everything done on time and correctly. Hope they keep it up

I can confidently speak on behalf of two random customers. While in queue, I witness poor customer service as a 3rd party and from a receiving end. The color printer results were unsatisfactory and their solution was simple, thats the way it is.did not even bother requesting a refund. I feel sorry that this FedEx is going down this route

We spent an hour packing a big box which we bought $50 worth of supplies at the location. The store was going to close in 5 minutes and the girl behind the counter told us she had to leave and do her homework. She basically kicked us out of the store. We were not able to ship our box that evening after being there for an hour since she did not intend to stay 5 minutes later to help us. The next day I took it to a different FedEx location, I will never go to this location again.Also, the man that was working that evening was completely rude to us and told us we were doing everything wrong! He left the girl to close the store that evening alone.Unhelpful and rude employees. Its quite clear they dont enjoy their jobs.

I’ve just spent 40 minutes in this place trying to print several documents. Their self-print machine doesn’t connect to Dropbox on OneDrive and doesn’t print PDF docs from email. Their staff is too busy talking about today’s baseball game to press the “print” button several times on the computer where they received my documents. I feel like I went back to 80s when printing was a huge deal

Now I hate fadex its been 19 day I send currier to india and they charged me $100 for just a cellphone n told me its deliver in 5 days bt its not deliver yet.. how disappointed

This is the worst Fedex location I have ever been to. The customer service is so bad here, everyone is slow as hell, and the phone number is not working. They said it’s been updating, is it updating all the time? Ridiculous. Don’t leave your package on the desk and walk away, who knows if your package is lost or they don’t even ship it out.Worst of the worst.

Employees prefer blablabla with some customers, instead of helping others. Absolutely frustrated after visiting this fedex location((((((((((((

Easy drop off FedEx packages, they seem nice and competent. The place was clean as you expect of the north shore shops.

Terrible service. They dont even knowledge you when youre waiting at the counter... everyone looks like they hate their job and dont want nothing to do with you.

I was told they were busy when I asked for help, so I waited for about 5 minutes hoping he would at least ask what I needed and he didn’t. I ended up just walking out.

Ive been trying to call for 30 minutes and no one is answering. Ill take my business elsewhere.
