Ice cream was ok, but boy $17 dollars for 2 ice cream that is not even in roll so disappointed, we are not going back sorry not recomended

Kids were super excited to see this stand at Arrowhead Mall! Write out your order, watch it get made! Id never heard of this but Theyve watched Ice Cream Rolls on satisfying videos on YouTube! & I gotta say- It WAS pretty satisfying! Fun to watch ... and eat! Can rolled up ice cream really taste... BETTER? Haha-

Excellent Ice cream rolls with good selection of flavors ,toppings and sauces. Must try if you are visiting Arrowhead mall. Hope they open in all malls in Phoenix soon 👍🏻😊

I was so excited to eat at this place but it was a big disappointed. The staff are not professional and the rolles look more like chips. The taste is terable. I dont recommend this place

No one was there when we stopped. The sign said that they will be back in 10 minutes. Waited 20 and no one ever came.😔

Ice cream is ok.. what turned me away was seeing how they store the milk. Outside in a cart? Seriously? All those gallons need to be outside? I didn’t see a fridge. I’ll pass , thanks.

This is my new favorite ice cream place. The ice cream was so fresh tasting. My daughter enjoyed watching them make it right in front of her. A+

Absolute must! They offer both desserts and hot meals. This review is for the ice cream rolls. You are given a variety of choices to customize your dessert including base, toppings, syrup, etc. There are two sizes to pick. I tried the Monkey Business which is essentially what ice cream would taste if Nutella themselves made it, mixed with strawberries, bananas, and of course Nutella. The way they create the dessert in front of you is unique and a good watch too. Try it! So good! Will be coming back for more!

I don’t think I’ve ever had worst customer service from somebody moving so slow in my life.Now I understand that it’s one person by himself so I’m not gonna judge him on that but we were the first ones in line the kid took our order took our payment and took nine orders and then started working backwards which would make us last in line.When I asked him about it he just didn’t get it and when I asked for a refund he voiced that the company does not allow refunds.So after waiting 30min I finally received my product. It was not worth a 30min wait.

Me and my family got the ice cream from this establishment. We have had Thai ice-cream before but this was the worst we have ever had. The taste was mediocre and to top it up my entire family got food poisoning including my 6 year old son. Word of advice DO NOT go to Maya if you want Thai ice-cream.

The service was so bad and very unprofessional and slow even though there was no one else there (I wonder why!). The icecream was so disgusting that I had to throw up.

We enjoyed the ice cream rolls. There was only one young lady trying her best to prepare our order. Perhaps one more person is needed during rush time.

Have you tried ROLLED ice cream (not ruled)? Yes, you may have to wait a bit if the place is busy and ya, it is a kiosk and not a restaurant. Oh, and you can pay less at other places too. All that being said, this is an experience that is enjoyable and a product that is worth the wait. If you want a regular dip of everyday boring ol ice cream go elsewhere. If you want a real treat that is hand made in front of you... and is worth $6 any day...this is the place to be.

I have stumbled upon this place while shopping at the Arrowhead Mall with my girlfriends. We had a wonderful experience that made us repeat customers. I have since taken my husband on a date there and he loved it. Recently Ive taken my two nieces and nephew and they were mesmerized by this experience. Fresh ice cream rolls made on the spot is just one of the things I love about Maya. I truly enjoy the atmosphere in this place and the fact that this is a family business tops it all. Thanks Maya for all you do!

So Im from out of town and wanted some ice cream and this place popped up on my maps. Gave it a shot and Im so glad I did. Amazing ice cream rolls! Amazing vibe to the place and amazingly quick service! Would definitely pop by a couple of times this week.

I felt very welcomed!! I had seen a lot of buzz about this place on Facebook and had to see it for myself. Such a great experience to have fresh ice cream crafted with fresh ingredients! Unfortunately I forgot the name of the guy that made it but go check them out. Staff is friendly and incredibly helpful.

Delicious, fun to watch, and super customizable!I should note out of the 5 or 6 ice cream flavours they have, on the day we went, they ONLY had strawberry. I cant complain, as that is what I wanted, but it seemed odd.

Horrible horrible service told them to put mixed nuts on the side since I was sharing with my boyfriend and I am highly allergic and even so the owner did not let them know. Also order some macaroons and the girl forgot them when asked about they she just handed them to me in my hands when I asked for a cup she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. Then when I sat down the other workers and her were loudly talking and laughing so I do not recommend will not be coming back learn customer service or train them properly and as well as the owner!

Most of the employees are great I have good customer service however is it really worth $6 for ice cream that is ruled which means there is air in between the rules and you get less when you can go across the street to Baskin-Robbins 31 Flavors and get a ton of ice cream for 6 blocks anyway many more flavors seems like a total gimmick pretty sure they wont be here long didnt see many customers either as they were pretty empty on a weekday if they have almost no business that should tell you how great the ice cream is no business

Ice cream was great but customer service was HORRIBLE!! Girl was constantly on her phone. Had a line of people and continued to text on phone the whole time. Took forever to get a small order. I usually like coming to this location because it is close to where I live but I will not be returning if I see this same employee working. Monday 11-12-18.

Great service, very helpful and friendly staff, and wonderful ice cream. I would recommend a fruit one, the way that it is made the ice cream brings out a fruit flavor more than a chocolate. I wish I lived here to visit more often!

The first ice cream shop since forever that I tried and I loved it. It has by far been my favorite and its worth the trip to buy this Ice cream.

Stopped by the stand in the mall, and was thoroughly disgusted with the sour tasting and smelling dairy that was used to make the ice cream.I shouldve realized it was gonna be rancid when I saw the pitchers full of room temp dairy sitting on the counter. It smelled like coffee with creamer in it that was accidentally left in your car overnight. $7 straight to to trash.

So for the price of HALF A GALLON of ice cream you get to work someone to death to make a miniscule cup of worse-textured bland Ice cream and literally 8 fruity pebbles, in only 3 times as long it would take to get normal ice cream at any other shop. Why would I want to eat here again?

If I could give this place a -1 I would. They are dirty and don’t clean the area they make the ice cream. Matcha isn’t t even matcha, it’s green dye with milk. I have other customers ice cream mixed in with mine cause they didn’t wipe anything down! Gross, never again!!

If you have an hour to kill this is the place to go. First u have to find it. It’s not the restaurant pictured it’s a kiosk that is a ways away and hard to find on second floor. One girl working on a Monday night doing everything, Manning the register, making the ice cream (a lengthy process), and dealing with chatty and curious customers.

Worst customer services, cannot even supply proper cups and spoons.Owner started yelling at her workers for giving me an extra cup and they took back the cup.

Went in and got a large. I was charged for a large but I ended up only getting a small? I would have asked for a refund or why I was charged that much, but they only have 2 people working and the line was really long.
