This by far is the best toy shop in town. Very organized and a ton of vintage product at great prices. They carry comics as well. Golden, bronze and modern. Very clean and great customer service. Highly recommended

Very cool place for anyone into nostalgia toys from yesteryear and modern too. I could literally get lost in in there just staring at all the cool eye candy. Some things were definitely priced better than others but theres still deals to be had. Cool s***

The Toy Box had an amazing booth at Arizona Toy Con. I love that they carry 80’s toys for girls. I get to relive my childhood. Scored some awesome Rainbow Brite items and a MLP in excellent condition and the gentleman working the booth was super nice!

The Toy Box offers is probably the best selection of toys that I have viewed in Arizona from Star Wars to G.I. Joe to anything you want! Truly an amazing selection! I was bowled over!

Better than excellent selection of vintage toys and figures. He man, thundercats, gi joes, voltron, mask, ninja turtles, Ghostbusters, DBZ, My Little Ponys, strawberry shortcake and oh so much more. Each section is divided by genre so if you want star wars, you can find them in one place and not have to hunt in different areas.I walked out with 5 items for a reasonable fee but all sparked childhood memories that were priceless. I will be back soon!!!

Clean store, extremely organized, and super-helpful and knowledgeable staff! I needed to move a LOT of toys from my collection, and they were super-fair with negotiating a buying price I was extremely comfortable with. Heck, they even went above and beyond in helping me unload my car on a day theyd normally not be able to do that! Both Traves and John are very mindful of their customers needs, as well as well-informed concerning current toy-trends.

Love this store!!! Everything is so well organized, with plenty of great vintage toys to be found. Great comic selection as well. The customer service is excellent! Travis is very friendly and helpful. We are frequent shoppers and look forward to another visit.

First time in the store great variety of toys collectables and clean place . I was thrown back to the 80s with all there cool stuff.

Upfront, Im bias on this review because I met one of the owners years ago and we chat it up during most toy conventions when we can. This store is generally split with 2 owners, The Toy Box and Justice Comics. Justice comics has a nice collection of some premium popular trend releases. Some of the collection is rare, some are autographed. Its not a huge collection like Drawn to Comics or Ash Comics, but reletively cool with a few rare toy pieces and old packaged cards which i like to pick up when i can. Again, much of the collection are the hard to find comics, so its cool to check out. The Toy Box is the main reason i stop in. The owner is an avid set collector, so on some big popular brands, expect to buy the whole complete set/lot. Of course there are things available separately too. The Toy Box carries some of the best retro toys and items from the 70s (even earlier) to recent modern stuff. These toys can include some of the rarest stuff available from TMNT, Mask, MOTU, Wrestling, Battletech, Computer warriors, Star Wars, Exo Squad, Snailians, Battle Beasts, Transformers, GI joe, the list can go on and on. The owner doest just find and sell the common stuff, but this is the recommended place to look for the rare hard to find items. If anything at all, its worth stopping by to check out the USS flagship (yup...). Everytime i stop by, i hear people flipping out reminiscing about their childhoods. Both owners are very fair in negotiations. Again, this is my #1 fav shop.

This place is cool but customer service makes you feel like your buggin them or something..even if you call to inquire about things which is insane to me...WE are the ones lookin to spend money in YOUR shop. Walk into The Collectors Marketplace and see if anyone treats you like your bothering them...itd never happen. Get your s@#t together fellas.

Lots of vintage collectibles. Plenty of variety from various franchises. Store is well stocked and prices are fair. Would recommend any collector to stop on by- edit not a 1 star review, that was an accident.

First saw the store at Phoenix Fan Fusion. Nice assortment of items. Im not a nerd but was looking for nerd stuff for a friend and they were nice enough to help me find the nerdiest things for my friend. Will definitely go back if I find myself needing more nerdom for a friend.

