This is Worst carpet, was actually laid down so bad, it lifts in every room including the closet. The last picture with the door stop, shows how high it bubbles up. This was Really poorly done.We called and called and no one would return our calls to have this taken care of. This really is the worst carpet ever. Customer service is obviously not good. I will always go to a bigger brand store where everything is under warranty and it’s a no-brainer to go with someone who is Better Business Bureau associated. These people are not.

They did a great Job on my house. They were very courteous and professional. They also did 3,300 sqft house. in only 4 1/2 days with pulling up old tile.

Got vinyl and tile from Arrowhead. Professional and very helpful with what we needed. Even went above to help is figure out transition pieces. Thanks, Henry

They had to do our carpet multiple times and never got it right. Paid extra to have them move the furniture but when they showed up that didn’t know they were supposed to (it was written on their work order!). I had to loan them my tools and help. It still wasn’t right. The owner is rude and completely unprofessional! We had to show up at the store and demand to speak to him. He agreed to replace all of the carpet they had improperly installed but instead sent some guys to restretch it. Here we are a little over a year and it all has to be restretched. Its a tripping hazard it’s so bad. I wouldn’t let this company carpet a chicken coop or a pig pen

After dealing with Tom and his son for carpet installation this week, I can say the 1 star reviews must be fakes or from competitors. Tom is nothing but the most kind and helpful guy. Customer service was top notch!We went to the showroom with our paint sample/tile in hand on Saturday and found the carpet we thought we wanted. He had it in stock but asked us if we wanted to check out other samples. He showed us another sample in the same product line but a couple shades lighter. It matched even better and was in stock too. Tom was able to come out the next business day to measure and his son was out two days later for the install. Cant be happier with that level of service! Very happy with our purchase. We will be back when its time to tile our kitchen back-splash.

The fact that they have been in business since 1971 is amazing. Most places cant even hold their own for a year! They are friendly and versatile. Whatever kind of floor or window covering you may need, they have it - most of it is right there in the warehouse on site! Dont waste your time with those rush in and out companies that wont guarantee anything...Go to Arrowhead!

I had carpet and vinyl flooring done in my showroom in Mesa - these guys were awesome, ON TIME which is a biggie for me, the guys doing the work were professionals and Kyle and Tom were extremely helpful when we made our decisions and the pricing was very competitive. Thanks again gents. I highly recommend these folks.

We are beyond disappointed with this company and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Our carpet installation has been nothing but an issue from the start. To start, the owner’s son Jason and a helper came to install carpets & had no idea we paid for them to move all furniture.... we had to help him with most of it & then insist on a refund for that. He also told us afterwards that “oops, I should’ve laid the carpet in a different direction so it would cover the doorways appropriately”. Then, all 3 rooms started to fray and come undone at each doorway because they failed to properly install. Then, they agreed to replace one room and stretch the rest. That lasted a short time and then the same issue took place and the doorways frayed something awful. We met with the owner Tom, he agreed after much argument and an extremely rude disposition to replace the carpets but made sure to inform us how he is no longer making money from this & we have to move furniture. They showed up this morning without the new carpets, they were told to restretch the rooms. Tom just lied to our face and failed to follow through with his promises, this man has absolutely no integrity and I urge you as a buyer to explore other companies.

We hired Arrowhead Carpet, Tile and Interiors to tile the majority of our second level, and they did an amazing job from helping me select the flooring to the craftsmanship. I was very impressed with the quality of work and their customer service. When we have the first floor done, we know where to go.

The guys doing our carpet were on time, moved the heavy furniture out of all 3 rooms and got to work. They arrived at 8 and left about 10. That included moving furniture ripping out carpet and pads, installing new pad and carpet, then moving furniture back into rooms. We are very happy customers! Cant wait to have the flooring in office done!

While we were at a store nearby picking out tile I Googled carpet places nearby. We couldnt be more happy with the find. He walked us around and showed us so many options. We told him our budget and he was happy to work within it. On top of that he came over the next day to measure our rooms and had the installers there within the week. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Just wanted to note for people it is a great place to get material to make mosaics or embellishments for ceramic projects, and by the way to the friendly staff that helped me a year ago the back splash in my kitchen came out great

Furniture was moved and workers were very helpful. There are two glaring seams in obvious areas that they tried to fix. I have had a few homes with new carpet. Nothing like this. Never saw or talked to the original salesman again, inspite of calls to the office. They said seams would get better. Its been months and were now stuck with over 3000 sq ft of carpet.

I came into the store and picked out tile and carpet and asked if they would come give me an estimate and he said he could do it right there. I wanted them to come measure for a more accurate estimate and the guy refused. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Go somewhere else
