Open sign off at 9:30 on on September 16 th 2021. Had to go to brusters cream. You loose business when I feel uninvited and no one is in the building with an open sign off. 🙄 I have not had 31 Flavors in years .

This location is great! We have ordered many ice cream cakes and never disappointed! Friendly and great service! Recently noticed some negative reviews only come from people who dont want to wear a mask. Shame on them!! The product and service is what matters! Great Quality on Ice Cream! I think it is great that Baskin Robbins choose Safety first for all!

How cute are these little scoops?! The location is random, and the store itself is small, but the ice cream is what you know and love.

The employees are so friendly, welcoming abd quick to serve. From the moment I stepped in alone they greeted me, let me take my time making a decision on an item, and they were very helpful and willing to answer my questions. The very berry milkshake I purchased was also delicious and very refreshing on a hot day like today!

Good service and good mint chip ice cream. It beat out Cold Stone in Flagstaff. So keep your good ice cream going. Dont cheapen it like the other company.

This place was awesome! The candy is delicious and the staff is really helpful. They also have frozen gel packs available to keep the chocolate you just bought from melting, so thoughtful. Will definitely come back!

We go often to this location because it’s close by. Normally the staff is nice- but last night I purchased a hand-packed quart of the world class chocolate paid for it got home to surprise my daughter with it and it was full of holes like they basically just threw ice cream in the thing but didn’t like push it down didn’t anything there’s no way it was weighed properly. When I called to get it fixed they wanted to nitpick everything the manager Amber was completely argumentative about every little thing and wanted to use her power as (as manager though she was only going to help me if I was agreeable with her which was ridiculous so... I just yeah I can’t with them anymore. Not worth spending the $9-$10 on a quart of ice cream that isn’t packed correctly and then deal with the adolescent unprofessional rhetoric from their egos.The follow up- is Amber literally is so arrogant that she kept speaking to me as though I didn’t understand the first 7 times she said the same thing. I told her I worked for BR for 3 years. I understand how you are supposed hand pack ice cream. Business owners- if you hire rude people to handle your business, the will cost you your business. The employee the night it happened was polite and more mature than this “manager”. I’ll take the extra 5 min to drive to a further location than to give one more cent to this location. Being in a pandemic is worst because people are hurting financially. If you can’t be kind and value your customers in this time... personally; I’d replace you in a second.

3 stars for each decade Ive been coming to this location. It was actually a BLESSING IN DISGUISE when YOU REFUSED ME SERVICE for not complying to the LIFTED MANDATE that youre STILL ENFORCING?!?!?! I went down the street and ended up getting my icecream for FREE just by chance...HAHA GO FIGURE. I will NEVER return to this location so hopefully all your conformist customers will buy up the peanut butter chocolate I wont be.

I stopped by this location today and was taken back when I tried to order a hand packed pint with two flavors. I have been in many Baskin Robbins stores in my life however this was the first time Ive ever had one refuse to allow me two flavors in one pint container but thats exactly what happened. The young lady working the counter informed me she could not give me two flavors? A pints a pint, what does it matter whether I have one or two flavors in the cup. I know this is a rather trivial complaint but I just want to let people know if youre craving more than one flavor in your pint youll need to find a different B&R.

As always, excellent ice cream. Here we are in May 2021... lots of us are vaxxed... they still MANDATE masks even though it’s only RECOMMENDED. Here’s the kicker the employees refused to wear gloves to handle my family and I’s waffle cones. No “social distancing” at all, there were 12 of us in a small little shop. Really dumb. Now the employees take off the masks while behind the counter alone lol put back on, no glove still. and start serving new clients.still no gloves. WOW just wow.

Excellent support and excellent chocolate chip ice cream. In Flagstaff, it defeated Cold Stone. But keep making healthy ice cream.

Never going back. Still mandates masks, it’s May. No other place requires them, and IF they do, then they have them for people who don’t have them. If we haven’t had to wear them for months, then why would we have one handy? Lost business because of it. It’s a tiny shop with 20 other people in there, at that point masks are irrelevant. Unprofessional!

So I went here to get my usual tonight and when I bit into the gold medal ribbon theres something really off with it kinda leg freezer burn like that nasty you Know that taste in your ice cream when its no good. They told me because it was a taste thing and not something that you could see that there was nothing they could do for me. They told me if I wanted I could call the owner. They told me if I wanted I could pay for more ice cream. Really? So I went out to the car to get my wallet so that I could buy more ice cream because I came for ice cream folks right? Then I come back in the store and they totally ignore me I would give 0 or negative stars if I could and I will never be back

I place orders here for Postmates. Nice employees. Quick service. However, the only reason Im giving this place 3 stars is because I had called ahead of time to place an order for Postmates and the lady that was talking to me said that was okay and she placed my order. As I arrived, I told one of the employees I had a pickup order. Another lady told me that we werent allowed to call ahead of time to place orders for Postmates even though I just placed the order. She was kind of rude and just seemed annoyed that I was there.

Great customer service. Great price. Great product. Very pleased & happy.Now I gotta go exercise. 😅

The ice cream was gooooooooood. Staff was nice but slow.