This place is awesome!! They have a lot of older comics as well new ones. They are all nicely placed and well organized and not jammed into boxes which makes them hard to get in and out. Lots and lots of vintage toys and action figures even board games!! I was gladly surprised with all the available items and the prices are fair. The man working the counter was nice and asked if we needed help finding anything. Would highly recommend this place to all my comic loving friends.

HORRIBLE! All comic shops are going to rip you off, but this place takes it to another level. Whats worse is that the manager doesnt even know about comics. Way overpriced, joke of a store. Avoid it.

I loved it there, I went to look around for a little bit and I was just excited to see all the things this store had to offer. I was worried that AZ didnt have a place like this but I was wrong this is easily the best toy store Ive been to. And everything is at a reasonable price. Ill definitely be coming to the store again to buy some dudes for my childhood collection.

The staff at The Toy Box are knowledgeable about the toys and comic books that they are selling. Jake has over 30 years of experience dealing with comic books and has been selling comic books for over 5 years. Jake takes the time to talk to the customer and offer as much information and help as possible related to the comic you are talking about. As for the toy side of the store John is very knowledgeable about the toys and video games you are talking about he takes the time to show you the toy and tell you the history behind the toy. John will go out of his way to help you get a toy that you want that he doesnt have at the store. I recommend that you go check out The Toy Box, Im sure you wont be disappoint.

As i walked into the store my eyes lite up. Great selection of toys... Lots and lots of Star Wars figures. A good selection of Gi Joes. I did purchase some Joes for the simple fact that i was missing them and the price was fair. At first i told my girlfriend this is my new store for Joes, that was changed the second i spoke with the employee. Not friendly, seemed like i was a bother to him. Im a huge collector of Joes and as i was trying to share my collection with him, he would just brush me off. Will not shop here ever again. Shop is dope dude working sucked.

The store is great, after viewing super hero movies for much of her life my young four-year-old daughter was amazed to see her superheroes in a different media. The owners were kind and patient with our questions and browsing. We will definitely be back to the store.

Been there twice the first time I went in it was like being a kid in a candy store they were pinball machines everywhere but I have no I havent seen them so long why selection of all kinds of collectibles wide variety prices are within reason but the management didnt seem to be all that people person kind of guy but he does have a really cold truck out front I would definitely give it as free as a potential of maybe having a 4-2-5 once you get settled in and used to work with public

Super cool vintage toy and comic book store.

I wouldnt be writing this review if I didnt just have a HORRIBLE first impression walking into this store. The man at the counter(who I assume was the owner) didnt really make me feel welcome into his establishment as I walked in; kind of grunted as I said hello. There is not much effort put into Product Displays, and things are hard to find. Not to mention the lack of variety. When I asked where something was, the man scoffed at me as if I was an idiot. FINALLY, when I wanted to support local business and buy a product from The Toy Box, the owner tried to charge me more than the product was worth(comparing to other toy stores). Thats when I walked out. Dont waste your time here, go straight to ANY other toy/comic store.

Jurys still out on this place. I was really unimpressed with the staffs lack of help but the selection wasnt terrible but I just felt like my presence was more of a nuisance than a chance to sell stuff. Maybe its just there as as a way to get their toys out of the basement and they dont really want to sell stuff, I dunno. I found it odd that theres a lot of open space in the middle while the walls are very crowded.

Employee is rude, never seen him before. The one that used to be at the other location back on cactus was much friendly.

Fun place. Knowledgeable staff. Fare prices on what I was looking at. Will be back again for more goods from my past.

It was AMAZING! There was so many choices for Star Wars collections, and there was many old LPS(littlest pet shops) and very many vintage ponies! I would suggest going if in need of any vintage things!

What a disappointment! After having to go back twice because their posted hours are apparently only suggestions, I find that everything is WAY overpriced. Their prices on Funko Pops are ridiculous and even their small selection of comics is way too high-priced. With so many great comic and collectibles stores in the valley, dont waste your time here.
