They were amazing! Not only did they fix my car when over the past 3 years nobody else was able to they quoted a price and had to do an additional repair and they didnt charge me for that part. They said they stood by their quote so they covered it!!

I love Ramsays always helpful, and reasonable. Been my mechanic now for 2 years keeps my 2010 healthy and running excellent.

We have taken multiple vehicles to Ramsey and have had a wonderful experience with each visit. Everyone at the shop is knowledgable and friendly and they have consistently followed through on their word. If there were ever an issue they always make sure to make it right. They even went as far as to take our vehicle to emissions for us after fixing it due to our inability to get off work in time to do it after completion of repairs. They have always went over and above for us and they are the only shop we trust to touch our vehicles. We are blessed to have a place we trust to take our vehicles for repairs and recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy mechanic.

I needed 2 tires replaced on my car that was towed there over night. I had run over something on the highway and it flattened my tires. I have never used this garage before. It was close to my moms house and I read reviews. I spoke with KC first and was told they would look at my car. Then Larry called and gave me a quote. I went and picked my car up. Larry was so friendly and nice. And the price he quote me was just a little less can’t beat that. 😁 Although I had to have my little car towed. It was a blessing in disguise because I have found a good trusted garage I can take my little Fiat to and know she will be in good hands. Thank you LarryTresa with eyelash car

We came here to get a calibration for a breathalyzer and during a time where Arizona is ranked top 3 for worst cases of COVID-19, NO Employee was wearing a mask. Employee Came into the car to check something with NO mask. If you take Corona Virus serious, I advise to not come here.

My family is a long time, repeat customer of Ramsey Auto Center. We have four vehicles that are serviced by Ramsey Auto with consistently excellent results. My daily driver is 15 year old and is approaching 400,000 miles on the odometer. We had three other vehicles that all went over 200,000 miles under Ramsey Autos consistent and capable service. We used to live in Peoria with Ramsey Auto not far away. After moving to Festival Ranch 12 years ago, we started using dealerships and repair facilities that were closer to our new home with inconsistent results. They always seemed to want to add something to our bill that wasnt really necessary. So we returned to Ramsey Auto Center, even though there are literally hundreds of auto repair shops closer to us. No regrets in returning to Ramsey Auto Center for all of our vehicle maintenance. I appreciated the shop works through NAPA for parts, works with AAA in maintaining good relationships with customers and the industry and is A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau. Over time Ive come to learn the owner and mechanics are into drag racing and are very successful in fielding winning and competitive stock and rail dragsters. These folks really love racing and working on vehicles and it shows in their work, year in and year out. Like any other complicated device, sometimes issues are not easily identified and corrected immediately. When this is the case, good dialogue and a will to make things right separates Ramsey Auto from some of their competitors. If you have a good shop with trust and a good relationship established, then good for you. Stay with them. If you desire a better experience in maintaining your vehicles than you currently have, consider giving Ramsey Auto Center your business. Over time, youll appreciate their honesty, skill and consistency in meeting your needs.

The shop is such a joke I would not recommend to anyone my experience was horrible because summer service was not acceptable at all and this was after I paid over $1000 to get my car fixed, that was not by the way.

This was one of the most horrible experiences that I’ve had with an auto shop after paying over $1000 to get my car fixed I was having the same issue so I took it back to them and they wanted to charge me another $300 just for having one of their workers drive my car around to see if the problem was still persisting once I brought up the cost to the owner Larry he became very disrespectfulAnd unprofessional and started yelling at me and saying that nothing was free I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone ever this is the worst service and you’ll be coming out of pocket just to have the same issue because he did not do anything to fix my car what a scam

I have taken my car to them a few times now. Their service is great. If I had to leave my car overnight, they gave me a ride home. They seem very honest about what is wrong with my car. I feel pretty safe in knowing that Im not getting ripped off. I think this is one of the best auto shops Ive been to.

I’ve been here twice for oil changes and I’ve had the best experience. I’ve set an appointment and upon arrive I got right in!Being a single female in the past auto companies has done things to my car (in opinion) to cost me more than what I’ve came in for from the start. However, here they educated me on as well as fixed my problem and gave me what I am looking for. Great customer service. Soooooo recommend them!

Larry and his mechanics are awesome. They made time for me in short notice and was able to properly diagnose the problems with my vehicle.

I needed a check engine light off for emissions. Larry checked out my car and found that there was nothing wrong with the car except the part that concerns emissions. It wasnt an easy fix or one of my more reasonable repairs on my car but it is what needed to be done. I appreciate him being patient because everyone wants to know where their money is going. I wouldnt go to anyone else for repairs.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. I am wheelchair bound and my van had the same problem twice. Larry told me if it happened close to them call him right away. I did . He sent guys over to tow my van to his shop. I had just been shopping so had a number of bags etc. Larry had his guys move all the bags over to the shop van, they helped me get into their van. 3 guys lifted my power chair into one of their pickups. They drove both vehicles to my apt. Unloaded my power chair got me in it carried all the other items into my place. Larry found out the problem was related to a part being calibrated wrong. Larrys guys got it fixed, put a couple gallons of gas in for me, delivered my van to my place but I was not home right then so for safety took the keys back to the shop. Larry called and said let him know when I will be home and he will have a guy run the keys over. Now what did Larry charge me for this repair the tow all the trouble getting me, my power chair and bags home, the repair and returning the keys to me with great customer service. Zero. I would recommend Ramsey auto to anyone.

I highly recommend this shop. They work with you to get your vehicle fixed, they give you a ride if you do not have one and they consult before fixing any problems and explain exactly what is going on. I have never had such a great experience with service, it blew my mind how amazing they are.

Act of kindness goes a long way!!I am a disabled women and I came to Ramsey auto out of desperation. My van tire light came on and drove all over trying to find air!I came to these true gentleman whom took the van right away and put air in. Charged me nothing and said my car just was low on air and the light went off. An act of kindness goes a long way. So I will come back and get my car serviced and worked on when it needs it.Thanks guys for your kindness

We had repairs done last year and my car started having the same issues about 10 months later. Called them up, they got my car in there and looked at. The repairs were done under warranty and I was back on the road. Even when I went there the first time, no haggle, no fear that they are jipping you. Larry is awesome, answers the phone everytime. They really know how to make time for all their customers.

Larry was a pleasure to deal with. Great quality service at a reasonable price! Will be taking my business there from now on. Would recommend 10/10!

Al is it needed was a check engine light to shut off for emissions. Found note issues that didnt need to be fix charged $800 just to pass emissions he is a scam artist was not happy with the price and I strongly not recommend them Larry just takes your money I will never go to them agian

They charged me $50 for a signal light I’ve had replaced before and the last guy charged me $6. These people will over charge you and rip you off.

Please dont ever buy a battery from this guy , he puts faulty batteries . like several times already all of them died within few months and then charges you for towing fee , Spent over 250 $ for towing fees ! you should name your company Faulty Batteries
