Got their number from the Panasonic Service web site. Was having an issue with a new Panasonic microwave oven. Called and spoke to Sam to see about arranging warranty repair. He walked me through some troubleshooting steps over the phone, identified the issue clearly for me, and I ultimately didnt require a repair. He was very helpful, patient and generous with his time. Ultimately it saved me a trip. I would not hesitate to contact them for service in the future.