I went in. Ordered a shake. The girl makes the shake, pours out in the cup, and puts the lid on. She then proceeds to pour an additional 1/2 cup of the shaker mix left, on the already covered cup. She puts it on the counter in front of me. A huge lump of shake on top of the lid, and ice cream already dropping all over the place. “Can I get you anything else?” she says?“You can clean up this mess you made.” I replied, pointing at the dripping mess she had put on the counter.“No. There are napkins over there. Is there anything else I can get you?”Really?!? I’m truly in awe of your complete lack of customer service.F Baskin Robbins and it’s teenage leadership scheme to save money and not have to provide pay and benefits to a even slightly mature leader.Your customer service is non existent.

Walked with my pregnant lady over to get some ice cream and GOT SHUT DOWN AT THE DOOR BEFORE STEPPING IN. One of the ladies yelled if I had a mask and I said no so she said they couldn’t help me. She they weren’t even wearing gloves and they have their mask below their noses lol. With all due respect, F this location for turning down a pregnant girl who walked in for ice cream

Refused service for walking in without a mask. I placed a facial covering on but was told it had to be a mask who is in charge of what is a face shield or a mask? Will not return.

Been going here for years normally service is good. Most time i get served by this lil blonde sorry dont know her name but shes a sweetheart always does a good job. This last time i was in there only five of us were in the store and the same girl was serving four of them while Matt just stood there like he owned the place? Then was gonna help people walking in after i had been there waiting, very rude kid.

I was here on Sunday the 27th of Sept and a guy and girl were serving ice cream. The guy was super rude and a complete jerk. The woman was nice but I wont be coming back because of this guy. Sorry but customer service is super important to me.

I went to this location to get ice cream, I could not order as they require face mask even for people who are vaccinated. I was offered a mask but I decided to take my money to the arrowhead location.

Great location. They keep the doors on the freezers shut so the ice cream stays nice and solid. Silly thing but makes such a difference.The only thing I could say about this place is it needs to be updated. It’s current decor is clean but dated.

I have to be honest this is still the worlds greatest ice cream stop as the flavor and quality have not changed in my entire life of 55 years always a friendly service clerk to take your order. If you havent been for a while treat yourself you deserve it

The staff were friendly and attentive they were willing to make suggestions. It was my mothers 79th birthday and they make her feel very special. They were given four stars because I feel the ice cream cakes are a little high price otherwise we had a wonderful visit

Its kind of hard to mess up ice cream but I still would like to give a review. Baskins as been around forever and is constantly getting creative on the flavors. My favorite day is on Tuesdays when they have Family night and scoops are a 1.50. Very good flavors and a nice small staff.

The staff here are amazing!! Especially Andrei & his evening crew...Always friendly with phenomenal customer service skills...they greet each & every customer as they come in...Even when its very busy (which it is almost all evenings), I have never seen the staff give less than 110% to every customer...they remain friendly, helpful and patient...they give free tiny pink spoonfuls of ice cream for any flavor(s) you want to try and they never make you feel rushed when deciding/ordering...During busy evenings, the wait time is minimal and definitely worth it...ice cream is delicious, theres always a large variety of standard flavors plus new and seasonal favorites. Highly recommended!

Not once in the 9 years that I’ve been coming here have I ever been charged extra for sprinkles and hot fudge on a banana split ice cream up until the last 3 times I’ve come. The fact that I’m pretty much paying for whip cream and a spoon full of ice cream is upsetting. If you’re going to charge customers extra for simple things such as hot fudge and sprinkles, at least make it properly so that we’re able to get what we paid for.

I love this Baskin Robbins. The ice cream is wonderful and they almost always have what I looking for. What they have that makes this my favorite location is good staff. This site has an amazing manager and she leads the rest of the staff beautifully. Great customer service goes a long way.

Frozen yogurt is the big deal nowadays. Dont get me wrong I love me some Froyo, but Baskin Robbins is awesome. Classics flavors in a bowl, waffle cone or regular code. They have a good selection of flavors. A few different dairy-free options, cup of sugar free options, a yogurt or two, kids flavors, seasonal and the classics. The kids still love the pink bubble gum. In the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday theres customers but theyre not slammed. Cashiers are friendly enough, but they always seem like theyre in a hurry and want to hurry up and get you out of there. Fine with me I just want my ice cream.

Love the ice cream, loathe the chained up patio furniture. Seriously makes it unusable for a family.

I love frozen treats! Baskin Robbins is one of my first time icecream parlor experiences as a kiddie. I still love the pink spoon and being able to try and choose any of the 31 flavors!

Fast friendly sevice me and girls really enjoyed it we sat outside but couldnt sit all together because chairs and tables are chained together in wierd positions who ever did it gave no thought to costomers comfort me and gf had to stand to be with our girls...so avoid when no seats inside lol

I was disappointed in the fact it was posted 1.50$ per scoop through 12/31 but yet I was charged over 14$ for 3 childs scoop and 1 scoop for me!!! Most of the ice cream was melted but mixed with the rest, 2 of my grandkids had diarrhea. All in all I drove from central Phoenix to 43rd Avenue and Bell location for a HUGE disappointment!!! Maybe try 31 ways to achieve customer satisfaction for your next trick!
