Best auto service!! I cannot express my gratitude enough for the quality service Alex provided! My car was in need of new brakes pretty badly and my long time friend recommended PUR motors, saying her family had been using Alex for over 10 years so I really trusted her recommendation. I called ahead and asked for a quote on all 4 brakes and was so fairly quoted. Alex was able to see me that day and test drove my car to see what exactly was going on with my brakes.Alex told me my front brakes were really bad and needed immediate changing but said my rear brakes were in good condition. I really appreciate his honesty and for taking the time to thoroughly check my car during his busy schedule (: my brakes were changed within the hour and I was on my way! I did check around yelp for various quotes from different body shops prior to my friend’s referral, but Alex beat all the quotes!!I can see Alex is known for his talent and expertise in luxury cars but I drive a Prius and he did such a good job and genuinely had good intentions about the upkeep of my car and my safety!! I cannot recommend PUR motors enough!! So so so happy I found my forever mechanic (: if you want an honest, trustworthy and efficient expert in cars, Alex is the man to see!

One review below especially made me laugh, the one with a one star! Heres my review: I was introduced to the guys from their body shop and expressed how I wanted to purchase a simple car for my younger sister for school. They referred me to their dealership and having already a great transaction, I trusted their word. Now, to the process: I met with Mike and AK and discussed the type of Toyota I was looking for and what price range and they ran my credit and told me I was able to sponsor her perfectly. THE PAPERWORK was detailed and everything was there and they reviewed each page with me before I signed or initialed anything as Im sure with any other dealer policy. These guys were so nice they offered me water/coffee and made the whole process so smooth. Car was test driven and taken to their shop to be double checked based on my request. Never gave me any issues as I personally requested the previous carfax report which was already in my packet of papers to sign.

Bought my second car from this guys yesterday. I must say Im happy with the way they work they reviewed all the paperwork with me and explained what Im signing even though I know the process. Trustworthy staff and great buying process, my point is go to them if you need to buy a car.

PUR motors you guys got it going on! I bought my white all interior white s550 from here and it was the best transaction. I had fun buying my car the guys ordered lunch and offered me some too they treat their customers like family. They told me about all the previous history my car had through the car fax like with every other customer Im sure. Ash and Mike props to you both for handling business so smooth and professionally.... helped me buy my dime. I will be back when I get my next paycheck lol

The worst car dealer auto company I have ever experienced. Since day one that I got a car from them, gave me so many problems. The owner and his workers are extremely rude and dont know what ethics are. They don’t discuss the documents with you or tell you about their unfortunate company policies. They just make you sign wherever they feel comfortable. My car had so many problems and later I figured there has been rates in the car underneath the engine. I figured that those animals have been living basicaly with me, since I got the car. Just emagining it sounds terrible. My point it is, be careful when you get a car from PUR MOTORS because they don’t check their cars before selling to the customers, which they sould be doing. Their disregard of relations is very dangerous and not hygienic .

As one of their regretful customers, I wouldn’t recommend buying a car that they’ve customized... or really any car from them. I don’t know if they alter their reviews but I can’t be the only one whose had problems with one of their vehicles. I bought a G55 that they fully repainted and it’s already full of chips 9 months later (have never had this issue with any vehicle with factory paint), the aftermarket speakers and subwoofers they put in have already given me a ton of problems and non stop visits to the stereo shop, and I’m convinced vehicle has odometer rollback. I’ve been having a lot of parts go out that shouldn’t go out until 100,000+ miles and the car only has 67,200. The seats look like they have at least 120,000+ miles because of the heavy wear on them. These aren’t things I really noticed while inspecting it before purchase but over my 9 months and ~6,000 miles of owning it and really getting to know it I’ve noticed a lot of either heavy wear for it only having 67,000 miles or the car has been used way more than what the odometer says. I’ve been the only one whose been driving the truck and I’ve baby’d it so I know none of it’s from me(other than the chips all over the paint but I’ve never driven behind any rock trucks so ???) The car has also had a ton of leaks that were expensive repairs and needed to be fully serviced when I bought it. Spend a few thousand just to get it in decent mechanical condition and the interior trim is very worn out from the prior owners. There’s also a lot of rust on engine bolts and all the screws around the vehicle and hinges which is weird because the car was from Texas according to Carfax... The sketchiest thing is when I call the dealer and give them my VIN they’re unable to identify the vehicle and one service advisor told me that it could be a gray market car from a different country. When I saw the Carfax it looked perfect but anything can be altered nowadays and Carfax definitely isn’t 100% perfect. I’ll probably sell the car soon and although nothing major has gone out, I’m just not happy because I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid and I wish I would have really taken a deeper look before purchasing it. Take a mechanic with you if you do consider buying one of their cars. By the way, their G Wagons have heavy markups and they don’t negotiate so expect to take a huge loss when you decide to sell it. They know there’s morons who will pay for their overpriced vehicles.UPDATE 12/21/18: found out the interior of the vehicle looks like it has 200,000 miles on it because Pur Motors swapped out the AMG seats for non AMG ones and removed the Alcantara headliner and swapped it with a cheaper G500 one. Beware!

I Was out shopping for a car and noticed the lot and pur motors. They seemed to have a lot of G wagons which was the kind of car I was looking at. From the moment My friend and I stepped on to the lot and starting admiring a number of cars, we were given a very cold shoulder ,by the salesman named Adam. it went downhill very quickly from there. His attitude should never ever be exposed to the public.He was very creepy and for some reason illuminated a very very shady kind of attitude. He couldnt be bothered , and ruined that particular experience we had there. I could go on and on, but i have never been treated so rudely in my life... He couldnt be bothered. Bad energy, Bad car lot, and very bad employees. would not even give one star but have to so review could go through
