Their poster on the sidewalk attracted me to inside. It made me wanna eat ice cream and it was good! The menu is creative. Inside is nice.

The novelty is in the way they make the ice cream, very satisfying to watch. The ice cream itself is just good, nothing out of the ordinary, some interesting flavor combinations but nothing wow. Will go again but only if Im with someone else who suggests it.

Went for the smoothie bowls that are 20% off from 10-3 on a Saturday. Walked in and the one employee was working and managing the three orders before ours. We ordered 4 things and it took 50 minutes for us to get it from the time we walked in. 35 of those 50 minutes was spent watching the employee make 4 items...at an extremely slow pace. The employee also tried to charge full price instead of the 20% off after I asked about it and he said it was applied to the total when it was not. Also, tried to pay in cash and was told they had no change so I could only pay with a card... even though they have a sign sitting right in front of the cash register saying “get 5% off when paying with cash”. Would never go back to this location again as customer service was very slow and poor and no apologies were expressed for the length our group waited for 4 things.

Great place. Nice inter design of the store. The ice cream is amazing definitely recommend to my friends.

If I could give a rating of 0 stars, I definitely would. The service was EXTREMELY slow, and there was only one employee working in the store. She was extremely rude and messed up 2/3 of my orders. When I politely said excuse me to get her attention, she looked up, ignored me, and proceeded to do whatever she was doing. I tried to get her attention twice more before she finally looked up with an annoyed stare and rudely responded with what?. Only one of the drinks actually tasted good, and the rest were awful. Horrible, horrible place, and I 100% would not recommend. The only good thing I got out of that 45 minute wait was ice cream.

The ice cream is good, you may have to take it to go. The inside only sits about 6 people only 3 tables and no outside seating.

If i can give a 0 star, i would. I had a very bAd experience here especially with the service. 10/10 would not recommend

Amazing little spot with the best ice cream around glendale！gonna go again try their acai bowl and milk tea！

It was good! It took them a while to get the food to us but other than that I would suggest going!
