They are always so busy with customers, I had to wait over 20 minutes -with my kid- for someone to even greet me. Great ice cream, poor service wait time. A bit pricey. (Saturday late evening)

First time going there I was really surprised when I walked in the place is big and clean and the display looks fun! So many choices though I couldnt make up my mind on which or what to try but ended up tasting vanilla icecream and it was good! I bought a mangoneada which to my surprise they add icecream to this too! I chose the mango with chili icecream in it I also ordered the fresh fresas con crema and both of this were delicious! The lady that helped me was really nice and was patient with me since this is different creamery than usual! She placed my mangoneada in the freezer while making my fresas con crema I also noticed how good she was training her coworker that was asking her about quantities on a surten item she was preparing for a customer! They have antojitos,icecream, elotes,ice popsicles, and also sell icecream cakes! Definitely will go back!

Had a very unpleasant visit. Was given the wrong item and when I told the Manager regarding the wrong item received I was advised that they didn’t returns and if I wanted the correct item that I would have to pay again. I explained that I didn’t want what they had gave me and returned untouched item to Manager and she said that was their return policy.They pretty much stole my money as they refused a refund on the incorrect item and refused to make the correct one without me paying for a new one.If I could give negative stars I would, they obviously need to improve their customer service

Horrible customer service and give you the wrong items. Once you let them know they refuse refund or to prepare correct one.Would like to have someone reach out to me as I want a refund for the wrong items that were returned untouched.

So many choices!!!And they all looked great. So, we ended up with a medley. My daughter got a strawberry water (agua fresca) and I took frozen pops: Oreo, Ferrero Roche, blackberry cheesecake and strawberry cheesecake.Everything was delicious, and I cant wait to go and try more.

It was my first time visiting this place. Really liked that it was clean and it wasnt packed. I enjoyed the concept of organic flavors and exotic fruit but they also need to master the basic flavors. The chocolate chip bits were too big, like they just threw a bag of chocolate chips into the vanilla ice cream. Sort of like they do it at cold stone. They should maybe think of grinding them up a bit. Big chocolate chip bits become hard to chew at times like that when there very cold. The Vanilla flavor was ok, it was a yellow color but the flavor was not impressive. The regular chocolate was good and so was the waffle cone. I felt it was a lil over priced but they do try to make up for it with monster scoops. My kids were not able to finish two scopsc so next time Ill go with one scoop. I will try it again later in the future to try exotic fruits next time only. The basic flavors werent impressive for the price I paid. Ill give them a second chance though.

Best place ever

First time I went there and it was clean and organized. Got some things and the lady who rang us up gave me and my in law a free jamaica drink. I appreciate that gesture, it was really nice. Ill be back again for sure.

I visited La Michoacana for the first time ever and all I can say was WOW! They had so many options I didn’t know where to start. I let the employee know it was our first time visiting their establishment and she was absolutely amazing! She let us know what each case had and the difference between the ice cream and their “sorbet” like ice cream. She definitely made the difference on our visit and helped us pick out some delicious choices!! So huge shout out to Karla who works at the 67th and camelback location!

Over priced and the corn was disgusting. I asked for for un elote en vaso and it was made with sweet corn from a can. My niece ordered an elote with hot Cheetos, they literally just sprinkled some hot Cheetos on top instead of rolling it on crushed hot Cheetos. We love Mexican antojos but this place we won’t be visiting again.

The customer service here is unbelievable, and I mean that in a bad way! The fact that this place had many flavors to choose from made me excited to try this place out, but it was not worth being disrespected for. I was in line to place my order, the lady behind the counter asked in spanish who was next, and I only understand spanish but do not speak it (unfortunately) so I did not know how to respond right away, but the guy behind me told her he was next to be helped. How are you next when you are BEHIND ME IN LINE? They both were speaking spanish to eachother and I waved at her and kindly said I was next. The man then jumped in and said I was next, I was standing right behind you. Yeah! exactly, right behind me meaning you are AFTER me ! Then lady behind the counter just continued to help the man ignoring my own words. My bf, who was with me, told that man he was being disrespectful and the lady behind the counter had the nerve to say If you want to fight then go outside. and another man behind the counter came out and told me and my bf to get out. REALLY? This establishment needs to learn how a line works and respect customers who dont speak spanish!

There are a lot of Hispanic treat shops to choose from but I love coming to this one. Even though its only recently opened and a bit pricier than other places the quality and variety of products is worth it. There are more than 10 homemade style icecream options, popsicle, cone or single serve. I love coming here for Fresas con Crema, the strawberries are fresh and unlike other places Ive tried its not premade. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good things to snack on.

Very good service, they treat you well here and there are chamoyadas of different flavors, not just mango and pineapple.
