They never greet their customers. My boyfriend and I came in to the store and on two separate occasions, the person working the desk remained on a personal phone call the entire time we were in there. Today, we came in and not a single word was said to us, but the workers were talking to each other. You guys have an awesome inventory, and we love looking at the product, but your customer service really could use some help.

They have so many pops!! I can usually fine some there that I cant find anywhere else. There prices are good and reasonable. They also have these 3D posters, I got 2 already. I absolutely love coming here and I will always come back!

Impressive amount of Funko Pops all in one place! What I liked about this store was that they had several type of pops including exclusive ones from hot topic, Walmart and even “vaulted” ones to name a few. Prices ranged depending on this exclusivity. There were also some keychain mini bobble heads and figurines that were fun. They are in the process of reorganizing the pops to put them in order by collection which will be a great help. Recommend this store for “pop fans.”

Do Not buy any Pokémon cards from this Place all the Packs Are opened and Resealed I called to try to get a refund and the Guy working Said the manager said no refunds for Pokémon cards over $130 down the drain for a product that someone else got all the best cards out of don’t shop here

This is one of my fave stores. They have amazing anime pictures and funko pops

They were cool for a bit when I first started shopping here. I came here on the 4th of March and bought a Pop figure priced at $24.99. It was a character that I liked and I was excited. The woman working on the 4th was very unfriendly and overall rude during our interaction. I came back later that day to buy Pokémon cards and she was still unfriendly and rude while ringing me up. Whatever I thought. I came home and realized that I had actually bought the same copy of a Pop figure that I already had. This is totally my own fault, but I didn’t really want to be stuck with the same figure I already had. I waited until the 5th of March to give the store a call and the guy on the phone wasn’t very friendly. He told me that because I paid in cash I would be unable to return it, I would only be able to trade it in for store credit. The store credit was $7 less than what I paid for it. Despite me only being here the previous day, he refused to do anything besides that. I understand that there are policies in place for things like this and I understand that it’s my fault for losing the receipt, but the product still had their store price tags. I also find it hard to believe that they couldn’t have verified the purchase amount through their register system. Even though I generally always try to support local businesses, I don’t think the people in this store have an attitude that’s worth supporting. They care little for their customers and they make it abundantly clear through their behavior. While I was in the store today, the guy at the register couldn’t even hardly look up from his phone as customers walked in. Just saying, if I acted like that at the small business I work at then I wouldn’t be working there. The only reason I gave this place two stars is because they have a neat setup and it’s a clean store. I may not have even wrote this if I hadn’t been treated poorly three times in this store in less than 24 hours. The up charge for certain figures is also ridiculous. I’ve paid up to $30 for a Pop figure that’s not even that rare at this store before. The employees are also pretty much always unwilling to check in the back of their store for anything. With how much they have up front it’s impossible they don’t have anything in the back. Anytime I’ve been in this store and asked if they have something in the back, the response I receive is usually a scoff and a little eye roll, followed by a quick check and an unfriendly “no”.

Amazing funko pop selection. Love coming here and seeing all ones that I haven’t seen before. Recommend coming here when looking for certain funko pops or just coming to see their wide selection.

It’s an amazing store and the staff is really nice and kind. They are always bringing in new funko. I genuinely think the store is perfect the way it is and all I could say is maybe have everything labeled in sections

This is absolutely my favorite store to get pops or anything anime! All the workers are so friendly and helpful. Any questions I have they’re quick to answer! I made 2 separate orders and paid shipping for both items, Toy Temple shipped both items poorly packed together in the same box. The item which was guaranteed “mint” condition arrived damaged. I requested a return and replacement. After submitting the return, I provided Toy Temple with tracking info showing the item was received. 2 weeks go by and no replacement was sent and Toy Temple ignored my emails. 2 months later I find out Toy Temple filed a dispute against me. I’m never dealing with this business again.

I vacation to chandler Az a few times a year because me and my wife are planning to move here soon. I am a comic nerd and when I saw this place I got super excited, so I bought a “funko purple glow in the dark black panther” that when I got home I try to test out, its just a regular black panther, no glow in the dark feature. Toy was swapped out. F this place, will never go back. Thanks for being the first thing I hate about Arizona.

Amazing selection of Funko Pops. Ones we have never seen before. That’s why it gets two stars. The problem is the pricing. No prices listed on the box and we had no idea. Figured they were around the normal $10. Come to find out after checking out they charge based off internet prices. No forewarnings. No nothing. That’s why they don’t get the three remaining stats.
